10/10.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From the first day I contacted Story Riverside, to my 1:1 tour, to paperwork, to move-in day, and settling in.... it has been pure joy! I expressed to the Story Riverside staff that I was transitioning from D.C. to Atlanta and was looking for a modernized and affordable apartment complex and they assured me that this was the place for me and I have been pleased ever since. I was seeking an apartment complex in a suburban area that felt safe, close by stores, near the airport, and within the city of Atlanta and by moving to Story Riverside, I got more than what I bargained for. I absolutely love all the amenities that are offered, my neighbors have been amazing, and all the bells and whistles I needed have been working in my favor just fine. Considering this is my first time living on my own, I think I did a great job by signing this lease!!!! S/O to all the staff!!

The entire team is exceptional! Marlin and Dena are truly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. From my initial apartment search to the move-in process, everything went smoothly. I've been living here for a month, and it's a peaceful and family-friendly environment, perfect for both single individuals and families. Additionally, I haven't encountered any unwanted pests in my home. The gym and clubhouse are beautiful, and I've always felt safe coming home at various hours. If you're considering moving in, don't hesitate. But if you have any disruptive intentions, please stay away, as I want to continue enjoying the resort-like living experience.

Visiting the Story apartments was incredible. Marlin was patient, professional, and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended these luxury apartments. The decor was phenomenal.

I recently moved into this brand-new luxury complex, and it's exceeded my expectations! The spacious homes boast incredible amenities, including top-notch in-home features and a fantastic dog park and convenient doggy stations for pet owners. The neighborhood features excellent safety measures with gates and cameras, and the added perk of trash valet makes daily life convenient and enhances the overall living experience. Also I have to include that the leasing staff is not only professional but also exceptionally caring, creating a wonderful living experience for tenants which is super amazing! Five stars plus for a wonderful blend of luxury, convenience, and safety!

I am in love with Story Riverside. I did a tour back in July and instantly fell in love with the property. Marlin was so pleasant and answered all questions that I had. The units were gorgeous and the amenities are everything!! I had a list of apartments I wanted to go see but after my tour, I knew that this would be my home. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the front office staff knows me by name(super plus) (it's giving family vibes). I also love the fact that it gives downtown vibes without the traffic.

First, I’d like to begin by highlighting the kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness of the amazing staff and maintenance. My family and I relocated from the West Coast. We didn’t know anything about Atlanta, so we were very blessed to have found Story Riverside. This brand-new complex is spacious, beautiful, and affordable. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment is more than enough room for myself, my wife, and my daughter. The staff always keeps the residents updated on everything that’s going on. They return calls and emails promptly. They show that they truly care about their residents; it’s not just a job. My family and I love the valet trash service. It’s really helpful. There are many great amenities to enjoy - hammocks, bbq pits, the exercise room, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Story Riverside, not only for their apartments but for their staff as well.

FIRST CLASS!! I am so excited to move in and absolutely fell in love with all aspects of the community when I visited. So much I cancelled all my upcoming tours! Taz is amazing and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Marlin is fantastic as well. Before I visited, I read the reviews which truly represent the warm hospitality and service of the staff at Story Riverside. The apartment complex is brand new and gives me a newly built home feel, which is important to me. Knowing that I will be the first occupant in my unit is also a plus!
