This hotel is ok. The room was comfortable and quiet. There were definite signs of wear, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast was ok, but it was really crowded, so they ran out of yogurt and bananas and never did bring more. The sausage was undercooked so we did not eat it. The milk tasted like it was going bad. The fried eggs were good , the mini muffins were good and the waffles and juice were good.

It's a Comfort Inn. 🤷🏽‍♀️ That said, the building was clean. The front desk guy was cheerful and helpful. There was an issue with programming room keys and he politely explained the problem and personally took care of each individually affected guest, stopping in hallway to let us in our room on the way to help another guest. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit dated. However, is an awesome option and close to the event venue we were in town for. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is a little hidden, but it's really nice, very reasonable, everyone was friendly, the free breakfast was great. Very good experience wasn't overly crowded or loud. I love the decorations. I will definitely be back.

Rooms aren’t in the best shape but clean and comfy, the front desk girl Nancy is amazing she deserves a raise, she went up and beyond to make sure my husband and I was taken care. Our room didn’t have clean towels and she made sure to get them for us in a timely matter. She was very polite on giving us directions to restaurants in the area and which ones place was open at the time. So big thanks to Nancy and the whole Comfort Inn staff for making our stay and visit so much better. We will definitely be returning!

The rooms are well appointed, spacious and clean. I arrived at 11:30 in the morning after 4 days on the road and 2600 miles driven. I was exhausted and explained to Sharook, the General Manager, that even though the posted check in time was 3:00, that I really needed a room sooner. I explained I needed sleep in the worst way. Sharook contacted his Housekeeping team and provided me a room on the 4 th floor and at the end of a hallway. As Sharook explained, " this location in the hotel will provide the best opportunity for you to sleep undisturbed." They even waived the 25.00 early check in fee as I was a long time member Choice Hotels Reward Member for over 15 years! So if you are looking for a clean, modern , nice, well appointed hotel, with friendly professional employees and you wish to be comfortable, safe and appreciated, then this Comfort Inn is HIGHLY recommended!!

Stayed here on a last minute trip to Detroit from Alabama. Hotel was very fresh and clean. It is located centrally to restaurants and stores. The room was in great condition and check and staff were friendly. I would give it 5 stars but I’m taking away one because of water pressure in the shower. This was very inconsistent and on my first night the water only got lukewarm. I like to take a hot shower. Other than that, no complaints and I would definitely recommend this hotel to the weary traveler.

I ran out of drive hours on my semi truck an had to get a room at the Comfort inn 2 days ago . I arrived at 2am . There was a beautiful African American woman who greeted me an checked me in . This hotel was very accommodating considering I arrived late . My room was very clean and staff was very friendly. If I'm ever in need of a hotel stay in Warren Michigan again, I will be going back to the comfort in 💯

This is probably the trashiest hotel ive ever been to. I didnt have to pay for it thank god. But wow. The reading lights attached to the bedside lamps didnt work and were sticky and grimey. the room was muggy as soon as i walked in and smelled like someone had left an hour prior to my arrival. the shower looks like something youd find in a mobile home. and the toilet, no lie, had a hair on the seat. elevator smelled like cigarettes, the rest of the hotel has a weird old food smell. dont come here. youll regret it.

I reserved for a room with a Jacuzzi just for it to be as dirty as ever. I had to run the water at least 4 times up to the holes because things kept coming out of the holes for the jacuzzi even after we cleaned out the holes. When I spoke to the manager about it she had an attitude and didn’t apologize about it or anything and thought that I was even lying about it. I had to change rooms and couldn’t even enjoy the jacuzzi.

Dirty. Stains all over the carpet, walls, and curtains. Dirtiness like the housekeeper doesn’t throughly clean. Had to wipe stains off the blow dryer just to use it and the mattress was filthy when I pulled it back to check for bedbugs. Paid for a king suite and you would’ve thought it was a motel other than the great amount of space. Did not feel comfortable.

When I booked my room I was told that there was Free Breakfast and that Pets were aloud. Upon checking in after a 12 hour drive, I was informed that there were in pets aloud and they did not serve breakfast anymore. So were do leave my dog and now have to search for a place to eat before I do my business in town. You would think that they would have changed there website to reflect these changes, bottom line I WILL NOT RETURN THERE!

I very nice hotel that I stay at during the week because I live out of the area but work in the area. The manager has been very fair with me and I cannot say enough good things about her except to say that she runs a very good hotel that is worth spending the night if you are in the area and need a place to stay. Since I am in a different room every week, I can say that most of the rooms I have stayed in have a bathroom that has a wall mount handheld shower head. This is something that you don't see in most hotels and it means that you can take the showerhead off the wall and wash yourself better than a showerhead that is just wall mounted. The hotel has 4 floors and there are 3 icemakers. The only floor that doesn't have one is the 2nd floor. So, you really don't have to go far for ice. The breakfast is a typical free hotel breakfast that will fill your stomach. You can get a waffle, eggs, sausage or bacon (depending on the day), yogurt, cereal, muffins, coffee, tea, orange juice, the list goes on. There is also a free USA Today if you like reading a newspaper. Also, there is a workout room for you to workout if this is important to you. Kudos to the manager, her front desk people, the people who clean the rooms, and the maintenance people for making my stay the reason why I keep coming back to my home away from home.

Heather K. Is the worst manager and she does not care about customers. She completely disregarded my situation. She let her housekeeping steal my stuff after I told her I didn’t want housekeeping in my room. Instead of solving the issue she called the police!

bad location, dingy and dated inside, broken electrical plate that literally costs one dollar to replace. overall dated. front desk was nice but became completely at a loss for words when I asked for a diamond upgrade, was eventually denied because manager wasn't there and apparently front desk person had no idea how to process that. (-1 star) cat 5 cable jack on opposite wall from work desk, didn't work anyways I tested it. hangers incloset were too big so couldn't hold what I needed. carpet was wet. internet was trash (-1 star) tried to work on a project with coworker but it was so slow and unstable it was unuseable, refrigerator kept making a weird sound. unable to disconnect due to heavy furniture covering the outlet, there is also a safety issue on the second floor with large section of wall missing and it being a half wall where people can easily fall from 2nd level straight down to the lobby floor.

It's the older property with only one elevator. The bed mattress was old and sagged. I was tossing and turning all night trying to find a spot that was not sagging.

This place is a dump! Our room was filthy when we arrived, not to mention it was not the room we booked. In addition, one TV did not function, when checking plugs we found an entire garbage bag behind the TV. I called the front desk and was told to remove the garbage myself and set it by the door....NOT A CHANCE!

Room was dirty bed and sheets were not tue best. Bathroom was dirty and had to clean it myself but thanks to the front desk for the cleaner. Smoke alarm hanging off the wall with plastic wrapped around it. When I brought it up the night attendant says oh they do that. I'm pretty confident that most of the reviews on their website have been paid for.

We are very disappointed with the lack of compassion as well as lack of accountability this establishment has given us . We booked our room and parked our car at this establishment with complete faith our car would be taken care of while we were out of town. To our dismay when we arrived at our vehicle the passenger car window was broken and our dashboard was stolen. When we asked about what happened we were asked “ which one” like this is a common occurrence! They did not call the police at the time of occurrence but they did put plastic on the window . Our request was for them to pay our deductible…… they have insurance for these kinds of things and should take care of their customers. After a week of consistent calls asking for the owners name we were told he would not talk to us nor will he pay the deductible! Shame on this company and We will make sure We tell everyone about this! Please share this our friends ……
