This is the first temple of mallanna swamy in telangana and had a history of 1600 years. Here god is very powerful and the devotees believe that there wishes will be fulfilled if they visit this place. Every year in January a big festival of mallanna swamy is conducted by the temple management.

A good place with an nice environment. The temple was glorious and beautifully built upon the rocks.

Outside of this temple is worst, no cleanliness, none are available to remove the garbage, people cook, eat and throw soiled plates where they cook and eat. Just see the photos and get to know about the place. The temple inside(Garbhagudi) is good.

We visit this temple once a year and recently they increased charges for abhishekam. 4 people can enter into garbhaalayam with 1 ticket worth around 1000/- In return, priest gives two laddus, two blouse pieces for wife & one kanduva for husband along with coconut piece, any other fruits or flowers. One can perform ritual to god in peace in non-seasonal times.

I think minimum maintenance is also not there, special people offering pattnalu ticket 200 and employees are taking 500 bribe for 5 mints.....

Of course temple is good but I don't see the development near temple premises. I have visited the temple since from my childhood but the only thing is the art of temple which was built my Kakatiya kingdom brings me to visit the temple again. still even in telangana govt the temple is in developing stage it hurts me. Temple rooms are available if we ask them they put a board that no rooms are available this is what I have faced all is that no development .....

It's good and devotional.. specially 4 entrance s having 4 Kakatiya Keerti Toranams that one is the attraction for this historic temple...
