Stopped by today (8-17-2019) for lunch.Turns out today was a grand opening. The facility is of the new type, more a long rectangular shape than a square. Updated and faster for drive through. We went inside for dine in. The inside is very nice, clean, and new. The kids play area has some interesting activity spots. We had market salads, chicken strips and the number 1 sandwich meal. It was all very good. The staff was friendly, as is usual at Chick-fil-A, and the service was very fast. They had this interesting new style compacting electronic trash can. I also spotted some mobile catering vehicles in the parking lot. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

I went to the location on Riverside today and placed an order through the drive-thru my order was placed incorrectly after the girl who took my order read it back to me and it was still given to me wrong when I came back to address the issue with my food being incorrect I was told that what I originally have wanted cost $3more then what I had paid and I had to pay the difference I gave the employee my card now being charged a total of $63 when I asked to speak to the store manager a woman named Angela approach she was very snarky and sarcastic and extremely rude and when I told her that charging my card for amount that I did not authorize was completely unprofessional of her employees she began to laugh in my face I told her she was completely unprofessional and I asked for the name of the owner of the store and a phone number to reach them at she refused to give it to me and stated that the owner of the location did not have time to talk to me and that if I filed a complaint it would be sent to her either way so I had to deal with her regardless. I asked for a receipt to show where I would be refunded for the original amount she refused to provide it to me and then stated that I was being an angry black woman I told her playing the victim in a situation that she and her ill trained employees created was completely ridiculous I will definitely be complaining to corporate office until something is done about her behavior

Great food. Great service. Only gave 4 stars is because not caring (?). Once people get your money, you don't matter. Only 1 line to get to order boards, giving the people trying to leave had to wait in the line to order

Everything was good, up until I realized I didn’t get my salad dressing. I However, that wasn’t the worst. Husband got a chicken sandwich and realized, “oh I didn’t take my pickles off!” He flips it over and there’s a nice, spot of MOLD on the bottom bun. Check your food :(

Chicken done right, the experience always top notch. The brand has the right recipe for a successful memorable visit and the chicken too.

As always, Chick-fil-A provides excellent service with accurate orders and exceptional food. It was extremely quick from ordering to receiving the food, and they always have great quality control in their products.

(Edit) This is a review edit I didn't think I would have to write, but here I am. My family and I sat down for a meal together tonight and ordered online. Our food was brought to us by 2 female workers. They approached our table, barely glanced at the receipt before dropping our tray on the table and crumpling up our receipt before walking away. No greetings, no words, just annoyed looks on their face. Once the food was separated, we were missing a sandwich. We ordered another separately using our points and it took 10 minutes to get the drink and I had to walk up to the counter to ask for it where it was sitting on the counter with a sticker over it (not in the mobile order pick up but behind the register) The chicken didn't taste fresh and the fries, I thought, were over salted and very flimsy looking. The only saving grace was this incredibly nice cashier that refilled our drinks for us and she seemed honestly shocked when I thanked her and wished her a good night. I love Chick-fil-A, but after service tonight, it may be a bit before I return.

Friendly service. Food is always fresh, warm, and delicious. However, I would like for management to really think through having the workers outside at the drive thru with the cash drawers hanging around their neck. It really bothers me. I feel like this is not a good idea these days. I hope it doesn't take someone getting hurt for this to change.

Chick-fil-A is always great, but they feel very copy-and-paste. "My pleasure" is definitely something they're forced to say and you can tell. The prices are insanely high for some chicken sandwiches but that won't stop you or I from lining up around the block for their fare. P.S. - Don't come to Chick-fil-A if you're allergic to peanuts. They fry everything in peanut oil.

Service is very fast and friendly. Drive thru can be completely wrapped around the building and in my experience you will still be in and out in 5 min

My family has been gone here for years and they’ve never got an order wrong. I love this location. Fast and friendly service.

Went through drive thru and ordered #1 Deluxe large with large fry and large lemonade then ordered a 12 count Nuggett with large fruit cup and large Coke. Got to the window and the order wasn't ready because somehow my order got lost and things was just thrown together and the ones at the window made it seem like I was trying to get over on them when my husband and I paid for what we ordered and didn't get half of it.

This place is outstanding in customer service, great food and is very clean, always smiling and fast service, I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. Food is really good

The food was nice and hot and very tasty. The restaurant was clean as well. Service was friendly and fast. I will definitely go there again.

Usually accurate to order, Polite service, Used to be faster, Always lacking in one area or another in the food- this time half the meat in my burger Salad in the burger this time was excellent though!

Super slow in the mornings. Sat at the drive through for 20 mins, was denied breakfast when I was within the breakfast window. Took multiple orders on the other line before getting mine.

I ordered a large fry and received a medium fry in a large box. Only to be corrected with the same thing. I even showed them a demonstration of me dumping my medium fry into a bag and placing the "large fry " into the medium box. They still didn't understand and came back with another medium fry in a large box. They explained the lack of fries on settlement in the box, but the fries were fresh. The Chick-fil-A inside the mall was 100% on point

There is a first for everything. Customer service was not hitting today. Apparently, they closed early, but how they shared that with me was rather poor. The statement was, "I'll be nice this time and let you go," a big difference from their trademark, "It's my pleasure." When you see the commercials that pride themselves in how great their customer service is, I wasn't feeling it.

Superb service delivered by Angel. I dined in and had a kids meal, Angel was lovely and great conversation. I also had a lovely chat with Michael while eating my meal, very sweet man, and such a pleasure to chat with. Service was great and the staff was excellent.

I went to this location to pick up a pick up order. I was able to get my order quickly. The only issue are the braindead Danville drivers that drive pickup trucks & vans that don't pay attention to their surroundings & make backing out a hazard! I'd park at Aldi if they didn't tow away. Next time, I'll park at the employee parking.

They are not as friendly as they are back home neither were they rude however they could be a little more organized and be more aware of customers entering the building and greeting them. But overall i love this restaurant.

The food is always good and fresh, the staff is always polite, and the always wrapped around the building drive thru line moves at a very nice pace. Tops in my book

We go drive through for grandchildren, they enjoy, we have ordered soup and we enjoyed. Got a chicken sandwich and chicken pink inside. So won't be order that again.

Unfortunately it seems every time our workplace does a group order here anymore, we can bet on something being incorrect, which seems to happen everywhere anymore, but that’s why we like CFA - y’all usually get it all right. I am currently missing an order for somebody, and decided to try and call up there this time instead of just accepting the mistake and moving on. But no one picks up the phone here?? I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes and the machine just cycles you back through the voicemail. I’m not sure how to get in touch with you all if you don’t answer your phone… I was just hoping we could have our employee come get their meal that was left out. We would like to continue getting lunch from y’all and tend to give a lot of business here, but we really do prefer and appreciate when we receive the order correctly.

The absolute slowest chick fil a I’ve ever been to. They’ve “lost” or messed up our order every single time we‘ve been. This place needs better management or something because it’s completely disorganized and any employee you ask for help has no idea what’s going on and they all look lost.
