    I have been waiting over 20 minutes for my food 😢 I’m still waiting while I’m writing this review. To add insult to injury, my wife, daughter and her best friend are in my truck waiting for me to get my food. Take this review for what it is….I wish I could put zero stars.

    Unfortunately I have to give a star to write a review. Otherwise they wouldn’t even get a star. The staff are rude, customers are rude, trash is always in the parking lot, bathrooms are disgusting, staff clearly doesn’t want to be there, and there is always an issue. Not to mention the pan handlers begging for money and then when you don’t give it to them they are rude and nasty.

    One of my favorite gas stations. This place has always had a great selection available. Being our first time Visiting a Wawa in Virginia it resembled what Wawa is about …you would not have know if it was one out of Lancaster County PA and Ocean City Maryland. It’s nice experiencing new things but it is also nice to have that gas station your familiar with and that you can use your loyalty card

    I was disappointed that the cups for cold drinks or ice were all stocked behind the cashier’s counter. The sign indicated cups were to be purchased up front. I’d never seen that before and I go Wawa’s 365 days a year in 5 of the 7 cities included in Hampton Roads… usually Chesapeake and Virginia Beach but Norfolk, Hampton and Portsmouth also when I’m in their areas. I was disappointed but other than the lack of parking spots available it was equipped with everything else I wanted. Two of the Wawa’s that I frequent in Virginia Beach have been out of everything a lot recently but my guess is it’s due to the pandemic.

    Absolutely horrible and slower thank a herd of turtles stampeding uphill through molasses while wearing roller skates. All for 2 plain turkey subs. Seven (7) people working behind the counter and only 1 order put out in 14 minutes ive been standing here AFTER i paid. Shut this place down @wawa this isn't worth your time.

    Place supposed to be open 24 hours.....ha! On a few occasions (including just a few minutes ago) I came there and they was not open.Just left there (5am) and the doors was locked. People couldn't even get in to pay for their gas. Far from a convenience store. Shouldn't say 24 hours if they not gonna be open 24 hours

    I was under the impression that Wawa was s a 24/7 operation, but apparently not at this location. I have a company car that I’m required to submit fuel receipts and other vehicle related expenses at the end of each month. On 11/1/23 at 4:30 am, after gassing up there was no receipt dispensed at the pump machine (very common for Norfolk Wawa’s) That’s when I realized the store was closed when I tried entering. Although there was a person roaming at the food prepping area, I don’t think he was authorized to grant access. Very inconvenient.

    Ordered a Chicken 'BRUSCHETTA' sandwich.... How in the world do you forget to put thr Bruschetta sauce? The name is in the sandwich, sheesh!! Not a fan of this location and I keep tryna give it a chance, but always disappoints when it comes to food orders... Thanks for the sauce on the side, I guess lol.

    Store is a mess, staff was rude. The only reason. I'm even taking time to leave a review is due ti the fact that you have to purchase a cup & lid from the register before you can get a drink and NO Straws! I was told I could put of the lid...REALLY? DO YOU THINK I WANT TO PUT MY MOUTH ON Z LID THST YOU HANDED ME AFTER DOING WHO KNOWS WHAT WITH YOUR HANDS AND HANDLING CASH.. WHICH I WATCH HIM DO BEFORE HANDING ME A LID... JUST GROSS!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Oh and no air pump for your tires.. this store is way below WAWA normal standards!

    To the MANAGER: So, I love Wawa but this store needs to address all employees about Door Dash orders. I understand that there is a designated doordash person and things can get busy, but if the doordash person isn't there then someone needs to step in and take care of it at least an order or two here and there. Kind of like a 1 for 1 deal. In my particular case, the doordash person wasn't there, but there were 2 register people and I waited in line twice to ask the lady about my dash order. The 2nd time I came around (mind you by now a bunch of new people had came in after my order was already placed way before theirs.) Anyway, the 2nd time I told the lady, that the items were all items you just grab from the store, they werent items that you have to make. So she could've just paused taking next customers to finish the ONE doordash order that was on the screen. There was only one. And it was an order that was placed 10 minutes before the people waiting in line at that time.

    So yes, the store itself is great but had one of the worst experiences yet that is preventing me from ever coming back. I came in the to purchase some items, used the self checkout and was accused of stealing. The one lady wanted to even take my bag to scan the items. Guess what, they weren’t stolen, it’s called a self. He out which means that I don’t need you to buy items. I’d say that the other staff were fine.

    The customer service is Ridiculously terrible particularly Dave Who works behind the cashier? He is very rude and disrespectful. The way he talks to people, he should be fired.... By far the worst experience in a convenience store. Would not recommend going there... And not only that, they let homeless people sit out there. And beg you for money and harass you., The one person said theyeven encouraged keeps him off the Corner begging for money...

    Travel buddy and I went to this wawa for some scratch offs and some snacks and we had a pretty good experience while here, we were able to find all that we needed. The store was nice overall, pretty much like your typical wawa, the staff was also very nice and helpful. Will be back again in the future if I’m ever in the area again.

    Cheap Cigarettes if buy 2 packs and use Wawa card, you WILL be ID'd so don't fuss, food is pretty good too. Good Coffee.

    I hate it when they have one register open in the morning on work days the one on little creek and Chesapeake rd is good for doing that but the food is this good

    I put my order online at 12:16pm at Little Creek Rd loc. I went to the store and ask The women in the blue shirt who’s taking the orders that put in online is trying to steal my food. She keep saying my food isn’t up there yet that I have to go up front. I waited in line and told the guy at the register that I’m waiting for my order that i paid for. He told the women about my order. She said didn’t have it yet. So i told her iwas gonna wait. She’s checking the bags looked at me.. after few min she said okay here it is. She had it the whole time. After 15min of waiting… she finally gave my order. I wish got her name. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Store doesn’t stick to its scheduled hours. Some mornings it’s open early most mornings it’s not. Never any consistency. Just want my coffee.

    Great pla e to stop if your looking for a in and out in a hurry. However I did really like a protector drink and now they do not have it at any location and usually that is the only thing I will but not cool

    Lots of selection and self service. But the people out front yell at you if you refuse to give them your money. Not the best convenience store for those who want to get in and out. Busy and again plenty of people loitering and waiting as round to ask you for money as the management doesn't ask them to please leave the area. It's a daily basis

    They need to make sure that the food is fresh and cooked to order!! first time my food was good 2nd time my order was messed up I let it slide I order the same thing every time tonight my fries hard as a Rock and my burgers cold like what’s the wait for if it’s not being cooked fresh PLEASE DO BETTER don’t serve people food you wouldn’t eat yourself.

    Ordered subs online for pickup at 2:00 p.m.. Was told in app they would be ready by 2:40 and to be there on time. When I arrived at 2:35, not only did I have to wait 40 minutes for the subs ordered(as they hadn't even started them yet), I had to stand in line to purchase and receive a drink cup at the register as they don't keep them by the drink machine at this location. First time I've had to do that at any Wawa.

    I went in this morning for a handmade cold coffee drink the service was great and the sever put special attention to my order. It was the first time I ever had a cold drink last this long it always melts before I get to work. She was very friendly I did not get her name but I wanted to let her know she was appreciated.
