I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. As of this moment i have over 20,000 reward points, so needles to say i eat Chick-fil-A a lot. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience until today. I'm on the way back to Texas while working in Virginia. I stopped at this Chick-fil-A and waited in line for almost 20 minutes before ordering. I've been to Chick-fil-As all over the country and this is by far the slowest. It's Saturday morning at 10:41Est, I can't imagine how they handle peak lunchtime and dinner hours. The waffle fries didn't even taste fully cooked. I've submitted a picture for reference.

Big fan of chickfila. But this is the slowest one I've been too. Why have over 20 curbside pick up spots to only be told by the app to get in the long line. I waited 25 minutes which isn't usual for chickfila at all. Also you can't go in to grab food either. Probably won't return to this location.

This is the worst Chickfila I have ever been to. Every time I go, not only does it take at least 30 minutes or longer to get through the drive thru, but they also will not let you do pick up orders inside any more. My food is wrong every time, and the condiments never get put in the bag. Terrible service every time I go. I don't know what this location is doing different than every other location, but something is wrong.

This Chick-fil-A is a great location for a restaurant but the drive thru I'd a criss crossed mess you can not navigate and then this is one that doesn't honor veterans also. I've always enjoyed Chick-fil-A but this one could definitely step there game up to show veterans some support.

What happened to the drive-thru? At any given time it takes at least 30 minutes! I was #2 to give my order and got food 35 minutes later. Little blonde taking order was rude and talked entirely too fast to understand the read back. Finally placed order after asking her to slow down 3 times.😠

Rude, incompetent and dirty! You would think the owner of this franchise would read these reviews and fix the issues! Six minutes to get my order semi correct finally I just pulled up to the window. Order was still wrong, my child’s drink had something greenish black floating in it and the food was very greasy unlike any CF I’ve ever visited. Do yourself a favor and pass this location!

This is the best Chick-fil-A ever! Not because the food is better, but the people that work there are amazing! Don and James made us feel like family! Highly recommended!

Normally the better location locally for chick fil a. Service is always wonderful, they get pretty busy so sometimes the waits are long but the food is mostly always great. They’ll even special order make my son a grilled cheese so I really appreciate that from them.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I'm Chick-fil-A isn't my favorite fast food restaurant. However, we get astonishing service EVERY SINGLE TIME! I cannot begin to describe how pleasant my experience is when I visit any of their locations. After suffering through the service that I get with places like Cookout, McDonald's, Sonic, etc, it's a nice surprise to open my bag to see everything I ordered, neatly placed in the bag. And with napkins!!! I eat at Chick-fil-A for the service I'm provided! I will choose Chick-fil-A EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Not going to leave a bad review because the food is always fine but they have a major drive thru problem. Easy 30 minutes every time I go. It's so frustrating I consider not going back but I like the lord's chicken.

SO BUSY. This may annoy people, but you know it's good if there's a crowd. Stopped here during my 16 hour drive. Super friendly, as one would expect, while pushing food out at the normal quick pace. Thank you for the great service during the busy period. I hope to visit again!

RV-ers! NOT RV FRIENDLY! Food was great, but the to-go fries were only about 3/4 full. Make sure they fill up your fries. Service was fast considering the crowd. The drive thru line at around 1:30 pm was atrocious, and the driving pattern was a bit confusing if you're not a local.

Very busy which is typical for the chain. Service was somewhat slow. Food was hot and done but could have been cooked slightly more. Restroom and dining area were rather messy. But, again, it was dinner time and they were busy. Nothing was unacceptable and we'd go back if in the area.

Chick fil a never disappoints! Food was fresh and delicious. Service was wonderful as always. They even had the entire restaurant sing Happy Birthday to a customer that was ordering food. We often stop at this location when traveling from Wv to TN due to its convenient location off of 81.

Love Chick-fil-A!! I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A we've stopped at, and this one is no different. Friendly staff, clean tables and chairs, and a nice clean bathroom as well. Food was delicious, just as expected.

The food is almost always fine but there is something wrong inside the kitchen. The food takes forever to come out. As others have said, if you go into the drive thru you wait at least 30-45 minutes no matter the time of day. This location is the slowest chicfila I've ever seen. Every time I think I'll give it another chance I wind up wishing I'd just gone to the Pinnacle.

LOVE Chick-fil-A! This location's food is excellent, The team members are well trained and appear fully and professionally acclimated to efficiency and the WONDERFUL customer service, and the latter warm, friendly, accommodating with a clear service mentality. Great store = great management.

We came at 9pm on a Saturday night..an hour before closing and received the worst food and service. The girl neveah was extremely rude and acted like getting me a drink holder and one extra sauce was absolutely horrible and such a inconvenience to her. She just handed my food and looked the other way...no thank you or have a good one. My order was completely messed up because she did not care to check it and I had to go back inside to fix everything. She saw me come in and rolled her eyes. Like I'm not sure how our 20 second interaction requires to treat me this way. I had no issues until all my food was wrong. I wasn't rude, in fact I tried to be overly friendly because she was this way. The fries were SO old they were cold and greasy...chicken nuggets were old and hard..the only good thing was my husbands chicken sandwich out of $35 worth of food. I seriously have no idea why people treat customers this way and usually expect more at a Chick-fil-A but me and my family definitely won't be back. There are other restaurants that have friend customer service.

Their Mac n cheese is in the top 5 of the best I've ever had. But if you know that you start serving at a certain time. Why was it not ready?. And the person that took my order was nice. Tables were clean and so was the floor

We were on the road and decided to grab breakfast. We were served a tasty breakfast, but what really impressed me was the gentleman at the counter named Isaac. He was courteous and engaged in nice conversation. I found it refreshing.

We got the chicken noodle soup, it was good. Requested a lot of crackers and we got 5 packs for 2 large soups. Had to ask for more, the young guy seemed like I was interrupting him when I asked for a handful of crackers. The drive-thru was backed up, the ordering was great

Lately the food here has been rather disappointing. Sometimes the fry containers are half full and the nuggets are crumbs. Today nothing was hot and the mac n cheese was completely dried up. I could get better at a sit down restaurant for the same price.

There cobb salads are my absolute favorite. I do wish they would bring back the curbside pick-up. That was great. It made it way easier to get food. Sometimes the drive through lines are ridiculous and I go somewhere else but hey, that's the way of it.

This Chick-fil-A is one of the best we have ever visited. We drove through for breakfast and the service was outstanding, from the lady that took our order to the young man that gave us our food. Since the restaurant was not very busy, we had an opportunity to chat with each of them, and felt that they were truly interested in the conversations. The food was the usual high quality and a real pleasure to enjoy. The people of Bristol are very lucky to have such a great place to eat.

I'm a truck driver so this location is not trucker friendly. I parked next door at the international dealership and walked up the hill. I get in and ordered 12ct grilled. This is the first time li ever been to a chick fil a and was told they only do breakfast in the morning. I go all over the country and this was the first. I like the grilled nuggets and couldn't get them after making a lot of adjustments to get them by trying to find parking and waking all the way up to their location. 👎🏼👎🏼

this chick fil a location i am not a fan of, i can not tell you how many times I have went through the line and they forget all the sauce, and with the building inside being closed I have to wait in a line that wraps around the building…They also messed up 3 of my meals. 3 entire meals, and that is a lot of money. I definitely recommend going somewhere else, they need to do better.

I have never had an incorrect order at any Chick-Fil-A, ever until today. Tea rather than lemon aid. No big deal. The #1chicken sandwich was just not up to par. Small piece of chicken and over cooked.

The most disappointing Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had… not only is the drive through absolutely ridiculous but the food was just bad. I ordered a #1 so where do I start? The bun was doughy and damp feeling, the chicken itself was good. The waffle fries were cold and several of them weren’t fully cooked/tough so I couldn’t eat them. The food itself was not worth the wait so I will never go back to this location at all.

The food and friendliness of the staff is always awesome. Only issue I have experienced is being incapable of getting enough sauces for my meal. I’m okay with paying for extra sauces, like most people are, but if I’m willing to pay for more and the restaurant still won’t give enough for me to dip my nuggets and fries in… It’s just a huge inconvenience. Great food though.
