I love this store so much the employees are amazing! I especially love Helena, Joey and Marissa they are truly one of a kind they always help me with my order every Sunday and help me try new things! They helped me figure out one of my favorite drink. A medicine ball with peach juice. They deserve everything in this world. I am so thankful for them in this world such kind people. I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Has been my regular star bucks for a while now but gonna find a new one. They hired this older woman thats just incredibly rude. I've never had an issue ordering my drink until this lady felt the need to educate me on my drink that she made incorrectly anyways. If you don't get the older woman though it's a good star bucks.

I visited a bustling Starbucks location and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service despite the crowd. The staff efficiently managed the high volume of orders, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Not only were they quick in taking orders, but they also managed to deliver each drink with a smile. The baristas seemed genuinely engaged, ensuring accuracy and customization for every beverage. Despite the chaos of a busy day, this Starbucks managed to uphold a standard of service that left a positive impression on me.

Emily took our order and was so nice and very helpful, she made sure me and my daughter got something we'd like so she let us try a drink and made sure she made it to our liking, she was so sweet and very kind❤️ I hope this place realizes how great Emily is as there employee.

Ordering through the app was easy and seamless. Our drinks were ready for pickup right as I walked in. It truly pays to order through the app. I assume that it makes it easier on the employees and it's definitely easier on me. It's a win-win.

I understand they closed at 8pm!! We went inside but the worker said they were closed! And it was right at 8pm. 1st of all, they should of closed the door and 2nd they should just honored it since we were already there!! I won't go back again!!

I love the atmosphere. I usually come here after work to get my university work done. A great space to get work done with good food to share. BTW. Carmel Crunch Frap is the best one out of all the holidays drinks so far.

Nice people, fast service!! In case you want fresh pastries ask them when they put them out. It was 8pm and they had pastries that had been out since 6am.

Staff and management are rude and not enthusiastic about problem solving. I had multiple drinks and was told bags and carriers are only for online order. Staff member proceeded to tell me I was lucky he let me have one…. Very rude and off putting as a paying customer. Disgusting management defended this behavior.

For people who are unaware, this location is overcharging for regular Lattes above Starbuck's standard prices. The regular price for Caffe Latte is $3.95, but here you will be paying $4.25 instead. The order ahead price was $3.95 through mobile App until I told them about the inconsistency in their prices, so they all went up to $4.25. There are two other Starbucks locations nearby, and they charge $3.95 instead of $4.25. Hence, I would suggest skipping a trip to this dark dungeon, and getting your coffee from other locations in the area.

Love paying for a coffee and tipping for it- that I never got because of an overflow of online orders. You need to serve the customers that are standing on front of you also not just take their money and leave them hanging.

This is the best Starbucks i have ever been to. Very professional and accommodating staff. Appreciate your work!

WiFi is is unstable in this Starbucks location. Come on Starbucks, how much does it cost to provide a reliable connection these days.

Been to a ton of different Starbucks this is always my favorite they always make the drink perfect, quick and very nice people are always there.
