Attention GM. Please reinforce sanitation protocols here. I am a former Dunkin employee from years ago. The way the store is kept would have never been acceptable. The bathroom is gross (toilet, floor etc.), the employee was eating on break and got up to help me without washing their hands & then touched their face without washing their hands. Hand washing and not touching face & hair should be #1 rule enforced. There was another employee I witnessed touching face and hair while making drinks. The employees are sweet and friendly. I think they are not trained well enough and there seems to be an overall lack of leadership in this store.

Went inside, won't do it again. The young employees seemed VERY inconvenienced by my presence. Barely any donuts available. Not returning.

Walked in for bf around 9, quick in and out! I like their coffee bar, they churn it quick and I see why they r so quick!

The young man taking the order excellent customer skills but the coffee was not hot enough. I don’t know what the other young woman was doing but waiting for one coffee and a few donuts took forever early in the morning and there was no one in front of me. No napkins inside the bag. I was the only customer. Just need to step up the game.

Bacon was served cold. Went it for it to be warmed up and got it back burnt. Bad service 0 stars

My first ever visit to a Jersey Mike's. I was happy with the service but not the food. The sandwich wasn't made the way I asked and I didn't eat it until I got home so nothing was to be done at this point. I asked for light jalapenos and specified 2 or 3 chopped up and got a sandwich loaded with them making it unpalatable. Even after removing those it was still awful. I hope this helps!

Unfortunately we didn’t eat or drink here because there was no customer service from the 4 employees. 3 were on their cell phones and the others were working. But no one said Hello or We will be right with you….NO Acknowledgement. Back to Starbucks!

I ordered a sausage egg & cheese croissant and everything was hot except the sausage. Literally so cold it was like they took it out the fridge & never put it on the stove. This place is a waste of money

Great customer service, and absolutely yummy coffee. I would definitely say they are consistent! Never have to wait too long in the drive thru. Great job crew!

Very disappointed I ordered thru Door Dash. Paid FULL price for a half cup of coffee! Y’all need to be ashamed of yourselves. I don’t know about anyone else but I work hard for my money. So I want my moneys WORTH! Please do better! I will be making my own lattes hot/cold drinks from home from here on out! Thanks.

This was my first ever visit to a Dunkin. I've been to the old Dunkin Donuts, where they made the donuts on-site. But never this coffee shop version. I am a Mocha Frappuccino gal. I ordered a Frozen Mocha with an extra shot of espresso. It was great! I'll be back!

Shalea was my cashier today and I have never met a more pleasant cashier. Kudos to y'all for hiring her. If I can find the managers number I will call them and let them know how impeccable her customer service was today.

I wish I had gotten her name, but this past weekend I placed a mobile order for some donuts for my children and a coffee for myself while we were out running errands in Perry. Once I arrived to Dunkin I realized that I placed the order for pickup at the wrong location. I went inside and explained the mistake that I made and showed her the order on my phone. Without hesitation, the employee fulfilled my order, with a smile on her face.

Been sitting in drive thru for 5 minutes since I ordered no one comes to window. Girl sweeping flood another moving a trash can. I have been watching them and not one says one minute or anything else. Customer service is an all new low in this area. The other day they are closed for a staff meeting. Obviously this wasn’t a discussion. Do better. Finally at window and not a word just took my money and handed me my stuff. Smh

I love going to Dunkin in the morning. I love their new loaded hash browns. But I have ordered them two separate times and asked for no bacon yet I still get bacon. It is not that big of a deal but when a person orders something they want what they ordered.
