    This is a new location for Chick-fil-A and I am so happy to see a dining room difference. First thing we noticed is how large the parking lot is with plenty of space for those long drive-thru lines that tend to occur. Inside we were very please to see how spacious the dining room is, with them trying to keep the order lines from contesting the diners. The layout is much more efficient, inviting, continuously being cleaned and maintained. Everyone was polite, respectful and friendly. The food was very hot and fresh, hadn’t been sitting a while like I’ve expected at other locations. Overall, this location has exceeded expectations and I truly hope they can keep up the good work and show their neighboring locations how the job is done.

    I was so happy once this chick fil a opened up cause it was way closer than Penn. How poorly this one is organized has me going all the way back to the one on Penn. Be prepared to wait in line for a while even when there isn’t very many cars. Be prepared to have them constantly confused on your order. Also be prepared that if you tell them your real name and how to pronounce it, they’re still going to read it back wrong. Never fails. Been here about 12 times since it has been opened and only have had 2 good experiences.

    I will never use this location again! Entered order using app at 10:27am, pull up at 10:31, 20 cars are ahead of me. The guy tells me I missed breakfast by 1 minute, even though they are still filling the breakfast orders of the people in line right in front of me. 1 minute!!! The guy didn’t even check to see if they had enough food prepared to fill my order. Get to the window 10 minutes later (can’t pull out of line once in it), ask to speak to a manager, she tells me they just threw away the rest of the breakfast items, meaning they could have thrown my order away. 😡 Unacceptable customer service, wasn’t happy with the manager’s attitude either.

    This was my first time EVER to Chick-fil-A and after viewing a story about its history, I was curious enough to want to go. The fried filet sandwich was moist and tasted fine. The spicy fried chicken breast on a salad of mixed greens was very good but I needed to try a couple dressings before I found one I enjoyed. Waffle fries were good, not impressive. Overall, I felt the food was WAY Overpriced even in today's economy. I don't expect to pay a full-service restaurant price at a fast-food place for a sandwich and salad. Because of that, I removed one star and we will not be returning.

    Ordered on line, figured that would be the easiest. Went through the drive though and advised we had a mobile order. The order-taker looked and our order was there then it was gone. Told us to pull forward, we did, they asked our name and we waited, we were blocking the drive trough so we asked again. I asked if I should pull forward which I did just to keep the line moving. Took a few more minutes before they brought our order out. I will say that this location has only been open about 2 months so I can only assume they are still going through the growing pains. Nevertheless it is Chick Fil A and the chicken is always good . . . even if it is late!

    I am a huge fan of Chic fil and was excited to see a new franchise closer to my house. The big issue for me is how slowly the line moves (especially for this chain). The food is great.

    The most incompetent order takers I have ever encountered. Consistently get order wrong. I have been to this location 6 times and each and every time they have screwed up my order. Spoke to management but they don't seemed that concerned.

    It's Chick-fil-A! They can do no wrong. We actually did not pay anything because we had rewards on the app.

    It is a new location. We always eat at this restaurant. This time, my experience was not good. The person taking the order took forever to find my name when I said I placed the order thru the app. N then they wouldn't put the sauce for the nuggets and Burger. How would you eat them without them. Hope next visit will be great

    Chick-Fil-A always goes above and beyond with their customer service and this location is no different. As always I would recommend Chick-Fil-A to anyone looking for delicious and quick chicken sandwiches or nuggets.

    Ordered food for my daughter while she was on a break from volunteering when she got there they said there was no order. Then after her being there 5 minutes they said oh here it is, and then said it would be another 10 minutes. Well she didn’t have more time to wait so she left, called and talked to the manager and he didn’t seem to care that they weren’t taken care of?! Not the norm for Chick-fil-A. I’m more upset that my daughter never ate.

    Fast and efficient! I'm still amazed at how busy these places get even with the quick turnaround on orders. I've seen their sizable parking lot completely full during lunch and the drive thru line was quite long too. But it was still a relatively short wait for the amount of folks there!

    Newer location in OKC. They offer a pretty nice military discount. Long lines move pretty quickly here. The staff is friendly. Exiting the parking lot can be messy. Don't expect to turn left on to Rockwell if you are leaving from that side, much easier to exit onto the memorial and then turn left.
