Stayed in this Inn for 3 nights during my visit in Detroit area. The staff were great and upgraded me to a King suite since I wanted to stay in a room same level as the lobby. The room was clean and very nice. There were a sink by the microwave and fridge area. Also, there were 2 full body mirrors. One on the bathroom door and one of the closet door. My favorite feature and gave me more comfort was the outlets by the bed. I travel with my iPad, phone, work and personal laptops. So, the e tea outlets did different chargers right next to bed was amazing. All 4 pillows were very soft. Exactly how I like them. Overall, this inn was an amazing experience and one of the places I’ll stay when visiting Detroit moving forward.

Clean and spacious rooms at an affordable price. I can't complain about the breakfast compared to similar hotels. A very interesting offer of a salad bar + beverage in the evening (some days) included in the price of the stay. This favors meetings in the hotel lobby.

Beautiful Hotel, Super clean, Beautiful rooms with updated bathrooms. The breakfast was so delicious. I extremely enjoyed the little pre made Omelettes. Me and my family were very comfortable and cozy in our warm room. We will definitely be back. Thank you all for providing us with comfortable, our power went out at home, we needed a quick go to!

Had a nice stay. Staff was helpful and informative. They even went the extra mile to confirm my Hilton Reward Points to assure security against fraud/theft. Breakfast hit the spot each morning and my family was made to feel at home. Was a nice visit for the holiday. Thank you and Happy New Year!

l Loved every thing at the hotel and my room, I appreciate Suzan. she was very kind and went above and beyond to provide excellent Hospitality & customer service. I was very happy and satisfied until last mints of my stay. However, at the time of check out. the agent who checked me out. was disrespectful and Have no idea about customer service and hospitality. I was very kind to him and told him good morning. he did not respond and no smile . rude. plus, I asked him, may I get bottle of water for my toddler for the road. he resound you are silver . that is only for Gold and diamond member. it is 2$. I understand it is hotel policy. I use to work front desk. and I know how things go. he could say it in another way with a smile. He say it in a way that he make me feel I am not welcomed in the hotel just because I am not gold or diamond member! he need to learn to smile and talk in a different way! it was just a bottle of water not a big deal. but he offend me.

Very convenient to Detroit Arsenal. Variety of food and shopping nearby. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fine, there was lots of variety. They were out of coffee and even after someone notified the staff, they didn't make more. There was no complimentary water, makeup remover, etc. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

This is not a bad hotel to stay in while in Warren. The hotel itself is very average but it is very clean. The hallways, the rooms, elevators, common areas, the grounds are all really well kept. The staff is pretty nice and helpful.

I was completely surprised when we learned that Monday-Wednesday they have an Evening Social event the has complementary food and beverages. it was here that we were greater by Ms. Sarah every night. not only was she extremely nice and welcoming us, she went above and beyond interacting with our children. She let them be her little helpers, made lemonade with them, and played with them all while attending the other guests! I didn't know this much energy was possible for one person, but she has it. we were already having a good stay but she made it absolutely Wonderful!

Hotel and staff were great! We were sharing the Common area with parents of a teenager hockey team and they were loud, unruly at times, and very drunk both Friday and Saturday night! Some of our group observed them breaking a table! Felt very sorry for the front desk staff that they couldn't control them!

Always friendly staff, clean rooms and well what more can you ask. Oh yeah, there is a social event Monday through Thursday with wine 🍷 and beer 🍺 😃. Breakfast in the morning is always in abundance, with plenty of seating areas. Close to several Hwys. And businesses in the area.

Very clean, felt safe. Evening reception is great. My water pressure was horrific but the pros outweigh any negatives.

I stay here often and enjoy it every time. Great staff, clean hotel, great breakfast. Good location for many of the area if you are visiting any of the area businesses. Mant food and beverage choices nearly the hotel.

We requested room service at the front desk as well as to leave us some extra towels. When we returned to our room later in the evening. We found our room the same way we left it. Dirty towels and bed not made, trash not emptied. Very disappointed in our stay! For the price of this room each night, service was lousy! We recieved a small discount. We were very disappointed we did not receive the quality of service for the cost that was required!

Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable from my initial call to book (through the front desk). My mom has very specific accessibility rooms and the front desk representative was able to answer all of my questions regarding accessibility (which is actually had to come by, believe it or not). Upon arrival, check in was a breeze. The team is polite as a whole and everyone was in good spirits making us feel warm and welcome! Room was clean and comfortable although our automated blinds didn’t seem to operate properly… unless it was operator error. Just a note for housekeeping is there was a previous guests Bobby pin left on the nightstand, which was a little alarming… in the sense of how clean was the room really? Visually, it was fine and nothing major. Things happen and we understand but definitely something worth mentioning. Additionally, we needed to use the pullout sofa and there was no pillow for it and only one light blanket. I went to the front desk and requested one of each, to which the front desk happily provided. Overall, comfortable and nice overnight stay here. Thank you for welcoming us!

Great location. Many restaurants and stores around the hotel. It is directly next door to a speedway gas station. Staff was friendly. The room was nice. I love that they have hand soap and lotion in pumps already so you don’t have to use bar soap. They also have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in pumps as well. I didn’t use those though. I will say the walls are thin. I could hear kids running up and down the hallway on the floor above me. I also could hear someone in the room above me FaceTiming someone (heard the FaceTime ring tone). I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel lobby, hallways, and room were clean and updated. We stayed in a king suite. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. We used contactless entry with the app which worked well. The breakfast was well stocked and the banana nut waffles were delicious! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

I was Exorcist ill while I was here. Food poisoning...? Housekeeping cheerfully helped me out by changing out my garbage cans 3 times - and they didn't look at me funny afterwards. Very professional. I am tipping them for sure. Two sick thumbs up. My service dog is likewise impressed. Oh. Nice hotel. Comfy. Definitely a worthy stay.

This place was disgustingly dirty. Our room had pop splatter everywhere. The blinds were broke. Hair every where. I don't think anyone cleaned this room. The front desk was no help. We are diamond members and complained. What they offered was rediculous. Finally after several emails got them to invoke the 100 percent guarantee. Which is a right for Hampton guests but they only did one night. Couldnt change rooms as they were full. So disappointed with Hilton.

The rooms are great but small if you aren't in a suite, and the bed while serviceable isn't really a Queen more like a Full Location is great if you are looking to not ONLY see the downtown core... 15 mins to the Downtown... 30 mins to Great Lakes Crossing and the gas station next door is typically open 24hrs Rooms & Beds were clean, Breakfast was better than most and more often than not noise from other guest is at a minimum even those with children. The Concierge is helpful if you have an issue

Excellent service, pillows weren’t that great would definitely recommend bringing your own pillows. Shower was extremely stylish, but had an awful shower head with terrible water pressure. Would definitely recommend an upgrade for the shower head. Aside from that the stay was super awesome and will definitely be stay again.

Very nice staff and vary clean . Good breakfast and one of the best hotels i have stayed in . I seen low ratings due to “drugs” found . How is this the hotels fault? Imagine if they searched everyone. No way for them to know . No signs of any drugs . Stayed one night to go to the zoo . And the zoo had poop on the ground . That is because of the staff not the animals. See how crazy that sounds? We will visit again for sure.

This is the best hotel stay we've ever experienced. We have multiple children including an infant who was teething. Noone complained about the few cry spurts he had. Washer and dryer was very convenient for our long stay. Customer service was excellent! Rooms were extremely clean as was the building. Perfect location for shopping. Amazing breakfast choices. Just a lovely hotel all together. There is not one single thing we have to complain about. We will most certainly be back again 😊

Pleasantly surprised at the quality, cleanliness and amenities with a perfect location to those who are visiting Detroit, just a few minutes from 696. The King room had a fridge and microwave which is perfect for stays over 3 days and the rate is very competitive. The digital key and mobile check-in/out is a feature that all Hilton hotels should use, so smooth and painless experience. Probably my only gripe is the bathrooms were not stocked with enough towels or tissue, however, the cleaning staff was nice and made sure we had enough for our stay.

The facilities where nice enough, the room seemed clean. We only stayed for one night, I don't know if I would stay for more than one. The staff was friendly, the ability to go straight to my room and use my app to check in was nice, it was weird to need a key card to turn on the lights in the front hall of the room and bathroom. If you're looking for a nice enough spot to stay for a night, great, but if you're looking for a vacation destination, this is not the hotel for you, it serves the purpose.

Everything was good except the long black hair that was in the serving container on top of the sausage links, told worker and she took hair out said it wasn't hers and then put the fresh sausage links on top of the ones that had the hair on them. Needless to say I was done eating. Told the front desk upon checkout and he said oh ok.
