So, I had a gift card and it was a problem. Now my family member just went there 2 days ago. I know they paid. The person didn't seem to be fluent in English.So finally they honored it. I was aggravated. The massage person was good for deep massage. It was pretty hard massage. So my massage got interrupted a few times. The lady did apologize. Working around doctors , I am accustomed to seeing licenses on the wall. I didn't notice any there. I mean state licenses need to be in view in your operatory or room. Very dim lites! Another thing.... People need to be professional and say, my name is so and so , come on back. So I would not advise this place. Got interrupted a few times, 2x. The person was pleasant. In comparison to another place....I had a massage at massage envy and it was very professional , licensed. Good lighting. . This place seems unique, very dim lighting.I wouldn't go back because I didn't see a license on wall. Uncomfortable feeling. Weird vibes.

The absolute best massage that I ever had! They made me feel so good and relaxed. Really a awesome experience, even hours later I feel like I just left. My tense muscles feel so much better, I know I'll sleep good tonight. I definitely will be going back real soon and when I do, I'll definitely get a longer time period!! Final Review: This will be my last update unless something drastically happen negatively in a future visit. My massage was still top notch. Something I forgot to mention about my 2nd massage that happened during my 3rd as well, is that they added the hot stone massage even though I didn’t ask for it. It was different, but I enjoyed it. Stones weren’t too hot. I will probably look up and research the purpose of the hot stone massage. I guess it’s part of the 90 minute package. I didn’t receive it during my first 60 minute massage. Overall, it’s a great place to get a massage. As for them not once giving me the person I reserved a massage with (to include this 3rd visit as well), I don’t care anymore. I received Yan again as my masseuse. I reserved with Yi and asked about Yin’s whereabouts . Yan told me that Yi is male and works at the other location. So I won’t complain about it anymore. Yan for my 1st and 3rd massage did great. Mo for my 2nd did great. ***************************************** 2nd Review: My 2nd message was even better by Mo. She did a great job attacking me. Because of my muscular physique people usually has a hard time with me, but she handled it perfectly and I would gladly see her again for more massages. Still same issue as before though. I requested in my booking for Yi once again but I got Mo. I’m starting to wonder if Yi even is a real person. But when I asked the front desk on my way out for the names of the masseuse that worked there, she did mention Yi. So maybe one day I’ll get the person I request for. **************************************** Initial Review: 5 stars for the massage itself. My masseuse was Yan and she was very thorough and really good with the deep tissue massage. I wouldn’t mind her being my masseuse again. My only issues were not in her control. 1.) The ladies did not know I had scheduled an appointment. It was a surprise to them. Luckily I guess, Yan was available to they took me in right away after I proved to them that I did schedule an appointment online. 2.) Yan, while great was not the one I requested in my appointment. I requested Yi. Now this was not a major deal because it was my first time here so I really do not know Yi or Yan. But in the future, now that I’ve gotten a massage by Yan, I might request Yi again to compare to see which I would prefer and I hope when that time comes I get the person I requested. But as I said already, Yan was great. She applied the right pressures and hit all the right points needed.

I got the 90 min spa package and I'm in so much pain 2 days later- I can't even fall asleep comfortably because my neck, shoulder and base of skull are throbbing and so tender. The masseuse I had was a man and he spent about 30 of the 90 mins on one side of my back using his forearms and knuckles- it was painful and not relaxing. Also, whatever you do- DO NOT GET THE TABLE SHOWER AND SCRUB- super creepy, performed by a very lazy lady and in a room with a hole in the door where the doorknob should be. The scrub was sloppy and the table you lie on was weird. There was an element of professionalism missing. I wanted to run out of there as quickly as possible! I will not ever go back there.

Had a wonderful couples massage here while visiting a friend. Prices are extremely reasonable. Have honestly never had a more thorough massage. They also gave us a handwritten thank you card and a cute little keychain at the end. Highly recommend!

Excellent deep tissue massage with excellent pressure, relieved me of all of the physical stress I was experiencing! Will be going back
