The back room at this facility is the most beautiful setting for the sunset every day. It stops me in my tracks every time.

A friend rented the place out for her son's birthday party. It was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. It was also a reasonable price and it was considered a private party so no one else was there.

Enrolled nieces in the Hampton Parks & Recreation summer camp. They love it!! There are daily activities and at least one field trip each week. They also go to the pool weekly. Another great aspect of the camp is parents or guardians are not obligated for the entire summer. For example, if a vacation is scheduled we don't have to pay for that week even if it's 2 weeks.

They have a great heated indoor pool with limited hours. They have a small exercise room with a TV, but the TV has not worked the couple of times I have been there. I would have liked to have something to look at other than myself in the mirror while I was on the treadmill and bike. The staff were made aware but have not taken care of this matter. Also, I don't know how often they clean the shower room. There was a used band aid in one of the shower stalls for over three weeks. The staff was not made aware of this issue. All in all this is a simple rec center.

I loved how warm and breezy it was today! The waves crashed against the shore, and we heard the seagulls and crickets. Otherwise, it was quiet and peaceful. Friendly passersby greeted you with a "good morning" and people were walking their dogs, skating, jogging, or enjoying a stroll with their baby, like us. Great experience to get in a little hike and be surrounded by nature.

The center itself has a lot of amenities that my daughter loved! I took her there for spring break for the Hampton parks and recs program. She asked if she could spend the days there in the summertime because she loved it so much.... and come on, it's beautiful out there! I'm editing my review because my daughter attended summer camp here this summer. The kids were going to go ride bikes and were told to exit through the garage at the back of the building. Outside of the garage there was some kind of drainage area. There was a hole in the ground that shouldn't have been there. Because of the improper upkeep of their property, my daughter stepped into said hole and broke her ankle. They refused to pay her medical bills or accept responsibility.

Great place, Well Maintained. Has a very nice pool and awesome basketball court.

A very nice place to go listen to local musicians and bands at the Gazebo Park. And watch the boats Sail by, at the historic Chamberlain Hotel which is now a upscale Assisted Living housing. Ashamed they took the outdoor saltwater pool out. But they do still have the old pool to use on the lower level.

Older facilities. Has an indoor pool. Has various activities for families, exercise classes, swim lessons, located by the water. Beautiful outside. Friendly staff
