I had an overall wonderful experience. I struggle with dental anxiety. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and then again by the hygienist. By the time I was ready to see Dr Greg I was totally relaxed. Dr. Gregory Traver, Ashley and the rest of the Smiles of Virginia staff made my very first crown a very pain free pleasant experience. Thanks guys!!! Totally recommend!!

Wow..... what can I say? Wow covers it. My dentist retired and so I went on a hunt for a new one that accepts my insurance. I had a tooth that broke and needed a root canal. They got me in so it was not an issue for an upcoming trip. Everyone from the front office to the check out personnel were awesome. The office was very clean and well laid out. Everything was explained before the procedure, during the procedure, and post followup. Dr. Steven Kim and all his assistants were professional and engaging. I would recommend them highly. And they called the following day to see how I was feeling! What? great job guys and girls.

I have been twice and felt compelled to leave a review. Dr Greg and his team (Ariana etc) are calm kind and very thorough. They took time to explain the procedures and to make sure I was comfortable. The facility is top notch with all new equipment too!

The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Dr O and his staff are phenomenal at making sure you’re comfortable. Everything from the payment schedule provided by Tara, to Michelle being extremely comforting and making certain that things stayed on track. The staff made certain I had what I needed, and made sure that we stayed flexible on my appointments as I and they run a busy schedule. I was given a time line and they stuck to it without deviation. I will definitely be using smiles of Virginia and Dr. O/Staff for as long as I live, even from a good bit of distance away… thank you all so much for the new smile! I can now live confidently smiling the whole way through life! Thank you!

I really appreciated that they were able to get me in so quickly. The online scheduling was super convenient. Dr. Amber D. was awesome. She was honest, relatable, and created a relaxing environment.

From the time I entered the clean, inviting parking lot to the end of my visit at the front desk, I was so impressed with the clean, bright office. The receptionist, the hygenist, the doctor and the financial officer all showed the utmost respect and kindness toward me. My hygienist, Bree, and Dr. Gregg answered all my questions and gave me many options for my treatment.They respected my feelings and never tried to push any one type of treatment on me. I have had a hard time finding a dental practice since moving here 11 years ago. I will never go anywhere else! Smiles of Virginia is the absolute best!!!

Our experiences at Smiles of Virginia was beyond our expectations. My husband and I had our first appointment. Our dentist, Greg Traver, listened to our concerns, asked good questions, and gave us good advice. Our hygienists, Rosa and Brianne, were very skilled and at the same time sensitive to our needs. I took my 2 year old and 5 year old daughters here for their first dentist visit and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff was so so friendly and patient. Our dental assistant was amazing, I can’t remember her name but she went through every instrument, every step of the process and showed exactly what would be happening so my girls were as comfortable as possible. Dr. Amber was wonderful with them as well, she really went above and beyond to explain to both my daughters and I what the next steps would be and our options. I am actually changing my general dentist based off this experience as well. 🙂

As someone who has a not-insignificant fear of the dentist, I cannot recommend Smiles enough. Every hygienist I’ve worked with has been understanding and attentive, and Dr. Amber specifically is very caring and sensitive to my apprehension about the whole process. 10 out of 5 stars.
