After spending 30min inside ,workers told me it is gonna take them more than 2 hours.Hence ,30 min inside were wasted.

Charged me 600 bucks for straight trimming of my hair. Charged separately for the hair wash before the haircut. I have 15 years of haircutting experience at different salons across srinagar and so far i have never been charged for the hairwash. Hairwash was always supposed to be complimentary. Another thing i noticed, they put a hair conditioner/mask from loreal brand on my hair after the wash, coincidentally i have the same loreal hair mask at home and it did not smell the same. It had that strong local smell and given my experience a branded hair product does not smell so cheap. Lastly, the towel that they used on my hair was not clean and proper, it was worn out and smelled like already used. Overall I would not recommend for expensive treatments given the authenticity of the products used, otherwise the staff is really sweet and nice. 5 stars for the staff but 2 for the things discussed.
