I came in tonight with my husband we been on the road traveling I stopped thru to get a pizza. My server was amazing she was a younger girl. While I was in Rosas there was a girl that quit. My husband and I were eating our pizza and heard the whole thing at our table. The young black girl had quit and the manager had gathered the employees together and said that there was a lot of drama going on. She began saying keep your racist comments to yourself. I thought yes mama get those employees in check. Before I could even approach her to tell her good job. I watched as she went around talking to all the other servers telling them that the young girl serving us (I’m guessing bc she never talked to her ) told the girl what was said. The manager was being very unprofessional telling them they could walk out the door in her conversation as a group. Giving the young girl serving us dirty looks and being very unprofessional. I will never eat here again due to the racism and the way that the manager on duty had Handled the situation all across the board.. The young girl with red hair (Jada I think was her name)was very polite and told us she brought the check to start cleaning up that if they needed anything to let her know. Then came back while she was cleaning and checked on us and gave us upstanding service.

Edgar was the first to greet us and made sure we had a clean table to sit at. Bonnie took good care of us. Our food was hot, delicious and came out fast. Thank you for your wonderful service and yummy 🤤 food.

Just got spaghetti with meat sauce but it sas great. We did order some nacho cheese balls as well and man these things are delicious. If you have not had them you are missing out. Staff was awesome.

Ordered a calzone with added pepperoni (comes with ham) received a jumbo ricotta and cheese stick with a slice of ham. Highly disappointed .. oh and i asked for ranch but you see the sauce.

Kinda old school Italian joint serving classic Italian food. It's reasonably priced, and has decent portion sizes.

Fantastic pizza, professional and fun staff, good drinks, not too pricy. Highly recommended if you're passing through and don't want fast food. 5/5

We got 2 layer lasagna and stuffed shells. Plate licking good. Hot, cooked just right, portions. If your bypassing Richmond on I295 and looking for good food, give Mama’s a try. 👍👍

Stand alone restaurant with extensive and varied menu. Chicken and dumpling soup was exceptional, salad crisp, pork chops quite nice, but shrimp scampi were swimming in sauce and quite a letdown for an Italian restaurant.

We go here for dinner on our trip stop over. I wish it was closer to our home! We had the 5 Cheese Pizza, it was different and delicious!

Awesome staff. Went up and beyond expectations. Only thing, if I wanted to nit Pic was they were not quick to notice us when I wanted to pay bill. Way longer wait than necessary. As they where just talking among themselves not with customers. It was slow the time and day we where there. If it was busy it would be understandable. We got the pizza with 3 toppings. Toppings were not generous but fresh. Will be back to try other offerings. Well done Rosa.

This was our first time trying this place....not impressed at all. We placed a to-go order for a burger and the steak sub...the steak sub was awful and was missing ingredients; basically, it was a glob of cheese on bread...we had fries with both orders and paid $28!!!! The service was subpar at best, and my husband and I had the feeling like we were out of place (read in to that statement as you choose). Never again!

I ordered a breakfast pizza and was told that certain toppings would be on there. Since there were so many meat options I took off one. When arriving at the store I paid for the pizza, but when I received it there was no meat on it. The employee stated that she misspoke and that she was told by management that’s the way it comes. When I told her that I didn’t want the pizza with no meat, she said she would have to see if they be able to fix it. When she came back the manager stated that in order for me to get the toppings I would have to pay an additional 8 dollars! She said it would take 5 min. When the pizza came out, they literally just threw meat on top, and at this point i just wanted to go. When arriving home and began to eat the pizza the meat literally was falling off. I think what frustrated me the most is that the employee was very apologetic, the manager on duty was the opposite. She just told me in order to get the pizza the way it was designed then it would be an additional cost. Even after paying the 8 dollars, the pizza was not up to quality of what I see them produce on the regular and that frustrated me. Mistakes happen, and I have no problem with the method in which to fix the mistake. However, I think customer service and quality of product could have been a different experience.

The pasta was cooked to perfection! The a Their Alfredo sauce is to die for. The servings are very generous. Wonderful authentic Italian food!

Picked up at the window pizza was piping and delicious as usual. The window staff was courteous and polite also as usual... Gotta love some Mama Rosa's

I just got done ordering online. I accidently ordered the wrong item in a rush on my lunch break when I got to the restaurant Julia and her manager Bonnie were extremely understanding to my mistake and corrected it with a smile. Amazing customer service! And the food was cooked to perfection! Thanks Julia and Bonnie!
