I had a terrible experience at this establishment. I visited at 4 pm, seeking a nail extension service, but the outcome was disastrous. My nails ended up damaged, with cuticle skin left visibly red and feeling painful, as if it had been carelessly cut or aggressively pushed to its limits. Despite the unsatisfactory result, I still paid for the service as they took me out the place. right after, I had to ask them to remove the extensions, as my hands were left in this sorry state. I strongly advise against choosing this place. The lack of customer support, especially considering the challenges I faced, is reason enough to avoid it altogether

Oh my gosh!!! Sofia is the best and sweetest most accommodating nail technician. No doubt my nails look fabulous (that’s why I come back every two three weeks), but it’s Thanksgiving Day and she’s working on my nails. She couldn’t do them yesterday, but asked if I could come today! What?! A fresh look for Thanksgiving! Absolutely!

I like my dip manicure/ pedicure done by Tracy today. There was no issue at all, so I enjoyed the time in the quiet place. She's very meticulous and took her time to do what I asked. The gel Pedicure was so speedy and beautiful. Organic Nails & Spa Fairfax is hands down my favorite salon in this area.

This has been my go to salon for the past couple of months and I love it! I always go to Venus and she is so sweet and always does a great job on my nails. I always leave super happy with the service. Everyone is so friendly and hospitable here. The interior is very clean and modern too. Go to this salon and you won’t regret it!!

I really wanted to enjoy my time here. The reviews were great! I went here to get my nails done for my wedding. My first mistake was showing up early to my appointment. I had no expectation of being seen earlier, I just didn't want to wait in my car, but it seemed to panic all of the techs. When I did sit down it felt like the tech was rushing. I must've been in and out of this place in like 20 minutes. They filed my nails into short almond shapes but filed one of them in a wonky way so it looked like that nail was curved dramatically to one side. I chose a white color that I guess needed multiple coats but the tech did like 2 coats and stopped. So I left with polish that was patchy and uneven, opaque in some areas and sheer in others. Overall, I'd say my experience wasn't worth the $50+ I spent here. Edit: In case the person doing review replies sees this- My mom booked the appointment so it was under her name. We went to the Organic Nails and Spa 3 off 50 next to a pediatrics and an Amazon Fresh.

Our experience was amazing. Sophia does an amazing job and makes you feel like the most important customer in the world. Her work is impeccable and she makes sure you have a relaxing experience.
