The two bedroom was little smaller square footage than what I'm used to so I had to get rid of some furniture. That was the only negative thing. I love the coverd patio. The faucets and shower heads are an upgrade. A/C working good so far. Lots of mirrors and storage space. They responded immediately to my Maintenance request. It took me about a week to get settled in. I think I like it.

The office manager and other office assistant are genuinely sweet and caring. They were so kind and helpful with my move in and even helped me save some money with a military discount which they never had to even mention. I’ve had a few minor maintenance issues but they have been on top of it and get it done within the same day, sometimes only a few hours. Nice quiet location. Really loving it so far.

Everything here is super nice, even from all the staffs to the neighbors. I love it here and dont even wanna leave. The management here is sooo good. They solved all the problems quickly. And the price here compared to all other places so far is the best.

The gentleman that usually takes care of issues in my apartment; he is on vacation somewhere in Mexico. If he was here; the issue would’ve been fixed the first time. Approximately 30 minutes ago; a substitute maintenance just left after checking out my dishwasher. I wasn’t impressed with his attitude and I was under the impression that he blamed me for the problem. There have been four substitute maintenance people working on my dishwasher this week. It was leaking/flooding into my kitchen. When maintenance would come… That issue didn’t happen when they were here. Hopefully it will not happen again because it causes me a great deal of anxiety. There’s been a lot of issues with this dishwasher from it stopped working. It took four men to get it to working again And I hope that I have no more issues with this. I think the apartment staff are wonderful and if there’s any future issues I know that Daniel will correct it when he returns from his vacation in Mexico. Daniel knows how to fix everything here. So I’m not really worried.

My family had a good overall experience. Typical apartment issues like smelling weed, people not cleaning up after their dogs, mold due to roof leaking (everytime it rained) and leaking ac that had to be repaired probably close to 10 times in a 2 year period. These apartments dont have bed bugs or roaches. They have a decent gym. I lived here in 2010 as well and dont recall having a mold issues, leaking ac, but around 2020-2022 we did. We thank the Most High for providing the place for the time we lived there.

We’ve been for a year & we just renewed the lease. Because the PEOPLE I see (since I’ve been here) meet & speak to works to make this place a great place to call home 🏠 !! The community is only as good as the people who live here!!! Thanks to ALL THE COUNCIL PLACE STAFF 🫶🏾 WE APPRECIATE ALL YOU DO!!!!

We have lived here over 15 years and have been very happy with the office staff and maintenance crew. They call us by name when we walk in to pick up packages. It's an older apartment, but most have been updated with new fixtures and appliances.

This crew at Council Place is awesome! Very thankful for any act of kindness from them, whether writing a receipt, helping with a package, or with a maintenance issue, thank you for all you do.
