Terrible maintenance crew and efficiency! My first month of living I spent too many visits to the office to get my toilet fixed and maintenance requests that have not been fulfilled. This place is ghetto and unprofessional. DO NOT apply to live here because they DO NOT care about pre-inspections or making sure you are living comfortable for $834 a month! I will not be releasing or recommending this establishment to a soul. Many things wrong upon my arrival that does not make sense. Nasty old used soap and used cleaning material in the bathroom. Too many thing wrong on top of the heat not working. Floors where dirty so the place was not clean or inspected.

Awful at communicating with prospective tenants, especially given how steep the application fee is. I was told I was “preapproved” and could schedule a tour but received no communication after that aside from automated text messages. They never answer their phones, whether during business hours or not. And the answering machine doesn’t take messages, it just hangs up on you after promising to call you back (which never happens of course). I am lucky I was able to get a place somewhere else.

This my first apartment. I have an upgraded unit which is not bad looking BUT be aware of the cops . THEY HAVE BEEN HARRASING RESIDENTS ! WARREN POLICE WILL PULL YOU OVER IN THIS COMPLEX. you pulling in while they pulling out they will do a u turn, just because I have a dodge charger , really don’t matter my friend have a Taurus n they messed with her did the same exact thing. I’m tired of police , they messy , n terrible , and don’t care about nothing at all. They come in running through flashing lights at your car. “ I haven’t had any problems no break ins no nothing ! They make it bad. 2.0 just becuse the Management is respectful. Oh and it’s to over priced no balcony , no pool , no central air out charging 900 a month ????? Oh and the hot water n my building takes 20 mins to get hot water , been like this for months. Maintenance men is lazy don’t wanna fix

I HIGHLY regret applying before touring, waste of money and they take an extra $100 straight from your bank account after you’re approved. I was warned that this place is bad but wow, I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and I will absolutely not be moving here. Driving through the complex, it’s the projects 100%. It’s a prison-like complex structure. First thing when I walked in, The entryway of the buildings had water damage to the ceilings/walls, Walking into the unit: The kitchen counters are wonky, unlevel and poorly painted. The FLOORS are soooooo creaky with every single step I took, the floors are so loud and the bedroom floor was unlevel, like it has a broken beam underneath the floor which was pushing up into the flooring. The windows are stained and look dirty. The bathroom: the tub was freshly glazed, but before viewing the apartment they didn’t think to clean up the blue and white paint splatters all over the bathroom floor. There was more caulk on the floor than there was on the bottom of the toilet. Nice walk-in closet and the staff was very kind, but that’s about it.

This is crazy been trying to get in contact with them for 2months now i email the leasing lady as she told me to do …I have called early in the morning ,afternoon literally through the day no answers at all like how y’all seat in the office all day and not pick up the phones 🙄Been trying to view more apartments was told i can come back to look at more before sending my money ….

Umm sister have applied and paid and everything but no one can answer the phone at the desk it just rings and rings nobody answers thats very unprofessional she trying to get answers no one call back from this morning and you guys opens at 10

Extremely poor customer service not to mention the front office rep Bianca wanted to argue with me instead of resolve my concern. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Not worth the stress.
