Absolutely most wonderful experience in my life purchasing and having repairs done. I waited two years to have this beautiful cross with a diamond place. I went in to the store with a wish list for a watch and they were able to to get the exact watch I wanted (usually I would have expected it to take several months). We had the most memorable experience shopping for engagement rings with Haley. She spent hours with us helping us find the perfect combination, and after our first visit took the time to search for the exact diamond we were looking for. Deanna is absolutely amazing! We had gone to her before for other items and she was so friendly and helpful, but this time she literally saved my wedding! We were trying to get a custom piece done months in advance but the jeweler we were originally going through was not making the piece the way we wanted and we were now out of time. 10 days away from the wedding, our only option was to find a wedding band in stock. Haley was wonderful in helping me with a new set of diamond stud earrings. I recently lost one of my originals, purchased from Long's about seven years ago. Although my loss was insured, we had since moved out of the area to the Shenandoah Valley. I picked up the phone, called Long's and spoke with Haley. Worst customer service ever! In response to your reply, you are correct, your records will not show that I have done business with you all as I went there based off of reviews, which do not seem accurate. We walked in and not one associate greeted us, I guess they just assumed that we were showing ourselves around. When an associate did finally decide to walk over to us, we had questions in which instead of being helpful since we are first time customers, she had an attitude. I understand if she doesn't enjoy her job, and a lot do not, however that is not how you treat customers. This explains why the store was empty. Instead, we went down the street to Diamonds Direct, which had a completely different atmosphere and the associates were very welcoming. Please retrain your associates.

I love Long’s wonderful collection of estate jewelry plus the collections from all their fabulous designers! Every time I shop their I feel special and their professionalism is impeccable! Yes I have the same name, but not related. Both Mr Long and All his staff are GREAT. I went in to get a Appraisal for my watch for my insurance, they said it would be about 24 hours to get it back. It told them less then 24 and the price was reasonable.

I stopped by Long Jewelers to have the batteries replaced in two of my dress watches. Much to my surprise, as a first time customer, I was only charged for one of my watches. Who does that? Long Jewelers. My sales associate was courteous and even talked a little bit about Judith Ripka and my Swarovski crystal watch. They have a trunk show coming up and I plan to be there. We stopped at the location on Virginia Beach Boulevard to look for a wedding band for myself after having such a pleasant experience buying my fiance's engagement ring at the Shore Drive location. Since getting my engagement ring at another jewelry store in another state, we were looking for a place locally to get the same quality. Gracie was so patient and superbly helpful while I navigated the extensive collection of wedding bands. I have a unique engagement ring, and wanted to find the perfect compliment, and a simple band for my fiancé. We explored the various options, including special order and custom design. They have such a huge variety in a wide range of price points. After trying on several, imagining a custom design, and revisiting the displays, we found my band and I could not be more excited! Watchmaker on site does an excellent job and provides a warranty for his repair work.
