I love ROSS. Literally could shop here everyday and not get bored with it, lots of random, lots of great deals, amazing prices on some things. Not everything but it's definitely in my budget. The staff was friendly. The store wasn't a complete mess. Aisles were a bit crowded or cramped due to being so close together. But it wasn't a huge deal to have to deal with that. Came home with some nice items, had a great day with my daughter in the process.

Ross usually has something I want every time I go so I give them credit for that. What I dislike about this Ross is that they sometimes only have 1 cashier working while there is a line backed up to the end. I seen the cashier ask for help but nobody came until 15 mins later! Be prepared to wait.

They might as well have self checkouts.customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Cashiers don't speak and barely get your items in the bag before saying NEXT. Their whole thing is getting customers as quick as possible but they could at least say hello. SMH. #SAD

Went shopping with my wife looking for 100% cotton pajamas. Found them here. Good selection and great prices. There were no crowds and no hassles.

You never know what you'll find at Ross, but usually it's a good deal. I always like to come and browse when I have time. The prices are decent and the selection of items is usually decent as well.

Went for one thing and purchased a silky scarf. I was buying a love token. If only I was shopping for myself I would be broke nice dresses churhy club home whatever I'm going back.

Shame on Ross for only working 2 cashier's on Christmas weekend. Lady's went non stop with line wrapped around store

The selection of plus sized shirts and sweaters are great and the prices are about 50% off other clothing stores. They sell out fast but always something in a 2X to choose from. The 3X sizes could be restocked, it just depends what day you get there.

3:35 pm June 21. Assoc:325312 very dry attitude, jamming my nice dresses in bag. Why does Ross no longer give cash back with debit purchase. Why does Ross not have dress bags and takeout hangers. One clerk with long line.other clerk should have delayed their lunch.

A few treasures found but needs more inventory and staff to help.

Reasonable prices, and for the most part they keep their products neat and organized.

A recent visit to Ross after not shopping there for SEVERAL years made me remember why... the customer service at the register is as awful as I remember.

Love this store!!! If you take your time, you can really find some hidden gems!!!

I needed a outfit for a Birthday party and I did find a very nice black pantsuit / jumper I don't normally wear black but it was nice

Good prices and very well set up store..nice employees and helpful. Never felt like I was in a store kind of like a big dressing room at home but with random people in my dressing room lol.. thanks Ross for a great store in our great city.

From Long Island, NY, originally, so Ross' is new for me. I found it to be like a combination of Marshalls + Caldor I like the store a lot, I would go back

It was 30 minutes before closing and I had 1 pair of pants. I ask the lady if she could unlock the dressing room for me. She was very rude and said no it's 30min because we close. I said really I only have 1 pair of pants and I live a hour away. She said nope can't do it. I didn't buy nothing then.

Whenever I travel out of NY, it is a must that I visit Ross Dress for Less in whatever state I am in. However, I must say this store is one of my favorites because of the beautiful products in the home decor section. The clothes are really cute as well.

Went to the store to purchase shoes the shoe section was a disaster. Does big sizes were with the little sizes the little sizes with the big sizes most of the staff stared at me like I was a freak show because I'm a trans woman with the exception with the cashier that rang me up no one seemed very friendly the stairs were actually very chilling it made me feel very uncomfortable in the store I have absolutely no intentions of every shopping at this location again or maybe not in any Ross ever. Displays for future Christmas items were carelessly placed in the middle of the floor as I walk through the undershirt section towards the registers I almost walked straight into the racks that these things will be placed on where their place there without warning and if you're not looking you will run into them it looks like a safety hazard although the store was fairly clean people were taking breaks when it needed to be people ringing up people.

Found a lot of item in the sizes I was looking for. They do have a very small selection of plus sizes for men though. I didn't realize they have a decent swimwear section.

They have an employee there that orders instacart and then says that it's not the correct item so he can get it free and cause other people to lose their jobs just for a couple free items. His name is Wang.

Lots of deals to be had, never know what they'll have. Most times what they have is cheaper than other places you'll find similar clothing

Cashiers have horrible attitude always. It just ruined someone’s day they don’t have any respect and talk badly about costumers
