Though it can be hard to find an associate at times, Belks is still a great place for quality products and great deals.

Sale prices were phenomenal!

Certainly better then the Martinsville store...more selection and nicer clerks.

I like the petite section. Have lots to choose from. Most stores only have a few things.

I thoroughly enjoy the trip to Belk and the shopping experience. The selection of clothing is wonderful and the sales are too inviting.The salesperson are friendly and extremely helpful.

Great products but short staffed. Still got five stars, because the 6 people that were working were doing their best.

I have visited this location multiple times over the past 9 years. Between Black Friday shopping and kids needing more clothes, I have always found this store had a relaxing feel to it. While the mall may not be e much, they doesn't seem to affect their smiling faces

I will be canceling my Belk credit card. I shop online and I ordered from a marketplace seller on 10-30-23. I have since emailed and spoke with numerous customer service agents. No one will assist me with my return. The vendor has a non-working phone # and email address and Belk customer service keeps disregarding my return issue. I have shopped with Belk for years but not anymore. This is the absolute worst return experience I have ever dealt with. It is now 12-13-23 and the Belk representative I spoke with today said to give it a few more days to see if they can contact the Marketplace vendor. I'll spend my money at Macy's or Dillards. At least they sell name brand clothing in-store and never sell from vendors that they can't even get in contact with.

Very nice , extremely clean , the lady was very nice and sympathetic to our needs. It was an excellent experience and I will be going back very soon. Go check them out some things area bit pricey but you will find something just as beautiful on sale. Good luck 🤞

Drove to several places before finding what I needed at Belk's. Thank goodness for 50% off sales because those prices are crazy.

I go to belks on line quit a bit, but I wish there were more clerks in belks store in mall to shop.

Visited during the Christmas rush and prices weren't bad at all. One lady however in the women's department seemed to not care at all about helping me find something. Customer service from other employees made up for her lack of service. I would recommend visiting this store.

Expensive, but great discount coupons which make high quality apparel affordable. Big and Tall department does not have as many options as other departments but they did have the items I was looking for in my size.

They are having lots of sales. The prices are okay. The associates are really a hit or miss with their attitudes.

It was ok ,just not enough help. Had too wait along time to check out .but I got some good deals.

We don't come here often but when we do, we always enjoy the selections and sales.

There were only 2 places to check out, so we stood in line for 15 minutes. This is going on while a group of 4 or 5 managers were standing by a wall talking about, it sounded like, employees and their performance. If you like walmart service and TSA wait times, this is the place.

Love my Danville Virginia Belk store and especially Alice the Clinique representative. Have known her for years. She makes you feel more like family than a customer.

Excellent service! I had stopped shopping years ago due to the non-caring, rude treatment I had gotten. Needing something specific to Belk, but sold out at a friend's store, I decided to try ours. I went in and immediately a Customer service representative asked if I needed help. I was directed to exactly where I needed to go. In the department I shopped finding exactly what I needed for my friend. I also liked the prices so well, I picked out some stuff for me. I was directed to the checkout nearest the area I needed to go. Check out was speedy and the Customer service representative was super friendly and efficient. He finished checking me out and he directed me to the elevator. Everything went smoothly. I got good products and with good prices. I will return!

Lancome has left this location. Only real dept store in the area- other than Marshalls where sometimes some brands might be found.Would not want to drive to the next city so don't close down. Needs hip clothing. Very few good finds, still shop takes longer to find a good style.

I love this store, but it is HARD to find a cashier at checkout time when you need someone. I had to walk around the entire store to find a cashier. Unfortunately, this is one of the best stores in town, so I fight through it. I'm definitely going back, and maybe I will have a better checkout experience. Hope is up, and fingers crossed for Belks.

Need more Plus. Pretty clothing like those in. misses please eliminate the really low cuts in. The. Neckline they are tooo Low

Great buys....got capeis for $17.00...that's a steal...I love e the clothes from them...was disappointed that they didn't have any dressy short sleeve pull over collar shirt for my husband ....needed for a wedding
