Had a very bad experience here. I purchased a Breitling watch. And it did not have a serial number. Be very careful in purchasing anything here. I went to take it back and they did not want to be bothered. This is not seiko watch very expensive watch. Cost $4,700 plus $300 for warranty.

I recommend this place over ANY other in Pioneer Valley. You will be taken care of if you go to Hannoush. The staff is kind, experienced, and they treat you like family. You'll leave with a smile on your face, and your jewelry could not be in better hands. Thank you guys SO much!!!!

We had the best experience with the staff at the Hadley Hannoush! They were friendly, helpful, outgoing, and professional. I got my ring cleaned and resized in one day!!

I am not certain where to start. I will start with the good. Much of the staff is great, the jeweler was wonderful and helped us with a repair and to answer questions. They also have some beautiful stuff here. The bad.. very little selection is sterling silver earrings, the pricing is very high. The worst... very, very flirty female staff member here by the name of Amy. She is so bad she made me uncomfortable at the level of flirting she was doing and I asked my husband to no longer buy me items from here. I refuse to experience that again or abe comfortable with him going there. She is a long standing employee from when they were in the mall and she is no asset. I steer folks away because of her.

Every experience I've had at Hannoush has been wonderful. Amy is outstanding and everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. The store is always booming and thriving with people coming in to do business there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Hannoush isn't just for buying off the rack jewelry. They are my go-to place for restyling and/or restoring heirloom pieces and vintage finds. The jewelers here are very skilled at their art and I've appreciated their creative ideas for older inherited pieces that were not my style (e.g. they turned an ugly, overbearing 1920s cocktail ring into a beautifully eye-catching pendant - and even reused the gold from the ring shank to make the pendant loop so the whole piece looks original). They also did an exquisite restoration on an antique platinum and diamond engagement ring in a way that sized the ring up by three sizes but also managed to preserve most of the original engraving. I've also appreciated that they've been honest about pieces they couldn't fix or that could be damaged in the repair process.

I am tremendously satisfied with the exceptional customer service at the Hadley location. I had a problem with a watch I bought used at another Hannoush location. Amy resolved the issue professionally and thoroughly. The care she showed in helping me is why I shop locally.

Everyone was so warm and kind! They took their time with me and were so accommodating. I highly recommend Hannoush Jewelers for beautiful annd unique designs as well as skillful repairs. It’s a rare find to come by such sincerity in the jewelry business…they are authentic in quality and heart!

Upon picking up a jewelry repair, I asked to have my earrings cleaned (which were purchased from Hannoush). The employee only thoroughly cleaned 1/4 of my earrings and handed me back 3 uncleaned earrings and said "I just rinsed them quick."...???

So, I generally don't write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. I know this review is long but if you're looking for a jewler that cares it's worth the read. I have been going to see Amy at Hannoush for years! I bought my wife's engagement ring there 20 years ago. This year I decided to upgrade the diamond to something you could actually see. Amy designed and made her an unbelievable beautiful diamond ring. Long story, long, a week or two after getting the ring, my wife rode a mechanical bull in a bar on her birthday and the ring got caught on the bulls handle when she fell off. Luckily it didn't rip her finger off. Needless to say, the diamond was gone and nowhere to be found. I called Amy. She felt so bad she tried to find another diamond from one of her own personal rings to replace it. Unfortunately, she didn't have one to fit, so she replaced it with a brand new stone and she charged me nothing! She didn't fix it because I spent thousands of there. She fixed it because she clearly stands behind their craftsmanship and cares about the people they're making jewelry for. Thank you so much Amy! I know I am not there frequently but I will never buy jewelry anywhere else! I'm a customer for life!

My fiance got me a vintage engagement ring from Eragem, I brought it in to be resized. I handed it over to them in the box from Eragem, with a piece of silk over the ring. When I picked up the ring, they had taken my ring box and used it for their own stuff, and lost the piece of silk. I know it's not anything highly valuable, but it was a gift from my fiance and the box and silk were my belongings, which I had trusted them with and they took for their own/misplaced. I got the box back, but not the piece of silk. Maybe have some more respect for people's stuff? Giving 3 stars because they did the resize correctly.

They treat you like family here. They have the selection of a large franchise, but the feel of a small family business. I have done multiple repairs here, and have always been very pleased with the results, as well as the price.

I have gone to Hannoush in Hadley on and off over the last couple years. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out pendants for my granddaughters They are helpful with no pressure. If you haven’t been to their new store, it’s a must. You’ll find things you’ve only dreamed of.

Abdallah is the best! He’s a absolute professional. We had an idea of the wedding bands we wanted but he took the time to show us different styles and options. It’s a huge decision but we were 100% confident after working with Abdallah. He treated us like family and everyone in the store is super friendly. I highly recommend Hannoush!

Hannoush has some of the most kind, helpful and knowledgeable employees around. I was referred to them by my grandmother who also has always used Hannoush and I see why. I had gotten my ring fixed and although the window was weeks I got a call back in the matter of a few days. I will continue to do business here and 100% recommend.
