I ordered a massage for my wife! 1.5 hours and ordered an additional bamboo massage! No one sent me a form to fill out before the massage session! As a result, the massage lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes and there was no bamboo massage, just a regular one! After that, no one asked me how much I wanted to tip, but they simply charged 20% from my card! Will I book a massage again? No! I would like to say thank you to the girl who did the massage, my wife really enjoyed it!

It is definitely a delicious environment... The aroma therapy to the amazing staff . They are a warm , welcoming and a natural experience for the relaxing retreat of massage , facial and reiki energy for your soul.... I especially enjoyed my deep cleansing pore repair from the dazzling DAWN!!! Her facials are a (10+) !! Oh !!! I truly enjoyed the work of their new to the many great team members for massaging , JERMAINE ... He has the hands of a full body deep tissue masseuse.. I'm definitely rescheduling for both of them to charm our way back to my health..... Thank you so much again... Highly recommend

I'm so disappointed with this company. I have been using there services for a few years/ a couple times a year, and have referred many of my clients and friends. I recently had to cancel my much need, long awaited message appointment that does not come easy to me a working mom due to having a virus. The finances are not easy to come by for me after my kids needs are all taken care of. I was given a gift card to this place for my birthday so that I could take care of myself. I was told that I would be charged half the service rate due to cancellation in the same day. This policy would make sense and be fair if illness was not involved, as I understand because I work in the services industry. There cancellation policy needs updating, for clients who are sick and unable to come in. Now I will be giving them my gift card to cover a fee for an appointment I did not even get to go to/ due to illness. I will not be using this business or referring them to future clients friends or family.

We like to come here for massages any time we visit the area, and they're always so relaxing! My daughter & I also had facials during our most recent visit - we both love how our skin feels, even a few days after our service. Also, every staff member has gone above & beyond!

I’ve come here for several massages and the atmosphere + staff are so kind and attentive. The space is calming and the tea selections are amazing. I went here for a birthday massage and the staff noticed it was my birthday and comped the cupping add on I had with my service. This was so unexpected and thoughtful!

Just had a salt room session and couples massage to celebrate my and my husband's 3rd wedding anniversary! It was sooooo relaxing! We were super impressed with our massages. I had J (Jermaine), and oh my gosh he did AMAZING! He made sure to check on pressure and my comfort throughout the 90 minutes. His techniques blew me away, I feel like a whole new person. The salt room was super serene. I saw some people complain that the fountain was not working, but it was on when we went. We liked it, but probably wouldn't do it without also getting another service ❤️. We enjoyed the complimentary teas as well! My husband had their daily special, and I enjoyed a chai green. Both delicious! The manager on duty helped me book our appointments a week ago, and she was insanely helpful. I was able to snag their Black Friday deals over the phone and keep it a surprise for my hubby. Thank you Green Leaf and Pebble!

Incredible experience! We ventured in for my mom's birthday! The entire staff was incredible! Eryka the receptionist was so helpful in explaining all of teas to us and making sure we felt right at home. We started off in the Himalayan Salt Cave followed by the most soothing massages by Casey and Kristen. So thankful for such a wonderful afternoon. We will definitely be back!

So disappointed in buying a gift package from here for someone and will never recommend them. They have an absurd cancellation policy that they don’t communicate with you. Not only do they charge your card for half the service cost if you cancel (and they don’t care why) but it turned out that they also redeemed one of facials in the package. I’ve requested to speak to someone and waited to rectify this but there isn’t any professionalism, communication, or customer service here. Please don’t waste your money or time.
