We didn’t know what to expect when shopping for our wedding bands. it was the first store we visited and we had an incredible experience. The staff was extremely friendly and offered us drinks from their bar as soon as we walked in. The store is absolutely beautiful and they have a huge selection. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the process was. We will be long time customers for sure! Had an awesome experience at Malabar! I can see why all the reviews are 5-star. Great selection, wonderful service. it was attentive and really helped with options within my budget.

In entry itself staff receives with great gesture and sweet smile. But the main drama starts here onwards. They treat us based on the product we enquired about. If we asked costly product,immediately they'll attend us. By offering water, coffee and juice etc. If we asked for lower prices they simply ignore us. They literally made me wait for 30 minutes. Really disappointed. Pure business minded staff . No provision to complain. Even managers support the staff instead of customer. Strongly not recommended. When it comes to shopping experience i didn't found any new varities. Limited designs available in each category. The only thing I appreciated is wallet parking. Final Verdict: Try other Stores.
