Hardly a five star hotel, poor service.

Nature and scenery are top notch. I stayed for the night. Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel but the outside areas are well kept, it is very big and has plenty of things to do. The service was always kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there are areas that could be cleaner, important areas like the inside pool. That reflects very bad and that’s the main reason of my 2 stars review. The food was tasty and always good. It is a beautiful place but not really 5 stars.

Beautiful place! Perfect combination of luxury and wilderness. One minor setback though: they need to work on their signposts (there isn't any!) So it's too darn easy to get lost in their woods--literally. At the very least they should've provided us with a map.

Very disappointed.. was at this place about four years ago an it was in very good condition.. came back this year in November very pricy an the cabinets were in awful condition, very dirty and the water that was running out of the toilet was Black.🤧food was 5 out of 10, had a couple of times hair in ones a bug 🐜 in my food😞 the pool was not to bad,sauna was good but only open after 3pm which I did not like. Because it’s so pricy I think we should have access to it all day when ever we want to use it. My suggestion is go for one day and enjoy the pool and games outside but don’t stay over night.. it’s not worth the money you pay..

Great place for family fun! Food selections were wonderful. Water slide was a lot of fun too!

I love this place because it is very natural with tres and pools.

It was good but the main pool was pretty dirty.

It is a good place to spend the time and enjoy eating the Best food
