I am very happy to finally be at home at Encore Manchester! I met Zohre about a year ago when I came to tour an apartment home. From the very beginning she was very nice, kind, and professional. I was approved for an apartment in April 2023. I had to join the waitlist due to my current lease at the other apartment did not expire until May 30th. When my lease was up, there were not any apartments available at Encore Manchester. I was on the waitlist for four months. I was so ready to move, but I had to wait patiently for an apartment to become available. Every month I called Zohre, sometimes two times a month to see if I had moved up on the waitlist. Every time I spoke to Zohre she was always so nice, kind, sweet, helpful, and professional. I also met Logan and she was nice and professional as well. I moved into my apartment on September 30th. I want to thank Zohre and Logan for being so nice and accommodating through this whole process. I love my new apartment! Thank you for everything ladies!!

We just love the open concept of our Harmonic floor plan! The added office space is a huge plus, and is a must for working from home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super spacious, and everything is clean and updated. There is so much natural light in every room, too. It truly feels more like a townhome or condo, not an apartment! We are so very glad we chose the harmonic floor plan and are beyond glad we chose to live at Encore at Manchester. Zohre and Logan are the best to work with. They’re always so kind and willing to work with you. They go above and beyond compared to anywhere else I have lived (they deserve a raise or bonus in my opinion LOL). They always have fun activities for the residents and are always looking out for you. The gym is fantastic (love the pelotons), the property is always clean, and the pool area is great in the summertime (just wish they had a spa/hot tub like so many other complexes do - maybe one day??). Overall, we’re in no rush to leave and would highly recommend living here to anybody, regardless of age of stage of life.

We have lived at Encore for 3 years beginning just as the complex construction was being completed. We have really enjoyed our apartment layout with plenty of space and luxury design features. Our unit is on the lake, so we have wonderful views of nature and the wildlife. The entire staff, Zara and Logan in the office and Brandon in maintenance have been great to work with regarding any issue that has come up. The clubhouse and pool are well maintained. Living at Encore was a great decision and wonderful experience for us and would highly recommend it to others looking for something special.

We recently moved to Encore at Manchester and could not be happier! When looking for an apartment it was important for us to find a space that would give a "home" feel. Manchester does exactly that! The apartments are beautifully designed and well maintained. Logan and Zohre coordinated our move seamlessly, going above and beyond to help us find the perfect space that aligned with all our wants and needs. We feel so welcomed and are truly happy to be here!

Comfortable, greener, well maintained, quiet and well managed. In one word, enjoyable. The apartment includes all what is needed, people and staff are respectful and supportive.

I have moved in the apartment for a month. Everything goes well. The staffs are so responsible and warmhearted that they have dealt with all the problems we met. We have got a large bedroom and a bright living room. Kitchen is cozy and clean which is my favorite. I feel so glad to live here. Btw, there are parties once a month in this neighborhood which is a perfect chance to make acquaintaince with your neighbors. Love it!

My wife and I with our two dogs loved Encore at Manchester! The grounds were always neat and clean. Service requests were always taken care of quickly and efficiently. Leasing staff and Management were an absolute pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend!

From the 1st phone call inquiring about the property to our move-in day. Zara and Logan at the leasing office were definitely a pleasure to work with, very informative and helpful every step of the way. Met one of the maintenance crew (Caleb & Brandon) after we moved in and they were so pleasant and helpful as well. My husband and I are in love with our new home, the open concept and natural lighting is everything to us!!! Ow, Jumanji (our Pomsky) loves his new home as well. 🐾 ❤️🐾

We came to Michigan 01 year ago looking to rent an apartment, Zahra and the staff were very supportive on finding the best option for us… Apartment is brand new, no details, neiborhood is silent and friendly, our daughter has a good start in the elementary school that is besides the building 😁…. Could not be better…. We highly reccomend Encore… Many thanks for all given support in this past year ❤️
