Indian an River is the best Patient First location ever! The lady at the front desk called me in before I completed my check-in! Professional, with sincere concern, kindness, and “pleasantness” from all! My doctor was understanding, knowledgeable, and took the time to double-check to make sure the medication was what would work best. My favorite doctor was not on duty (Dr. Donald Curtis), but the doctor I had was perfect! Thank you all for being there.

Patient first is ran like a well, oiled machine, very efficient. The intake person that took my information was very friendly, informative and helpful . The nurse that took my weight and blood pressure was very sympathetic to me and had great bedside manner. The doctor that took care of me Today was fantastic, he listened to me, and also had very good bedside manner. I wish every visit to patient First was as easy and smooth as this was. The only dislike I have is that there is still a mask mandate for inside the facility. But I know the staff at my patient first have no control over that.

The wait time once in a room was extremely long. I see nurses, doctors office staff I hear them talking one to another outside of the room I was put in, I see them walking back and forth. Some standing together talking about whatever they were talking about and it was not all patient related. When I was put in the room I was told the doctor would be in shortly. After that no one ever stuck there head in to reassure me the doctor would be in soon or shortly or anything. At one point I was beginning to question weather anyone knew I was there! I'm sure they saw me as the passed never saying a word. I was almost tempted to leave but I know I would have been billed for the visit and needless to say my reason for going in the first place. Yes once the doctor did come it was smooth sailing from there. 1 2 3. Please try to do better. When patients come it is for a reason. I think you need to live up to your name Patient First. I'm sure it's not just me and don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I need to be seen before someone else. But give me the courtesy of acknowledging me!

All of the physicians and staff are very caring and make you feel comfortable each step of your visit from check in to when you check out. There was a wait to see the physician but that’s understandable. I felt like they handle each person that needs to be seen as quickly as they can. Their processes seem very efficient and very organized. The physician I saw was very attentive to my particular issue and provided me with the medication that I needed and explained how best to proceed with my treatment. I also liked that I was able to purchase the medication there and not have to make a trip to the pharmacy.

It was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at patient first. Everything (results) was explained to me so I could understand, and I got real raw feedback/advice to get back healthy. It was a small wait but as long as I can wait in my car I’m fine lol. This was just a great great experience. I understood what needed to get done and why, and the lab tech was A1! As someone who is terrified of needles, she definitely did her big one and kept me comfortable during the whole time she was taking blood. Loved it. Thank y’all!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Everyone was so kind and attentive. They actually seemed like they wanted to be there to help. You don’t find that much anymore. I was in and out quicker than I have ever been seen in a military facility with an appointment! I had an amazing experience and couldn’t have thanked everyone enough. It’s so hard to know what to expect when going to see a doctor when you’re not feeling good, but the experience they gave me is the BEST I could have ever expected and more.

Organized and the people are very caring and kind. They were very busy so the wait time was long, but it was clear everyone there was working as fast as they could. The doctor was thorough and asked good questions.

Most ridiculous experience of my life. I got there at 9:40. Called back to register and was done by 10. Took 20 minutes to get registered because their system isn't the best. My son took a covid/strep test at 11 they told me it takes 20 minutes so the results so by 12:40 I was kinda over the whole thing asked if I could just get the results I was told a doctor had to give them to me by 1:10 I walked out. I told them if they doctor wants to call with the results that's fine but I'm done. I was absolutely starving they have no food or drinks available either.

Wait time was really long for registration and getting a room then for a doctor to accommodate my needs. The staff were all very caring and were really cool however. They seemed to care about how i feel in situations which above all is the most important factor. They did some standard test and discussed with me what is likely to happen and some at-home care steps to treating my illness. The other was a small issue with my finger but they told me to wait a couple days. It was a good experience and comfortable one. The wait time was just a bit long. It was a pretty good visit overall.

No wait time at all. Sharon, Destinee and Dr. Curtis was as nice as can be. As was the tech who tested us and the nurse who brought Luna a coloring page, crayons and stickers. Their bedside manner was above and beyond. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Everyone was friendly above and beyond.

There were lots of patients in the waiting room when I arrived. I thought about leaving and going somewhere else. So glad I stayed. The patient first staff did an excellent job with the vast amount of patients they had to intake. The team was outstanding and very knowledgeable; from the X-ray technician, technician drawing blood to Dr. Spence. Great teamwork. I highly recommend this medical facility.

Today’s visit was due ro a respiratory issue. Obviously, I didn’t feel well. From check in to discharge was less than 45 minutes. The PA was caring, knowledgeable and explained the treatment in detail. By way of transparency, Patient First is my primary medical provider. I chose them because of their consistent quality care for me.

Total waste of time. I signed in to the machine and it did not record me signing in. I waited an hour twenty minutes before being called back. People who got there before me and way after me were called back before me. When called back the nurse and X-ray tech did a good job. The physician was a joke and the worst physician/doctor I’ve ever experienced. The guy was clueless and admitted it. He saw something that he thought was important and pointed it out but as to the reason for me coming in, he couldn’t tell me anything. I felt ripped off and scammed out of my money. I will receive a bill for literally NOTHING! 3 hours of my day wasted and to be told absolutely nothing was frustrating. Patient First should feel embarrassed and should investigate a few things because I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining about this. This is an honest assessment of my services provided today, total disappointment. Won’t be returning and won’t let my family return either.

From the time I entered Patient First Indian River location, I was greeted with a smile and welcome by front staff. Then quickly registered in less than 10 minutes. Seen by the MA after that, and placed in a room. My assigned physician saw me in less than 30 minutes, obtained a chest x-ray, shared findings and medical diagnosis. My discharge medications with instructions were given by the physician, all my questions and concerns were acknowledged and address prior to me leaving. The entire process took one hour. I’m extremely pleased with care I received.

Prompt and quick service overall. Had to wait in the waiting area a few times so that was a minor inconvenience. I liked the ability to wait in your car if you wanted. Glad that there is a pharmacy on-site to reduce the amount of stops to make on the way home. Everyone was polite and friendly. In and out in about 1.5 hours. Great visit overall!

I really liked the option to wait in the car. I absolutely loved the link that shows you what # you are, what # is being registered and what # has been taken back. Extremely helpful. The doctor I saw was great—he joked with me and kept the atmosphere friendly while also making me feel listened to. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had there.

Extremely nice staff. A little bit of waiting but nothing too bad. The physician was probably one of the best I have seen in the us in terms of empathy, patient and clear explanations and answering questions. I’ll come back to this Location going forward.

I came in to the office early in the morning and was first in line to be seen. They were very quick and at first everything was great. Nurses and receptionist were exceptional and did the best they could. My complaint is that when i was taken back, i wasn’t even weighed. I do not weigh 175 pounds and that was for whatever reason what they put in on my chart. Not to mention they sent me home with a flyer to manage my “weight” (i am very healthy) They also asked to get blood work and a chest x-ray for cold/flu symptoms. These tests were all recommended without a doctor actually taking a look or listening to my symptoms, they just asked me briefly upon check in. The actual checkup was brief and when i tried to explain that the conditions i work in may be affecting how i feel, the doctor blew me off and just asked what my symptoms were. Nothing is worse than feeling like the person in charge of treating you doesn’t even care to listen. I am just 18 years old and never go to the doctor by myself, it is evident that they were merely trying to rack up the bill by ordering tests that were completely unnecessary. Never have i gone to the doctor and experienced this before. I was in tears after i left because i felt so sick and completely invalidated wondering if my treatment plan was going to help. I don’t normally write these kinds of reviews, but the lack of care or even consideration during my visit was some of the worst and most upsetting i’ve ever dealt with. I urge you to find ANYWHERE else to go, especially for your children. It’s unsafe, unfair, and unethical to treat patients this way.

The staff was empathetic with my current situation and got the ball rolling on my immediate treatment needs. I am looking forward to you being my new PCP. The willingness and effort on the Dr.'s part left me very appreciative. I truly feel that I am FINALLY going to get the help that I have been needing for months on end. God bless. I am full of gratitude rather than attitude! Thank you 😊
