Everyone there conducts themselves with a high level of professionalism. Their also very friendly and personable. Happy to be there doing what they do, with a smile. That's rare these days.

So my husband had to get a physical done for work, and his boss had called this location and gave them all the information they needed to get my husband in and then they said that they couldn't read there manager hand writing and started complaining abt it to each other. We waited 3 hours for them to call his name and when I tried to go with them they asked if I was a minor when I said I was his wife they walked away and said I'm not allowed. Poor place this is my 3rd time going here and all the same results. Won't ever come staff is rude and unprofessional 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

horrible time management. Had a 5:30 appointment and walked in 10 minutes prior and waited over an hour and didn’t even get called to the back. Just for a TB test! Ladies behind the counter were giggling, non professional, and taking up Unnecessary time. This happen held up my hiring process from my potential employer!

I don’t come here often but when I do, I enjoy it. The staff is extremely friendly, and organized. Paperwork is generally short and if you have your information together, processing is a breeze. I would recommend this facility and go here again. Heather was extremely helpful, and patient with me.

Well, I have been to this Concentra's location numerous of times and within the last 10 years since I've been Employed at my Work. I can say within the prior years, it has been really crowded and slow. But the last couple of years and even before the Pandemic to now, it's has totally been better; new Employees, the Attitudes are better, and a shorter wait, depending on your services that are being rendered. I was looking for Ms. Peggy and was told that she Retired; I was sadden to hear, because she was very Professional, Sweet, and Funny. Thanks for this opportunity to give my feedback! 😊

Most of the staff are super nice and when I was in a pinch on time they got me in quick. BUT the next time I went back to just have a TB test read - they misplaced my paperwork and I waited an hour before they asked me why I was there. It’s definitely not a place where you will be in and out.

Very speedy service, I went in on a Friday night for a car accident while I was working and again the following Monday for a follow up. I went in because I was having some dull pain in my left arm, and upper back/ lower neck area. On Friday the doctor came in and touched my back in 3 spots and then had me squeeze his hands, then just said I had some muscle tension. On my follow up on Monday he asked how I was feeling and I said I was feeling fine. He said ok, let's get you checked out and left the room.

I recently had a disappointing experience with a front desk agent at Concentra, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Upon arriving at the facility, I excitedly mentioned to the agent that I had driven all the way from Florida to Michigan. To my surprise, instead of a warm welcome or any sort of acknowledgment, the agent laughed at me and continued to display a dismissive and rude attitude throughout our interaction. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior in a customer service setting. As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, I understand the importance of treating guests with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, this front desk agent failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Furthermore, her repeated insistence for me to sit rudely was both unnecessary and unwarranted. The dismissive tone in which she communicated made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. A simple request for patience or an explanation for any delay would have sufficed, but her conduct lacked any semblance of professionalism. Customer service is the backbone of any successful business, and interactions with front desk agents can greatly impact a customer’s overall experience. It is crucial that staff members at Concentra, or any establishment, are adequately trained to handle situations with empathy and courtesy. Unfortunately, this particular agent fell significantly short in these regards. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for Concentra, urging them to address this issue and improve the quality of service at their front desk. It is my sincere hope that future visitors will not have to endure such an unpleasant encounter and that the management takes appropriate action to rectify this situation. In conclusion, my experience with the front desk agent at Concentra was disappointing and left me with a negative impression of the establishment. I would caution potential visitors to be aware of the possibility of encountering unprofessional behavior and to manage their expectations accordingly.

Very pleasant and professional environment.. I dropped and broke my phone on the way in the door and one of the nurses was nice enough to try to charge it and assist to see if it would work.. Nice people clean as well rapid service

1st time I was sent to concentra through my job concentra lost me in the waiting room. I sat there for over an hour watching people who came in after me come and go. Once they got me into the room to see a Dr. Things seem to get better until my 2nd visit to see their physician. The Dr wrote me a prescription for a medication the government has put a stop to months ago. Then on my final visit I was RUDELY spoken to by one of their physicians for doing something their PREVIOUS Physician told me to do! Physical therapy on the other hand was GREAT! If you need physical therapy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! DR. On the other hand... I'd suggest a second opinion!

My experience at Concentra was real good. There was not a long wait they were pretty prompt. Very polite. Nice.

Sat in the waiting room, bleeding for 2 hours before I was seen. Was told front desk never put injury on the board. Watch about 15 people that came in after me, get taken back. Front desk staff have attitudes. I HATE going to this location. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice due to it being a work accident.

Went to get stitches removed from a non-work related injury. Got charged $135 to be told they couldn't remove the stitches during that visit. I'd have to come back at a later date because I wasn't healed yet. Apparently the amount I paid was non-refundable and I'd have to come back and pay the same thing for a second time. Unless going for a physical or drug screening required by work, I DO NOT recommend going here. Worst review I've ever wrote but no one even cared to assist me with trying to get my money back for a service that was never completed

I was told that I need to see my dr and see if she thought I needed a sleep study or to get a note from her say I was good I don’t need one. Well I got the note and when back to concentra and they told me that they never told me that and I had to get the sleep study or I would never get my med card again. Never want to go back and deal with them again

The wait time at this facility was not great at all. Upon arrival I was the only patient to be seen in the waiting room. There were many staff members at the front desk. So the check in process was great, however from the time of check in to actually being seen was over 45 minutes. Unacceptable!

Very fast and professional staff. Appreciated fast online sign in exp. Went for employment physical. Doctor very efficient. Only downfall was the urine mark on the large cup expected for me to fill to the black line. I’m a senior and every one don’t put that much urine out at one time. Then the tech politely dumped my urine which was a notch below the line. I had to wait an hour to drink 4 8oz cups of water for more urine. Other than that very clean spacious nice clinic.

Went in Friday, March 10 at around 12:15 PM to upgrade my medical card for the DOT. Everyone was very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Nice job!

Had to do it in 2 visits. Saturday long wait and nobody who could do my AHP physical in the phy therapy area. 2 hours for basic physical. Went back Monday and taken care immediately and finished pre-employment screening. Overall good experience just don't go there on a Saturday as they are short staffed.

The reason I chose Concentra to take care of me is I know the providers and staff would take care of my problem one stop shop to the fullest of their ability. My insurance had changed and you're not in my network, but I trust the care I would receive and it was worth it to me. I know you're the best because I use to work for Concentra and that made me the best.

The Concentra location was clean, Associates Friendly and courteous. The staff got everyone serviced in a timely fashion! Great job had a great experience.

I am so pleased with my care at this Warren Facility. The staff are not just professional and friendly. They are compassionate ,caring ,attentive, considerate, patient and KIND. Thank you so much for the Excellent care from the front desk staff, to the physical therapy aides, and the Physical Therapist as well as the Medical Techs and the Drs. 5 STARS You are APPRECIATED

The wait was long but they waiting room was packed. The nursing and office staff were cracking jokes and knew there delivery people's names. The girl that helped me was funny and kind and the doctor was polite to.

I had a good experience. Registration went quick (make sure to bring your print off.) The nurses were nice. No complaints.

Love the smiles on the faces at the front desk! Being in the field I liked knowing that these people love what they do. Most places I have been to aren’t friendly but here at the warren location everyone was friendly. Thank You for all that you do!
