Pizza and subs are awesome, love eating here! Great place! Thanks Guys

I grew up in NYC and there use to be a place called “Famous Ray’s”. I did not expect a pizza join this far from home to be that good and I was not disappointed. However they serve a decent pizza. They also have other NY style foods such as Calzones. The staff was nice enough and they keep the place clean. If you are in the mood for a slice it is worth stopping in.

Food was good. Ordered the chicken parm sandwich and garlic knots. Only thing I didn't like is that I went for pizza, but after 7pm they stop serving individual slices.

Pizza and wings was great. The young girl who took our order was really friendly. I'm a sauce person so I ask how much they used. She said she would let them know in the back I liked heavy sauce. The pizza was great. They did an excellent job on it. I'm not a wing person I can eat them or no. But my wife is she says it's hard to make a good wing and they nailed it. My wings was good but I dont know the difference between wings they all seem the same to me but my wife was pleased so I suggest the wings if you are a wing person great job you guys yall are definitely on our go to list when we are in the area

Loved the pizza and the wings close to authentic but I always feel something missing being from NY but good all in all will come back 🙏🏾🤞🏾

Ordered for the first time today and had it delivered. I ordered a Stromboli with sausage chicken and extra cheese. Would rate this a 9.2/10. The Stromboli was massive had a lot of meat and they definitely added extra cheese. We ordered an order of garlic knots. Would rate those 8.1/10. They were seasoned very well in my opinion a little on the dry side but overall very good. My wife had the chicken parmigiana. Rate that 9.6/10. The tray was slam full of food, received a massive amount. The sauce is very good and can tell it’s made in house, not out of a jar or can. Came with bread and a nice side salad, unlike other places that give you two pieces of lettuce and a small tomato and call it a salad. The salad had toppings on it and was nice size to be a side. Really happy I did. Was in the area and stopped in. Greeted with a nice hello. Got a slice (it's huge) and an order of fries. It was delicious!

Huge pizzas! Delivery took about an hour.The food could have been a little hotter but all in all good food! A little expensive $35 for a medium pie and some cheese sticks but,you can order smaller portions because they are monstrous!

Probably one of the best food supplies I've ever purchased. There are so many toppings on it that when you picked up a slice it would fall off . Pizza was hot fresh and moist just the way it should be. The only concern was that the crust was overdone a little bit crunchy but not like the commercial pre made pizza find in most restaurants

Stopped in to pick up pizza to go. First time here. We are visiting our Sailor. We ordered a large pepperoni & cheese. The place was really cool and has a lot of NY memorabilia. Our order didn’t take long. Pizza was still hot and fresh by the time we made it back to our room. The crust is not too thick or thin. It’s the perfect thickness for NY style pizza. Perfect mixture of crisp & chewy crust. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I ate here for the first time this past Wednesday. Immediately the little girl behind the counter greeted us as we entered the building, very sweet and pleasant. We ordered way too much food but let me tell you that was the best pizza I have had in a long long while. We also ordered there wings, now I'm very picky about my wings but these were cooked perfectly. None of that nasty breading these were naked with your choice of sauce hot for me and hubby got BBQ. We will definitely revisit when we are back in the area. I gave 5 star and would give more of allowed

Everything about this place was awful. We should have known when no one was in there…but we looked up reviews and thought we’d try it out. So disappointing! Bottled drinks, plastic silverware, and low-quality food. Gross!

I was on a 30 min lunch break I was in and out. Service was awesome no complaint. The pricing of the pizza was reasonable so I got 2 slices. Will eat here again.

Been to several "NY Pizza" shops in VB and most are good. But, I was not expecting the quality and taste from the Deluxe NY style pizza. Hands down one of the best pizzas in a long time; fresh ingredients falling off every slice, not greasy, very crust...obviously made with care and hold themselves to a higher standard. I will travel out of my way to visit here again.

So, your Burrito is never going to live this one down… I called the Ray’s Pizza that I thought was the one near our house. When we went to pick up our order, Dumpling reported they did not have it. I checked then number I dialed and sure enough it was for another Ray’s - who would have thought?! We are traveling farther, but we’ve now tried this Ray’s. We got an 18” 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a sausage and meatball calzone. Burrito says the topping to sauce ratio was on point, but the crust lost me and seemed over floured, tasteless, and not great. The calzone was must better, but the toppings were concentrated in the middle leaving the ends merely a little cheesy, but meatless. Dumpling expected a lighter thinner crust also from a NY style pizzeria. We would not drive out of our way again, but would give it another try if we lived nearby. Appreciate a man that gives visual aides next to the sizes he says things are. See pics.

My brother told me this was the best pizza in Virginia Beach so I tried it last weekend and came back again this weekend. The prices are good, the staff is friendly, the food is amazing!!! Best calzone I have ever had in my life, the cheesy garlic knots are delicious, the wings are good, the pizza is great. This is definitely my favorite spot now.

I use to come here a lot for pizza when I worked in Norfolk. Food was always great and friendly people. However, today I suggested Rays to a couple of friends. They went in and no one was dining in…. So they were the only people there. Not one staff member greeted or even asked if they could be helped. So of course they turned around and took their business else where!! Customer service doesn’t cost a thing but will affect a business tremendously. I will never recommend or suggest them to anyone! Please take some customer service classes.

This has been my go-to pizza joint since moving to the area. The price is excellent for such high quality: the toppings are abundant and I love the crispy dough. Looking forward to many more pies.

We love this place and enjoy going in every Friday. Great, enormous pizzas, perfect sauce never too greasy. Y'all have to try it. We always carry out since it's so much quicker.

The order taking on the phone is not the best. The inside could use an update. But you need to overlook that stuff if you really want the best pizza around. No other place can compare. Order the giant size you won’t be disappointed and if you understand pie as in math. You’ll get way more for your money. I pass at least 20 other pizza places to get theirs. If your looking for $7 pizzas go elsewhere and you get $2 worth of ingredients

Literally one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever tasted in my 39 years of life. The bread is freaking awesome so I can only imagine what the pizza probably tastes like as well. I will have to try it
