Dr. Dash is amazing!! I have been going to him for 18 years!! He is very kind and personable - when he would give me my diagnosis, he would always make me feel comfortable and confident about any treatment I have to go through. He is wonderful. One note: while I was in the waiting room, I saw Dr. Dash escort a very young patient (he may have been 3-4 years old) to the door, saying good bye. I thought that was so awesome!!!

Whoever is in your billing department needs some serious customer service help. I was double charged for a charge that had already been paid off. No explanation but refund was issued apparently a couple days ago. No notification to let me know it was refunded. I asked politely to have them delete my account since I moved out of the area and the lady on the phone goes "UH WE ALREADY DID" cutting me off. You already did???? HOW? when I am just now calling. RUDE people. Front desk reception are nice but billing department YOU NEED HELP. Dr. O'Malley is nice but not very personable. Was seen by him twice for an ear issue and he treated it but not very much pleased with the resolution as it is still persistent.

Doctor Dash was terrific. He established a great rapport with me and explained all test results perfectly. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Dash, his technicians and front office staff. What an outstanding group of medical professionals. Thank you.

Dr. Dash listens. Then he asks some questions and listens some more. By then, I felt as though I was comfortable enough to be completely honest in my replies because he had gained my trust so professionally. He described a plan, a course of action, that I had previously resisted, and, encouraged me to resist the path of withdrawal which was causing me to become, less active, less engaged, and ultimately less capable. I'm confident that I will regain my balance and stability under his guidance.

This office is a good example of great medical people working in a horrible system. The kind and skilled medical professionals that work in the Fredericksburg office are deeply shadowed by poor office management. I’m fortunate to not have many medical problems in my life, but if I have the need for an ENT again; I’d very much like to find an office that functions &/or effectively communicates, because this Fredericksburg location does not. Very sad performance and a disappointing front office.

Dr. Dash was by far the best specialist office visit I think we’ve ever had. He was super sweet with my daughter, very professional and made this visit a lot less stressful! His nurse was also amazing, friendly and genuinely seemed like she loved her job and it shows! Thank you very much!!

Camron was extremely sweet and patient. She explained every step of the appointment and the exam. She answered all of my questions and more. She was great with my kids that had to accompany me to the appointment and even put my baby to sleep while explaining to me my next steps. The office was very warm and inviting and full of kind people with happy faces/smiles.

We waited for more than two months to see doctor Dash but it's worthy. My wife is so lucky to have him to take care of her neck tumor. He has best operation success records I ever seen.

Dr. Bakos is awesome doctor! I felt very comfortable to know I am in the right place presenting my case to the right person. He is wonderful man and a great Doctor. I am very grateful to him!

The wait time was a longer than expected but the service I received was exceptional. There was no rush during his examination. He explained everything to me in layman's terms so that there was no miscommunication. I have a follow-up in a few weeks and feel confident in the care that I will receive. Update: there was no weight time today at all. I saw the nurse practitioner for Dr. Dash and she was wonderful. She explained the procedure with such detail that I had zero questions and fully understood everything as well as future expectations. I left feeling very confident with the team that will be correct in my breathing issue.

Dr. Bakos, Kim and the rest of the office staff are outstanding! Their expertise, care and concern has made both Bill and I feel more comfortable about his upcoming surgery. Thank you.

The office staff was courteous and very helpful! Dr. Bakos' nurse was very kind and attentive. Dr. Bakos was terrific! He explained each step of the procedure, asked concise questions and listened carefully to our answers. He also answered all of our questions. If/when I have more throat issues, I'll absolutely be back to see Dr. Bakos.

I sat and waited way past my appointment time. Once I got into the back, things went quite well. They took good care of me. They were very friendly and listened intently to what I was saying. I felt that I was understood very well. It was a nice experience. I was very satisfied with my visit with P.A. Collins, who made me feel at ease as he talked to me about the problem that I was having.

Cameron was exceptionally professional and empathetic. I honestly believe she is the best medical professional I have seen in decades! She listened to me closely, arranged for immediate testing and gave me options. She consulted and introduced me to the doctor and together we decided a course of treatment. I couldn’t be happier with this practice. Everyone I encountered ,office staff included, was pleasant and professional. 10/10

My child absolutely loves the PA, Camron. She immediately found a common interest and quickly bonded w my child making the rest of the appointment a breeze. She listened to our concerns and was extremely knowledgeable making great recommendations. Because of her professionalism, kindness, and welcoming nature, we will definitely request her for our next appointment.

The staff was friendly and my wait was not too long. The audiologist was really helpful as VNGs can be uncomfortable, and I was really anxious about it. My only complaint, which I'm not sure is their fault is that they said I'd only be disoriented for a few minutes after the test... It's the next day, and I still feel crazy

The staff were both very knowledgeable of all of the procedures and had no problems putting up with my 100 questions to assure me that I was perfectly safe with the test being conducted. Great bedside manner for first time allergy patient. Kudos for the team.

I spoke with Avis and Gladys over the phone (hopefully spelled them both correctly), they were fantastic! Nice as could be and I was able to schedule an appointment ASAP, although I was expecting to not be able to schedule for weeks/months out like most specialists in this area. I have been to many physicians for many things - PA-C Boateng was fantastic. Though he looks young he is clearly very experienced. I went for a very bad infection I allowed to get too along - he was gentle, asked the right questions and did not make me feel ashamed or guilty like other doctors I’ve seen in the past. His bedside manner is the best I’ve experienced, he even joked around a bit to help ease my nervousness. Gave me detailed instructions and medication, and after a few days I’m noticing a world of difference just like he said I would. He made me feel as though he truly cared for my well-being. The ladies in reception and nurses/medical assistants at the Spotsylvania location I went to were also very wonderful and patient. I wish I caught their names so I could give them a shout out too. Overall: greatest experience I could have had for an appointment I was very nervous to attend. Highly recommend PA-C Boateng to anyone in the area who needs an ENT specialist.

Dr. Bakos was very considerate towards my issues in explaining what he recommends as a way forward with treatment, while also taking the time for me to understand the options available. He is very personable and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommended!

Great experience. First time seeing Ashley. Usually see Dr. Dash but he is so busy it takes forever to get an appointment. She was totally professional as well as being very cordial and totally relatable and caring.

I absolutely loved Mrs. Staples. She took her time, listened to everything I had to say, and never made me feel rushed. It was very refreshing to have such a knowledgeable PA. Her wonderful personality was an added bonus!

I'm pushing 70 so one of the few items left to round out my health tests was to get my hearing checked. My appointment was 2 months away from when I called his office but I am glad I stuck with the appointment. The tests went smoothly as he has a good team in his office. Fortunately I only lost a bit of high frequency sensitivity but normal conversations are okay. I was given the option of seeing about hearing aids but it wasn't totally necessary at this time. No pressure to buy. I have a good baseline to compare with next years visit. Definitely a fine Dr and wonderful team.

Dr. Dash and his assistants were friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing, the conclusions of their examinations and took the time to answer all my questions. None of them rushed what they were doing as if they were trying to get me out as soon as possible. I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr. Dash and his PA's.

My 3yo son needed an ear tube consult for fluid still in his ears. PA Boateng was very patient and thorough and explained all of our different options. He understood my hesitancy of putting my child under anesthesia and recommended an alternative path to see if we could avoid this, but still being very clear we may not. I really appreciated him taking the time to talk to me about my concerns and to take a multi-step approach instead of a blanket "Nope. Ear tubes." I highly recommend him and this practice, which was clean, the staff polite and professional.

Everyone at the Ear, Nose and Throat & Facial Plastic Surgery Center was courteous and friendly. I first met with Dr. Dash and then with Ashley Hamilton. They both were very helpful with my situation. Ashley Hamilton took so much of her time explaining things that have helped me tremendously. I am very grateful and thankful with the results so far. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need.

I love this office! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and comforting! From the scheduler, to the receptionist, to the nurse, and Dr. Boateng! It is so rare to find a medical facility that puts so much energy into truly caring across the board. I had suffered for over a month and from thoroughly examining my sinus cavity and performing background research into my history, I was finally able to get a diagnosis and relief. I’ve already started recommending these ENTs to my friends and family who are dissatisfied with theirs. You guys are awesome!

My one year old daughter has to get tubes put in her ears and Dr Buckman was awesome with her. He explained the process very thoroughly to me, and answered all my questions about the risks vs. success. Super friendly; knowledgeable and made me feel like my baby is in good hands.
