    Took my son in for an ear infection. I did not make an appointment ahead of time, just walked in. The wait was about an hour and a half. So no great. But the Dr we seen was AMAZING! I've been telling people I want her to be my regular doctor!! I don't remember her name, I think it was Lena? Loved her!! She was so good with my son. Talked directly to him and asked him questions, even though he's only 5. Once we were put in a room, she came in quick. Overall a great experience.

    If you need to be seen urgently, donā€™t come here. Unless you enjoy sitting in the waiting room with 7 others for 2 hours. Only good thing about it is the doctor (if you get to see her.) sheā€™s amazing. But thereā€™s only one of her. As for the receptionists who clearly donā€™t know whatā€™s going on in the office, I was told I had 3 people ahead of me and I proceeded to wait 2 hours to be seen. Clearly they donā€™t mind having 7 sick patients waiting to be seen due to their poor organization and communication.

    All the staff from the front desk and the nurse assistant was beautiful, but Iā€™m not sure with the doctor because he did not examine my father at all. He Just told him Nothing wrong with you. After he went home start having a lot of pain he had shingles and did not treat him with anything , we need a really good doctors at all urgent cares ( Beaumont).

    If I could give 10 stars, I would! The wait was long but that was acceptable due to the amount of pain I was in. The staff was so nice and friendly. The receptionist answered all my questions. The nurses and doctor was so friendly and helpful. I didnā€™t think 1 little needle would stop the pain but it did! I was so grateful because I thought I wouldnā€™t be able to enjoy my trip to Disney. Thanks so much!

    Excellent Care and Wonderful, Helpful Staff!! It was raining hard when we left, and the young man from the front desk came out with an umbrella and helped my mom and me in the car. Such good care!

    Love the concept of pre booking your appointment instead of walking in, but whatā€™s the point when youā€™re waiting over an hour passed your appointment time? I am writing this review from the patient room (#4 to be exact). I have had two bugs in the last 3-4 weeks. I have remaining cough that is concerning so I came in for a chest xray and possible medication if needed. The tech shared in her opinion (very persistently) that it was Covid (though I stated I tested twice and that wasnā€™t the case). In addition she asked me upon approaching the room ā€œNo one gave you a mask?ā€ to which I answered ā€œNo maā€™am, not me or anyone else in the front lobby.ā€ So she nervously stood in the doorway. I stated I would happily wear a mask though (unusual with no mandate. But Iā€™m not really bothered by wearing it or not.) So she then proceeds to bring me (the sick person) a box of masks and says ā€œIā€™ll let you grab your ownā€ā€¦ā€¦.. but, wouldnā€™t that make the box of masks now dirty if your so convinced that my two time negative result self has Covid? Also, I did come here a couple months back as well. I wasnā€™t super impressed. I didnā€™t have the best experience with NP Holly. She was disinterested and borderline condescending. Had some serious issues getting script filled as well. But one bad experience is not a reason to not return. But two tries with very little success, is where it will stop for me. **coming back to add that after and hour and 34 minutes I left. The NP stood up and proceeded to say things like ā€œAn hour and a half?! No it hasnā€™t been!ā€ ā€œIā€™m going to give you the same treatment as everyone elseā€ ā€œI was just on my way in thereā€ ā€œit will take at least another 30 minutesā€ and then proceeded to take more of my time by being condescending And overexplaining the process of an urgent care, as if it was my first day on earth. No sincerity, No apology, And while she stated she was just getting ready to come in there she had plenty of time to overexplain herself, but no time to actually begin treating me. I believe in being fully transparent, so I will be honest enough to say I was very upset and as she proceeded to act as if it was NORMAL to not be seen for an hour and a half post appointment time I grew more upset at the complete gaslighting situation. I absolutely did raise my voice. And I absolutely was very firm on the scenario. I also did state to the waiting room that I had not been seen and had an appointment at 5:30. Again, I believe in being transparent.**

    Very clean office, reception was polite, although we made an appointment we still were there almost 2.5 hours. With less than 15 patients in the waiting room. It was clear to me they had a emergency. Medical staff did check on us after they heard me tell my child we had to wait. We got what we needed once we were seen it went smoothly. Staff was very professional.

    As doctors and treatment I would give them 5 stars ā­ļø. What made me give them 3 was I had an appointment scheduled for 1:50. I was not called back until after 3. People who came way after me went before me. Very frustrating when all I needed was a Covid test. When I asked for any information on how long the receptionist rolled her eyes and said they are not allowed to give a time. (Understandable). I then asked how many people were in front of me so I had a little bit of an estimate. I had my son waiting for me to pick him up. ( he is in elementary school 5th grade.) She again rolled her eyes and said I told you I am not giving you any information. (Rude!!) last time I ever go there!

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited an hour after my appointment time I understand short staff and so on but thatā€™s not my fault every time I come here I or anyone else shouldnā€™t have to wait so long after making an appointment whatā€™s the point in making an appointment then? Doesnā€™t seem so urgent to me. Do better please! other than that most of the docs there are knowledgeable thatā€™s the only decent part.

    If you are in need of an urgent care this is the place to go. The staff is very professional, kind and caring. The receptionist Karlee was the kindest, and keeps a smile on her face even though it was busy. She helped get us scheduled for an appointment quickly. The medical assistants Monica and Shelly were very kind and caring as well. The staff here make an emergency less stressful- they are a great team from the moment you are greeted, until the time you leave. If you need an urgent care, that cares- this team has it!

    I was a last-minute walk-in just before closing and was very grateful for the prompt and compassionate service starting at the front desk. Thank you for helping me navigate the on-line check-in. The wonderful treatment continued through vitals and hearing my symptoms. And finally, the PA-C who treated me. I canā€™t thank you all enough!

    My experience was absolutely wonderful. Promptly greeted. Short wait to be seen. Very thorough examination. All staff was friendly, professional and considerate. Carla the Nurse Practitioner was Amazing! Thank you for the experience!

    The check in desk, one was great the other thought she knew it all and kept putting her 2 cent in as if the other young lady didn't know what questions to ask. However, she already had things under control. The medical assistant was outstanding and very professional. She was patient, she listened and she did her job. The doctor was pleasant, the only thing was the adhesive she put on the wound washed away in the shower and that flap of skin opened back. However she too was professional. I did waste my money. But lesson learned. If I needed to choose an urgent care again I would choose here. The reason for the 3 stars and not less or higher was due to the medical assistant being on point, but the receptionist just one of them needs to stay in their lane and only assist when asked. The doctor was good also. The rating is for overall not individual.

    The registration process went quick. Wait time was 10 minutes. The ladies were really nice and understanding. Very knowledgeable! Definitely will come here more often! Might wanna mention I took my 5 yr old.

    The Staff is Wonderful. Friendly and helpful. However, they need to fix their scheduling conflicts. I made an appointment online for after work and wasn't seen for 2 hours after the time. If you make an appointment you should be able to be seen within a reasonable timeframe. I understand backups and emergencies but 2 hours past appointment time is not ideal. If they knew they were that behind they should have said to reschedule.

    This was not my first visit at this location however it was my best. I brought my 9 year old son here to be tested for strep throat, and the nurse/medical assistant Ambrosia (sorry if misspelled) was amazing. She was very patient, kind, friendly, and genuine. I feel like more people need to leave good reviews to give recognition to the people that are good at their jobs in hopes to receive praise from their bosses than focusing on a bad experience. Thank you for being an incredible human and taking care of my son.

    In and out less than an hour with 2 peoole ahead of me.. The provider was kind, listened, and treatment happened quickly after seeing the doctor.. Everyone was friendly. I've been here before and feel confident in going back again if needed.

    The receptionist, Jazz was GREAT! Very professional and made sure that I was very informed as to what I needed to do to get checked in via link from text. He was welcoming, smiling and in a great mood. šŸ™šŸ½ Jazz is the ONLY reason for the high review, not the doctor!!!!!!!! The doctor didnā€™t bother to tell me her name, if she did she said it so fast I donā€™t even recall. It appeared that she was rushing as I was attempting to explain my symptoms over the last couple of days. I did appreciate the tests offered to run. The tech was good, didnā€™t get her name either but she was nice. Tech checked my pressure a few times and it was low and the doctor didnā€™t address it at all. By the way, I realized when I get home that I never got a summary of visit from the doctor. I will not go to that one anymore!!!! #disappointed

    I went in because I had been sick for 9 days. They saw me did 2 tests (both were negative). I told them I literally could not sleep because my cough was so bad. They pretty much told me too bad and I just had to ride it out. Here I am now 4 days later with the same cough and I haven't slept more than a few hours a night. I guess thanks for nothing. They were friendly and I was seen in a timely fashion. Overall dissatisfied with the "care" though.

    Staff was wonderful, assisting with registration on arrival to being seen within minutes. All staff were professional and very nice. Was seen by the doctor quickly, x-rays done and scripts sent to my pharmacy were ready within minutes of my arrival. Will be my go to Urgent Care!

    Made an Appointment online for 10:05am. Completed the entire patient survey online except for the uploading of my driver license and insurance cards before entering the building and checking in with the lady at the desk. Was informed that I could not present my id and insurance cards to the lady because all info must be uploaded to their site ... she helped me do so by using my phone to make photocopies and upload them. Took 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I saw the RN NP-C ... he was very nice, thorough, completed my exam quickly, called in my prescriptions and got me on my way in a short amount of time. Definitely suggest you call ahead and set an appointment as there were 8 people in the lobby when I arrived and a few of them were still there when I left.

    The wait was not long at all. The front desk was welcoming and prompt with the check-in process via my phone (cool update). Technology is great in some aspects. The entire staff was helpful, and I was comfortable about my visit when leaving. Clean urgent care.
