My grandmother was sick with a cold that was progressively getting worse. I took her to Patient First. I am simply amazed at all of the wonderful changes. I was assigned a number and never wondered where we were in line to be seen. I could see that information on the website. Every person we came in contact with was compassionate and professional. They even had a charging cord for your phone. I know you guys are busy with the covid and flu cases increasing but I want to thank you. Thank you for caring and helping my family member. Thank you for making the wait not so bad. I only wish all medical professionals cared like Patient First. You guys rock!

My experience overall was a good one but whoever was sitting at the front desk was extremely impatient and didn’t listen to anything I said further lengthening the duration I spent there. Other than that I actually had a pleasant time and was treated well and educated on my ailments. I would definitely recommend this location but the receptionist either needs better training or to be replaced. Thank you for taking the time to receive my feedback hopefully it helps.

The facility was exceptionally clean. The larger screen computer intake form was very appreciated. The amount of privacy at the triage desk was wonderful. The wait time was very quick and I was highly impressed by not having to go to a pharmacy to pick up my medication. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will highly recommend!

Staff is kind, patient, understanding, informative. Facility is clean with masks, tissues and sanitizer readily available and visible. The wait time tracking system they have is brilliant and accurate. Even with a long wait time, it was comforting to know i wasn't being ignored. A lot of healthcare facilities could use this place as an example of great customer service under very difficult conditions. ( dealing with sick people all day) Kudos to the staff here.

Patient First is the best place to go for any urgent care needs. The staff are friendly, professional, and compassionate. They always make me and my kids feel comfortable and well taken care of. The wait time is minimal and the facility is clean and modern. I have been to Patient First several times for different reasons and every time I have had a great experience. I highly recommend Patient First to anyone who needs quality and affordable health care.

I visited this location on 10/17/23. I have asthma and my PCP did not have any appointments. The on call nurse advised me to seek an urgent care. I had a severe post nasal drip that turned into a very sore throat and a sinus infection. I had been sick for at least 3 weeks. The staff didn’t even put me in a room. The my put me in a closet and not a room with dirty alcohol swabs on the floor. How I knew it wasn’t a room is that the staff kept coming in and out to get supplies. They literally had a whole joking match right in front of me. Every 30 seconds someone walked in and out. My worst experience in that type of setting. They gave me a Covid test and flu test which were negative. The provider came in later and told me that nothing was wrong with me. I have had asthma all my life and I know my body. She was with me for about 90 seconds. She did not listen to her patient at all. She was extremely dismissive of anything I said. Here I am less than a week later, a month into feeling bad now having it turn into an asthma issue. Had to see another provider that actually listened to me. I will NEVER go back to that location. I wish I could tell her to listen to her patients. I’m sure I’m not the only patient of color she has ignored.

What a pleasant and calming experience. This was my first time going to an urgent care center. The facility was clean and bright. Protocols were in place and maintained for everyone's safety. All the staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. And my needs were addressed in one place without having to leave the premises for tests. I would do this again and recommend for others. Update: I had to take away a Star because of incomplete instruction. After reading the paperwork, I saw that I needed to activate their Patient Portal to open and access an account. To do so, I needed an activation code. When I called for the code on the following day, I was told that I would need to come in and show proof of ID in order to get the code. I understand the need, but if this is the protocol, patients should be advised of such at registration. Small addition, but it would save patient time, gas and the safety of not having to drive with an injury - in my case, an injured hand. The initial visit was still a good experience overall, but that is just a suggestion for management to consider and for patients to take note of when you visit.

The wait time was good but I believe it’s because I was the first person to get to the facility. The first nurse who took my vitals was curt and came off slightly rude. The gentleman man who took my blood was very kind and courteous. The last doctor I seen was very nice and took her time to explain everything to me. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend as one of the first people to treat a patient maybe try kindness or greeting the patient. Something as simple as good morning would go a long way to someone who already isn’t having the best day.

Overall experience was great, from the receptionist, all nurses that assisted me and the doctor. They were all very friendly, kind and warm. Everything that I need were taken care of. My only concern everytime I go to Patient First is the wait time. I understand it's uncontrollable, like if there's many patients and shortage of staff. I just hope Patient First can do something about it. But again, overall it was a pleasant experience and would still consider Patient First as my primary urgent care.

This has been a very difficult health year for me with an unusual ongoing disorder I've needed urgent care a number of times, and the staff (doctors & support personnel) were wonderful - above and beyond. Active in nursing for over 40 yrs. myself, I recognize knowledgeable, caring medical people. Three of the doctors I consider outstanding.

Super organized and friendly. My needs were met with a caring staff. It was wonderful to walk away with the medicine that was prescribed for you. Thanks for great professional care in every way. I will certainly return again in the future.

I was very ill and the Doctor correctly diagnosed and had me feeling better very quickly. Her treatment led to the discovery that my primary care doctor had been incorrect causing the emergency that required quick action at Patient First. Very eye-opening and am searching for new primary care doc. In the meantime, Patient First will do nicely. Thank you.

I came in extremely sick and everyone worked together in a timely manner to get me seen, get my meds and out the door. From the labs to the X-ray tech, to the one who drew my blood to the sweetheart who took my vitals and to the doctors who show compassion. This Patient First team is amazing. Job well done everyone!!!!!

Was my first visit there signing in was a little weird never had to do it like that before. I love the fact that I could go outside and wait in my vehicle. Since I got called in it was like 5 minutes 10 minutes maybe and then I got pulled into the back. Wait time in the very back and the bed wasn't very long either my doctor was completely amazing he helped me with everything and got all the referrals I needed to help out my health I just thank that doctor a lot and I will definitely be coming back if I get sick again. And I wasn't even there the whole time wasn't even an hourI love the fact that I got in there and got out in a reasonable time.

This was my first visit to a Patient First office, and I must say, I was very impressed with everything! The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The wait time was much less than any other place I’ve been for medical services. The doctor listened and was helpful. The facility was very clean and professional. I would recommend Patient First (particularly this one) to anyone in need of medical asssistance.
