Our waiter, Jason, was on top of everything! From the appetizer recommendations to dessert/wine recommendation was on point! I had the Wagyu steak....worth every single penny!!! My wife's plate was amazing...pretty much... EVERYTHING!!

I had problems with the quality of the food and service at this restaurant. The good- our appetizers, the steak tartare and the octopus were both delicious.The restaurant is cozy and the ambiance is nice. Opportunities for improvement- the service was very slow and not particularly attentive. People who were seated after us received their appetizers and meal before us. When I mentioned this to our server, he became visibly irritated and made a comment about needing to space the the main course after the appetizers. As he walked away, I could see and hear him muttering under his breath. Our food finally arrived, and the steak was overcooked (asked for rare, filet was medium well), and one of the side orders was missing. When the missing dish (Brussel sprouts) arrived, they were overcooked and extremely salty. We sent the Brussel sprouts back, and they offered to make it again. We declined. The lobster was adequate. I ordered the pasta dish, and I could not finish it. The sausage was too salty and the flavors of the dish were not complementary. None of the staff offered an apology or showed any kind of sentiment that they cared about our dining experience. People can go to any restaurant. Wagyu grade beef is available to consumers and can be prepared at home. Dining is out is about the experience and this was not a positive one. The icing on the cake was receiving the bill and seeing the 20% tip already added to the bill. Perhaps that is why the service was poor.

We did not get a reservation in the main dining room, but they were easily able to accommodate a reservation at a high top in the bar! The service was great, the server was very attentive! We ordered a scratch and dent cab wine which was delicious and reasonably priced! We also ordered the charcuterie appetizer and French onion soup, which were immpecable. The dinner was timed well and cooked to perfection. Overall an amazing evening, would HIGHLY recommend!!

I have been wanting to try wagyu beef for years. I was not disappointed, In fact the wagyu tenderloin was easily the best cut of beef I have ever had in any country. To top it off the rest of the food was phenomenal. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The restaurant went above expectations. This is my new favorite place in all of Europe and North America. They did a better job than Gordon Ramsey Steak in Vegas.

**Zoe's Restaurant** is a fine dining restaurant that specializes in steak and seafood dishes. I had a fantastic experience dining there with my partner. The staff was courteous and professional, and the wine list was impressive. The restaurant has a cozy and elegant atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner. We started with the lobster sausage pops, which were amazing. They were made with lobster, shrimp, bacon, black garlic, jalapeno, and lemon sorghum glaze. They were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the glaze was sweet and tangy. We also had the house charcuterie board, which had a variety of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and breads. It was a generous portion and very tasty. For the main course, I had the steak frites, which was a 16oz prime ribeye with pomme frites, foie gras butter, and ruffled bearnaise. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The fries were crispy and the sauces were rich and creamy. My partner had the seared scallops, which were served with truffled cauliflower puree, tasso ham, kale, roasted tomato, and dashi oil. The scallops were seared to a golden brown and melted in the mouth. The puree was smooth and the ham added a nice saltiness. The kale and tomato added some freshness and color to the dish. For dessert, we shared the strawberry napoleon, which was a layered pastry with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and chocolate sauce. It was light and airy, and the strawberries were sweet and juicy. The chocolate sauce added a decadent touch. It was a perfect way to end our meal. I would give Zoe's restaurant a rating of 5 out of 5. I think it is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal and a fine wine, especially for a special occasion. I would recommend making a reservation in advance, as it can get busy during peak hours. I would also suggest dressing up a bit, as the restaurant has a dress code. Came here for our anniversary. We had an amazing service and wine pairings from a very knowledgeable sommelier. Perfect for special occasions and I can’t recommend it enough

My brother decided for birthday dinner he wanted to try out Zoe's. It was 4 adults, 1 kid plus a newborn at 6pm, when we arrived we didn't realize reservations were preferred but not required and just so happened it was also restaurant week😳. Unfortunately they were booked for the entire week(understandably so). As we were heading back to valet to get our vehicles the hostess ran out of the door and flagged us down. They just had a cancellation and would be able to seat us after all. To top it off we had the best seat in the house to me--right Infront of the line. Being able to see the meals being prepared and the attention to detail to all plates being placed in the window for service was an extra perk. Our server Jason was amazing !! He was friendly and we had great conversations throughout the meal. Three people at our table had the surf and Turf with their steaks cooked to a perfect medium rare, the other two ordered off the restaurant week menu New York Strip with dutchess potatoes and harico verts with a Green Goddess Caesar salad and oyster Rockefeller for their first and second course. For appetizers we order the charcuterie tray with the cheese assortments, lobster sausage pops and mussels. The entire experience was to perfection. Would certainly recommend Zoe's to anyone and will certainly be back myself.

Everything was delicious. The menu is only two pages, but that is a great thing it shows the focus on making it excellent. Lobster Sausage Pops intrigued us and decided to give it a try. Happy we took it because it was delicious.

My first visit to Zoe's was a wonderful experience! Everything was absolutely delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly. It practically melted in my mouth. The appetizers and drinks were made perfectly, as well. Our waiter, Patrick, was great and very attentive and friendly. Everyone that we encountered during our visit was so nice, warm and welcoming. Their hospitality adds to the awesome experience. I am looking forward to coming back and enjoying another decadent meal.

This is our go to restaurant for gourmet dining! Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The servers sat us at the chef’s table for our anniversary and we got to try the most amazing dishes. The quail egg, lobster pops and scallops make fulfilling appetizers. The Surf & Turf is a great choice for steak and seafood lovers. For dessert, the macarons are tasty, crispy and light enough for you to eat on a full stomach. You won’t be disappointed with this pleasant experience!

Great dinner with friends. Started with the soup of the night which was delicious and almost too pretty to eat then had a perfectly prepared rare filet. Fantastic wine list. Our server Justin was very knowledgeable and the service was attentive and thoughtful without being rushed or annoying. Because it was the night after Thanksgiving, we skipped dessert but the ones we saw looked great.

Loved the entrees and the diverse touch in each dish. The dessert is a must, however they have pork products in almost every dish, I just don’t enjoy pork products. But I highly recommend this upscale place for a nice romantic dinner, family gathering and the foodies who truly love to try everything. The manager is a pleasant soul, she welcomes any feedback. Patrick the wine expect is fun to talk to and know about your drinks before ordering. Pay it a visit and you won’t regret it.

Wow. Great place. Excellent staff. I wanted lobster, scallops, and shrimp. They hooked me up. The food was fabulous. I couldn't ask for better. Everything was great.

Always have an enjoyable experience at Zoe's. The staff is so caring and attentive. The food is amazing and they go above and beyond to add a special touch to my meal. This staff has given me the opportunity to get out and enjoy dinner, in a relaxing, delightful way. All my food is pureed and as most of us know, that is not on restaurant menus. After eating at home for so long, I decided to reach out and see if they would be able to accommodate my needs. They were very quick to reply and more than happy to take care of my needs. I could never thank them enough for giving my husband and I the opportunity to go out and enjoy an amazing dinner together. I highly recommend Zoe's. You won't be disappointed. We always leave there happy!

Great place for a date or hang with friends. It's literally fine dining and good food. I couldn't help but give this hidden gem 5 stars for those qualities. Customer service as well was everything!

We love the food at Zoës. The service here is always very good and the wine selection is very nice. Parking here is valet only but you can tip it on your check if you want which is nice if you forgot to bring cash. Valet itself is free. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area and want a nice dinner out.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Zoes. Excellent waitstaff and bar tending. The food was amazing. I only wish I brought a bigger appetite to have tried more on the menu. I highly recommend Zoes to anybody around the VA Beach area.

We went to Zoes to celebrate two birthdays, and I'm really glad we did. We had the Lobster Sausage Pops, Creekside Filet Mignon, and Meyers Prime Rib Eye. The steaks were amazing and were cooked to perfection. We had the carrot cake for our dessert and it's the best carrot cake I've ever had. Props to Adison for making it a wonderful night for my Mom and I.

This is THE best steak and seafood restaurant! We’ve been to other steakhouses that are well known/famous but Zoe’s is the best! The staff is so friendly, even the valet person is sweet. The food is so amazing. The atmosphere is typical of a steakhouse, dark decor, etc. Zoe’s is a must.

Went in on a Saturday night once we pulled in the valet parking asked if we had made a reservation I said no, he told us to double check with the hostess. They said they had no seating inside but would do outside so we did it was a beautiful night we didn’t mind. We ordered drinks a mojito and some wine the mojito wasn’t anything special. We got the surf and turf I asked for my meat well done and is wasn’t it was medium well and i couldn’t eat half of it bc I just don’t do pink … it was also a bit gammy and chewy it had a lot of fat in it which I’m not a fan of either it had a good flavor so did the lobster! Everything was okay nothing crazy or special I think for the price it’s mostly the experience but not so much the food they did give us bruschetta to try and a small key lime cookies which was a nice touch also the waitress was an absolute delight she was so attentive and sweet! Loved that but the food … eh not really worth all the money just being honest
