My girlfriend came in there complaining about bad chest pain and not being able to breathe. The doctor told her it was because she smokes cigarettes and it’s her own fault. Didn’t even do any tests on her. Turns out she has double Covid pneumonia. She also told said doctor she couldn’t have cough medicine because it would react badly with the other medication she takes and the doctor said she found one she would be able to take. The whole time her medications weren’t even in her chart, so the doctor had no idea what she was taking and didn’t ask either. She prescribed her something she couldn’t have. When we talked to the doctor about it over the phone she didn’t even apologize, she just said well her medications weren’t in the system so I didn’t know. I told her then she should have asked that’s her job, we assumed her medications were already in the chart because she didn’t say anything. All she did was change the subject. If I could give zero stars I would!

What I do Know is that THIS Medical Facility ROCKS!!! It's like a mini hospital. So much more efficient, clean, and faster than any ER. AND.... The best part for me was Dr. Sharon! Dr. Sharon, had the BEST Bedside Manners. Awesome Personality which made me feel comfortable and she was extremely knowledgeable; carefully explaining everything throughout the visit(exam, diagnosis, treatment, medications, and follow-up)which made me feel safe! Did I mention that I was I'm an out with my prescriptions I'm less than 2 hours?!?!

I love this Urgent Care facility I live quite a ways from there but I am always willing to travel because I know I’m going to receive quality care they accept my family’s insurance which is from the state and they are very friendly, speedy and knowledgeable. One time I cut my hand on a piece of glass and was waiting at the hospital for 3 hours with no help I went all the way across town to Urgent Care of Warren and was seen in less than 20 minutes and was stitched up and on my way to pick up my prescription. My whole household goes here and we LOVE it

So they get you in pretty fast which is good. I don't like that they used first and last name to call people back. Also not the cleanest facility, the restrooms are gross. The "check-up " is pretty basic and minimal. If you're looking for anything more than a simple test result answer, I wouldn't go here. But if you just need a covid, flu, strep or urine test ran, they are efficient.

This urgent care is right around the corner from my house. I have, unfortunately, had to frequent them more than I wish I did. But every time I have been there, no matter how busy, the people all have been friendly, polite, and quick. The number of people who go to this facility hasn't stopped the staff from asking how I am and being polite. I can hear the smile behind their masks when they talk. Everyone is personable. My doctors aren't rushing me out the door and they're always willing to listen to my concerns. The facility itself has always seemed clean. I'm grateful to have a facility I know I can depend on, employed by people I am happy to be around. When I'm sick, the last thing I want to do is deal with the public, but I am so appreciative of these people.

Such an amazing staff. Front desk met me at the door with a wheelchair. Had me seen very quickly. Very kind workers. Very informative and kind doctor as well. It was an amazing experience. Hopefully I never have to return but for it was worth the experience was top tier. Loved it there and how everyone helped me out and sent me on my way with a smile. Thank you everyone at urgent care.

Dr Lynn and her team are honestly so caring I wouldn’t go to a different urgent care. With all the shortages in the medical field this office is doing the best job they can. The wait might not be fun but I would recommend waiting here for the proper care from Dr Lynn and her team. This work staff is so kind and gentle.

I have been visiting this urgent care for the last Nine Years’ they have Remodeled, made it much Cleaner sanitize, for the patience’ The Doctors are caring’ willing to hear listen to you Share your illness’ or situation’ they try to finish in a timely, manner even when there’s 2 to 3 Doctors. The Waiting Isn’t Extremely long, to be honest Long as ER”emergency room. The staff is Nice even Greeting you when you come in and when you leave’ just by saying feel better get well makes a difference.🙌🏽🙏🏼🥰

I love the Urgent Care on Hoover cross from Kroger's. The experience was good and fast. And I love the doctors that is there. They get you in and out. They take care of you. And make sure your Colby free. Anything else you need to be done.

I am very surprised and pleased to have your office close to me. Every person in this place was very attentive to me. I spent around an hour and finally have got my prescription inside the same building. Thank you so much for so important job for your patients.

I have seen the same doctor the past three times I have been there. She is absolutely wonderful I can't remember her name unfortunately. I went there today didn't get very good news but she is running tests and getting back to me. I absolutely love this place very clean and polite. I recommend it.

The whole staff was very professional the front desk, PA, RAD tech, MA. Best service I’ve received in a very long time. Everyone seemed to love their jobs. Smelt clean and bright. I was there less than 1 hr and I had x-rays. Great job guys!!

I had such a great experience! I cut my finger and had to get three stitches. I'd never had stitches before and was understandably nervous. Staff was incredibly friendly, the wait was short, and my stitches were done perfectly. They made sure I was comfortable and honestly I am really impressed with everyone there. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me!

Tonight, I was so desperately trying to avoid the ER for my severe back pain/ possible kidney infection. I didn't get off work until after typical business hours, so I was really hopeful when I saw the late hours here. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my care. Even with a waiting room half full they got me in in no time. Tested and treated me so fast and professionally. Great Dr. Great staff. I'm so very grateful.

I went to an ENT specialist 2 days ago and was told nothing was wrong with me. A day later I became ill and went to Get Well Urgent care. They were able to tell me I tested postive for Strep throat, provide me with medication on-site and prescribed me medication to get rid the infection. Thankful!

I have had to use Hoover Urgent Care many times. I can only say that 1 time was I somewhat dissatisfied. The front desk staff are welcoming and kind. Your nurses are always friendly, upbeat and show concern for you. The doctors I have seen are really good doctors! All in all, I am highly recommending Hoover Urgent Care in Warren, Mi!

Hubby was down and out with what we thought was food poisoning. I convinced him to go to Hoover urgent care where the staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Sikkelee and the staff took great care of him expeditiously. The pharmacy across the hall was quick too and by the time we got home, my husband admitted that he was already starting to feel better. We always have a great experience with them.

Omg would recommend this please, they’re so nice. The doctor who saw me knew exactly what was wrong. Quick and easy. Very spacious inside. Staff were really nice. Just one thing there was tissues left on the chair and table in waiting area. But would recommend! Parking lot is spacious as well!

My wife and I were treated very good. The people that took care of us showed a lot of compassion in taking care of us. Went in sick and came out knowing what my problem was that made me feel real good

I think Urgent Care is excellent and pretty much professional nevertheless, respectfully Physicians shouldn't be so loud when they enter the patients room discussing personal issues because you can hear other people personal health issues and so forth. We must respect HIPAA, not trying to be disrespectful but everybody health issue is their business and the Physicians only I think they do great work at the Urgent Care Center I really do. I just want to give my personal issue , other than that keep up the good work God bless everyone that work at the Urgent Care I hope no one take my comment personal but just take it as food for thought and ponder on my comment.
