This place is fantastic! I saw Emily for Dysport injections in my lip and forehead, and am so happy that I did. She gave me great advice based on my concerns, took her time to talk through the injections and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly suggest SkinLab and Emily to anyone!!

So, let me just start by saying I’m a 31 year old guy, I’ve always had young-looking features and I’ve always taken great care of my skin. After the past two very stressful years, I noticed my features, primarily my lips, have become dull and lifeless. Like my top lip would quite literally disappear when I smile lol. I was definitely one of those people who would swear I’d never get any work done. That was until a good friend of mine referred me to Emily at skinlabs in nichols hills- and literally thank god she did! I was definitely nervous and of course your biggest fear of having work done is that it will look unnatural or you will look crazy in some way. The appointment was quick, the location was really cute and clean and the staff were all really nice and welcoming. Emily was very professional and did a really good job at making me feel comfortable. My procedure didn’t last long and I was on my way in no time. Now, almost two weeks later and I’m blown away with my results! My confidence has definitely been restored and I can’t stress enough that if you are on the fence with getting any enchancements, don’t hesitate and book with emily asap!! The entire staff was very professional and accommodating. I had a few small blood vessels/capillaries showing on my face. I did not need a full facial treatment but just a few spot treatments (I believe it was IPL). The PA was very thorough in interviewing me regarding my skin issues and desired outcome. I felt really taken care of by her. The Injector was in the room the entire time and was able to hear my concerns and questions. Once the PA and I finished our conversation about my treatment, she summarized it with the Injector to be certain we were all on the same page. The Injector communicated well while doing the work. She gave me a countdown to each "zap". That was really helpful. It was not painful, just a little "zing". The results were immediate and great. The blood vessels largely disappeared. I did not experience any discomfort following the procedure. Happy customer here!

This place is amazing. The women are inclusive, kind, honest, and helpful. Amber specifically is a godsend!! Her laughter is infectious and she is real - sometimes a lip flip hurts a little and she's going to let you know exactly what's coming (and be patient if you need a moment to recover or just be a little anxious). I cannot sing her praises high enough! The staff caters specifically to you, your needs and your desired end result. If there's a way they can help with a coupon or a free sample they always go the extra mile to do so (it is a business, they do have to make money, this is not always an option, but they absolutely try their hardest). From the front desk crew to every other hard working woman in here 5 stars is just quite not enough. Go see them! You won't regret it!

Always have a wonderful experience. Emily has been injecting me for quite sometime, and has guided me through other treatments that I have received. The staff makes themselves very accessible to clients and never hesitates to help with any questions! Nurses and staff are at the top of their profession!
