Very unprofessional administrative staff, my appointment was canceled 2 times! Which is fine but I wasn't told until I arrived then the "receptionist" acted as if it was my fault ! You make the appointment with one staff on phone, then you come in and its not scheduled like they don't communicate , not only is one of them VERY rude but her nose is huge and ugly who wants to see that as soon as you come in the door??

I called in to make an appointment and was told to call back in an hour because she was on the other line. The receptionists sounded like trash. Ill pass.

Some of the doctors are really good, but unfortunately, the good ones don't stay long. The doctors seem to have the same issue that the patients have, in that the office staff sucks, no nice way to put it. The customer service is terrible, the phones are always busy and you often don't get call backs until days after you leave messages, appointments are double booked, wrong times given, HUGE csrew ups with prescriptions - for months in a row they kept sending my scripts to a totally different pharmacy in another city, even though each month i would go through the same hassle of getting the wrong pharmacy to cancel and then resending to the correct one, etc. i think if they got a solid office staff that knew and cared about what the hell they are doing, this place wouldn't be half bad and wouldn't have the terrible turnover rate that it does.

The receptionist Amanda is rude doesn't like to be helpful and because of them not ever returning paperwork to short term disability I was denied 2 times and lost over $4,000 if my money. Please don't waste your time here

Often times it seems as though they can’t get scheduling right, more than once I’ve scheduled an appointment only to show up & be told it was an hour later (even though I had an appointment card in hand with the “incorrect time” on it). I’ve gone in and was told I was never put in the system to begin with, and I’ve gone in when the doc was out sick...no one bothered to call. I found a new doctor. I sat in the new doctors office waiting room for 4 hours waiting for Celeste to fax over my records. After waiting nearly 2 hours, I called to check to see what was happening. Celeste was rude and very, very, unpleasant. She never faxed the paperwork over and didn’t bother to call to let me know. Dr.Baill is a great doctor, all other staff is great as well. However, the office staff can’t seem to get things right and they made things so unpleasant that it wasn’t worth staying there in the end.

You would be lucky to get past thier troll of a secretary before you even see a doctor! Never have i been met by someone so rude in a professional office

Receptionist is rude and doesnt give you the time of day. This place needs a receptionist that is empathetic and respectful.
