I
ordered
a
breakfast
pizza
and
was
told
that
certain
toppings
would
be
on
there.
Since
there
were
so
many
meat
options
I
took
off
one.
When
arriving
at
the
store
I
paid
for
the
pizza,
but
when
I
received
it
there
was
no
meat
on
it.
The
employee
stated
that
she
misspoke
and
that
she
was
told
by
management
that’s
the
way
it
comes.
When
I
told
her
that
I
didn’t
want
the
pizza
with
no
meat,
she
said
she
would
have
to
see
if
they
be
able
to
fix
it.
When
she
came
back
the
manager
stated
that
in
order
for
me
to
get
the
toppings
I
would
have
to
pay
an
additional
8
dollars!
She
said
it
would
take
5
min.
When
the
pizza
came
out,
they
literally
just
threw
meat
on
top,
and
at
this
point
i
just
wanted
to
go.
When
arriving
home
and
began
to
eat
the
pizza
the
meat
literally
was
falling
off.
I
think
what
frustrated
me
the
most
is
that
the
employee
was
very
apologetic,
the
manager
on
duty
was
the
opposite.
She
just
told
me
in
order
to
get
the
pizza
the
way
it
was
designed
then
it
would
be
an
additional
cost.
Even
after
paying
the
8
dollars,
the
pizza
was
not
up
to
quality
of
what
I
see
them
produce
on
the
regular
and
that
frustrated
me.
Mistakes
happen,
and
I
have
no
problem
with
the
method
in
which
to
fix
the
mistake.
However,
I
think
customer
service
and
quality
of
product
could
have
been
a
different
experience.
