I
have
been
a
member
of
the
WORX
for
over
five
years,
and
I
have
to
say
that
I
been
loving
my
fitness
journey,
and
today
after
I
am
in
the
best
shape
of
my
life,
and
fitness
is
part
of
my
lifestyle;
I
can
attest
that
it
is
thanks
to
the
WORX
and
the
fantastic
team
of
trainers
and
support
network.
What
I
like
about
the
WORX
the
most
is
that
is
not
about
looking
fit
but
building
true
fitness,
regardless
of
where
you
are
in
your
journey.
The
classes
demographics
range
from
amazingly
fit
people
to
people
that
need
considerable
improvement;
the
beauty
of
this,
is
that
there
is
no
differentiation
of
what
fitness
level
you
are
to
actively
participate
on
the
classes
and
get
the
best
results.
I
previously
did
a
trial
on
a
CrossFit
gym,
and
for
me
was
great
as
it
really
helped
me
get
in
shape,
because
I
understood
the
form
and
had
a
good
fitness
foundation.
However,
I
could
not
stand
seeing
how
many
people
training
there,
were
“injuries
waiting
to
happen,”
and
little
was
done
to
give
them
meaningful
coaching.
Seeing
the
twerking
pullups
and
accelerated
dead
lifts
that
pay
little
attention
to
strengthen
the
core
and
lacked
all
focus
on
form,
were
too
painful
for
me
to
watch.
In
contrast,
the
WORX
workouts
are
scalable
in
intensity,
focused
on
core
strength
and
with
built
in
modifications
to
ensure
an
abid
fitness
person
or
a
novice
can
get
the
best
of
the
workout
safely
and
with
no
pressure.
I
consider
myself
in
pretty
good
shape,
and
for
years
(when
I
was
young)
was
an
Abid
weightlifter;
I
looked
great
as
I
was
tone
and
big;
but
lacked
the
flexibility
and
core
strength
that
I
have
today.
After
injuring
myself
trying
to
push
my
weightlifting
limits,
I
started
to
shift
my
workouts
to
more
core
and
calisthenic
focused
workouts
like
P90X
and
insanity.
I
have
always
run
and
have
a
lot
of
upper
body
strength,
just
lacked
the
endurance,
flexibility,
and
core
strength.
After
returning
from
a
deployment
in
great
shape
over
five
years
ago,
my
wife
invited
me
to
try
the
WORX.
I
originally
thought
it
was
just
like
P90X.
Oh
boy
was
I
wrong,
I
was
smoked,
and
since
then
I
decided
to
join
and
have
been
a
member
for
over
5
years.
Even
during
COVID
Maia
customized
the
workouts
for
us
to
do
the
routines
from
home.
If
you
want
to
embark
in
a
meaningful
fitness
journey,
focused
on
incorporating
fitness
as
part
of
your
life
style,
in
an
environment
that
is
friendly
and
supportive
enough
of
all
fitness
levels,
I
recommend
you
consider
the
WORX!!!!
