I came to this urgent Care because I was on vacation and needed a Dr. I walked in to the nicest receptionist. I was in brought back quickly to a room and had two of the best nurses. Afterwards the doctor came in just moments later and was one of the nicest and most caring doctors I've ever had. I truly could not be happier. This is the best staff I've met in a while.

Linda, Keisha, and Sarah were extremely helpful today! They got me taken care of in under 15 minutes and were able to answer all of my questions. Excellent service! Best urgent care in Warren.

Very clean facility and staff is helpful. I had an MA named Sarah who did everything she could to make me feel comfortable when I was not feeling good. She took care of my problems quickly and efficiently. Never go to the emergency room when you can get personal attention like I did at this Urgent care.

After finding out that my doctor had abruptly retired I didn’t know where else to turn with having a plugged ear so I visited this urgent care center and immediately felt taken care of…The receptionist was very nice and understanding of my situation, and it didn’t take long to register. In triage, Nurse Joyce was kind, compassionate and calm which helped me feel less anxious. The urgent care doctor was thorough and caring as well. I highly recommend this urgent care center.

I had severe right shoulder pain since 4 months with restriction of movements.I went to Warren Urgent Care Michigan. The front staff was welcoming and courteous. The doctor and the staff was very polite and cooperative.They took many X-rays from different angles. Then they explained me the procedure for intra shoulder injection in details . The doctor was very professional and expert and she injected me without any pain .It was like magic , within a day my pain was gone,my shoulder movements were back and I felt as if nothing had been wrong . I wished I had come earlier to them . I highly recommend this Urgent Care .

I would like to say this is the fastest cleanest friendliest urgent care I’ve ever been to see a doctor he is very very caring and takes time to listen , the nurses very friendly and gives a shot you won’t feel! Just saying I wish he was my primary doctor very educated I must say! And also very funny! Thank you guys I really appreciate it ! 🌷

I’ve been there 2 times so far the 1st with my daughter was a great experience & the doctor was Emerson’s as well!!! (My Left Ear was swollen). The 2nd time I went in was at night with 2 people a head of me!! I set for almost an hour!!!! & was given antibiotics & Motrin’s but guess what not once but twice!!! I went to pick up my medicine & of course just the antibiotics…

I was seen here while out of town. Quick intake and very good service. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Iftikhar was caring and ensured I was comfortable before leaving.

Had a dot physical. The ladies were very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Service was very quick and efficient. Definitely will return in the future and recommend.

This urgent care was very helpful with helping me with my blurred vision. Made my eye doctors appointment for next day right away. And was very quick and efficient.

Best doctors here at Warren urgent care . I have been coming here for many years and always have been always treated professionally .This time it was awesome . Dr are very compassionate and helpful. The staff specially Joyce, Karaand Christina were really really very polite and cooperative.

Dr. Ifthikhar was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, and listened. We left our appointment feeling confident in her diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend for anyone with children!

I had a disappointing experience at this urgent care facility. The staff not only belittled my symptoms but also seemed more interested in why I didn’t mask my pain with medication. While I was more interested in listening to my body and addressing the root cause. I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and their approach lacked empathy and understanding. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine care and attention to your health concerns.

Wish there was an option of no stars. Don't go to this clown show of a facility because: 1. They turned away us and my 3 year old son who needed stitches because the Dr. didn't feel comfortable giving them to him. Seems like doing that sort of thing would be in his job description, but I guess I am mistaken. 2. The nurse there insulted my wife, asking if she was pregnant, which she is not and does not look like it. Everyone knows that presuming anyone is pregnant hardly ever goes ok. 0/5 stars for their bedside manner and common sense. Got sent off to the ER where my son was simply treated with saline cleaning and glue to treat his cut. Seemed like a simple yet very effective solution. Zero kudos given to the staff at this facility for their all around because they were incapable of providing any half decent service to us.

Dr.Khan Sarah and Keisha was a great help today. They got me in got me what I needed and was out very fast. No waiting and very very clean clinic. Appreciate the great customer service and hospitality. Will definitely come back here from now on

Been coming here for years. Close to home, convenient, and hours are always the same. The online “schedule a visit” is what really helps because you know you’ll get in no matter what. This place is never super busy so even without a appointment I usually get in quickly. Same doctor every time whose knowledge and easy to talk to. Friendly and efficient nurses.

Keisha Sarah and also Dr.Khan was very helpful informative and definitely over the top nice. Didn’t have to wait at all. We were in and out and taken care of within 30 minutes if not less. Best urgent care I have ever been to. Keep up the good work guys‼️

I always come here because the clinical staff are very alert and nice. They work fast and not a lot of people know about this urgent care. They do rotate staff so you don't get the same clinical staff but they're all great and explains everything very clearly for patients.

Wonderful staff I’ve never ever had any problems with being seen, or getting prescriptions I am a mom of three and I go to this urgent care every time as well as my children. The service is always amazing and fast. Love this place they never ever disappoint. Would definitely recommend going here.

Quick and professional care. Came in to be seen for what I thought were allergies or a cold. It turns out I had Influenza A. The medicine they prescribed has been helping a lot. This place is one of the better urgent cares in Warren.

Visited Warren Urgent Care, and had a great experience. The staff and the doctor were really professional, nice and friendly. The facility was clean and they maintained sterility . I would definitely visit again if I need to visit an urgent care. Would definitely recommend it if someone needs to visit an urgent care.
