Very
bad
service
staff,
Even
after
calling
4
times
in
2
hours
the
housekeeping
for
towel
and
water
bottle,
they
didn't
provided
yet.
While
calling
each
time
it
was
the
same
response
as
they
forgot,
Very
very
worst
service
staff,
Didn't
expected
such
bad
behavior
from
the
staff
of
such
a
well
known
hotel.
I'll
never
be
willing
to
stay
in
this
hotel
again!!!
This
is
purely
management
issue,
the
management
needs
to
work
on
the
service
staff,
after
specifically
informing
the
staff
that
what
are
things
required
that
also
complementary
things
(
I've
mentioned
the
water
bottle,
towel
and
AC
remote
is
missing)
which
they
didn't
provided,
the
staff
needs
to
arrange
in
a
mean
time,
even
after
reminding
them
3
times
if
still
they
don't
care
means
the
management
is
the
one
to
curse.
I
mean
what
was
the
problem,
haven't
I
paid
for
the
room
or
what??
Worst
management
and
worst
service
staff.
