Hugo repaired my engagement ring, reinforced the prongs and reset a stone. He suggested soldering the wedding band to the engagement ring to stop them from rubbing together and causing damage. I am very happy with his work.

It took me three tries but finally was able to get some assistance with the repair of my rings. My schedule didn't allow making an appointment but I would recommend that if you need Hugo's opinion. Everyone was helpful and thoughtful. They did everything they said they would do and I had an approximate idea of cost before they began the work. Glad to say I have found a new local jeweler.

Greatly pleased to have a couple of vintage pins repaired so that I can wear them again! Found in an antique store they are Jonette Jewelry (marked @jj) created these and I've never seen them anywhere else.

A very talented artist who makes very beautiful and unique pieces. We got our wedding rings cutom made at his shop in VA and even got a tour to see how everything is crafted. Hugo was even able to fix one of our rings that the cat knocked into the garbage disposal and made it look like new. I would definately go back again.

Actually bought a few items and one that required resizing, which only took five minutes to complete. Nice experience and I highly recommend stopping by to see their wares. Luckily, the ring I fell in love with was already created. I know my fiancée and I want to come back to purchase a set of rings for the both of us after the wedding. I got a wedding set given to me as a anniversary gift from my husband while we were on a cruise. They couldn't size it on the ship. I was referred to Hugo Kohl Jewelers by my Daughter in Law. I never expected such fantastic service. They helped me right away ..they sized it while I waited!! ... I thought I was going to have to wait several weeks due to the point that it was only 3 days before Christmas, but nope!!! I thought that was awesome. I will definitely go there again...

Hugo did beautiful work to resize my engagement ring. It looks no different than how we first got it and fits perfectly. He was able to resize and polish the ring by the time I finished paying for everything too! Will definitely be back and recommend him to anyone!
