I didn't get a chance to stay here. Upon checking with the hotel staff about the room prices for a night stay with my family, the receptionist was sitting casually & didn't show any courtesy when I asked "can't we be provided with one room for upto 5 guests (my family members)". Moreover, she checked with a person who is next to her, infact him I guess, her Supervisor, displayed the same level of customer service skills. The way he nod his head for saying No, was unforgettable. They just want the number of rooms to be sold irrespective of guest's situations & needs. These policies are not programs right, wherein someone must work on the code to alter. They can take the decisions. Remember, there are other common hotels who provide far better rooms than these folks are. After I moved from Landmark Hotel, I enquired in one of the hotels near Hanmakonda X Roads and got our stay as we expected with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer Service....!

Less professional approach of staff, they even don't allow you a water bottle from outside

It was a better place to drink alcohol on the top of the building Coming to food mutton biryani is excellent

Very good place to chill out with friends or family. I loved the hotel, good hygiene satisfied but the only negative thing is it's very expensive and outside food is not allowed.

Good comfortable for couples........with red chillies restaurant......but in the menu they should also provide South Indian, North Indian meals too.... it's just diassopinted me....other wise good to go and stay and enjoy the day.

It is bad experience staying at landmark warangal, not upto expectations, and reception was absolutely disastress, no proper receiving, paid 9129 for two days booked by the company was unworthy,no hospitality. Request others to opt some other Hotel

Very bad service staff, Even after calling 4 times in 2 hours the housekeeping for towel and water bottle, they didn't provided yet. While calling each time it was the same response as they forgot, Very very worst service staff, Didn't expected such bad behavior from the staff of such a well known hotel. I'll never be willing to stay in this hotel again!!! This is purely management issue, the management needs to work on the service staff, after specifically informing the staff that what are things required that also complementary things ( I've mentioned the water bottle, towel and AC remote is missing) which they didn't provided, the staff needs to arrange in a mean time, even after reminding them 3 times if still they don't care means the management is the one to curse. I mean what was the problem, haven't I paid for the room or what?? Worst management and worst service staff.

Affordable, budget friendly hotel, have a roof top bar n nice restaurant both veg n non veg. I liked the open roof top bar n air-conditioned bar inside. Both options available. Rooms are clean bathrooms cleanliness could have been better. Lobby area reception area are welcoming. Lifts needs some upgradation.

Had been here last week, hotel is busy in business but lagh ng in few segments like morning breakfast service...

Very good room and cleaning,but on reception one madam was very bad.she was denying our booking and wasted our half an hour on the arrival. To totally not in mood to give room. to us.we were very upset with her behaviour.

It's a good place to stay for family, Good is too costly here, also water bottles too. staff is good. There's a Red Bus Canteen just beside this hotel, wherein you find the best quality breakfast, chat, etc..

Worst Management. Customers were not even shown gratitude for staying in the hotel. They were rude. Upon requested for plain water, they told us to buy the water bottle. We had to argue for getting the things that we should be given. I wouldn't suggest any customers to stay here.
