If Google allowed negative stars they would definitely apply here. The room wasn’t just regular motel dirty, it was “we’ve had a squatter in here for a week & didn’t care to check the room before renting it out” dirty. The towels were also dirty but it didn’t matter because they provide 1 toiletry: a roll of toilet tissue half used. Soap apparently isn’t a necessity even after a pandemic. I paid for a week bc I was in town visiting & the morning after I checked in my childhood dog visited me. The front desk woman thought I brought her so she offered to “check my room every day I stayed or give a full refund”. Well clearly I chose the refund because I’m not a child, my money buys my privacy period. When I came for the refund she immediately called the cops, even though the situation wasn’t escalated? This company “feels threatened” by black people in general apparently so take your black bucks elsewhere.

Clean beds , cable tv , mini fridge and microwave . For about 60 bucks . Place is kinda run down but good for the price . I like the way its set up too . Park in front of your own room . I go here twice a month to get away .

The outside does not look like this. This pic must be a long time ago,maybe 15-20 years ago. It is shabby on outside and run down. Rooms need painting and renovated. Walls and curtains were dirty. Step it up owner. Stop! Just collecting money.

Room smells like a boys locker room-terrible! The shape of the room was one of the worst I’ve ever seen, and I travel a ton!! There was a dirty foot print on my sheet! Disgusting! Actual cost of room is $65 with tax

Don't be fooled! It looks acceptable from the outside, but the insides of the rooms are disgusting. The man at the desk gave me a room where the maid just walked away and left all her cleaning equipment out in the open. Upon entering the room it reeked of cigarettes and God knows what other smokeable substances. The carpet was filthy, there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter, and when I lifted up the bed sheets I saw bed bugs and pubic hair on the mattress! Then when I went to the front desk to ask for a refund the manager gave me an attitude. He asked what the concern was and I told him that the room was filthy and I saw bed bugs. He said to me "wow, you must be crazy because I've never heard that complaint before!" in a very sarcastic and condescending tone. Avoid this motel at all costs!!!!

This place takes cash only. Present your ID. Rooms are dingy and scary. Went here because I had a flood in my basement. Paid, went to the room. The bathroom was crawling with roaches. I haven't seen a roach since the 90s. Littlerally, I couldn't get a refund after 15 min.

Peacefull and quiet place. Wafaa keeps a very good eye on it.

Terrible poor place nasty the room we stayed at was not clean that well when we got there it’s not a good time there when people are fighting in front of your door it’s very unsafe there and not a very good place to go I highly recommend not going here cause when me and my family open the door we had a strong odor of nasty smell hard to get in and out it’s right on the edge of the expressway it was not a good place to go the hotel was a mess and not good at all

Not really near much. More a food district rather then a shopping district. So if your visiting michigan for food..this is a good cheap place to stay.

Only place ever that thinks 4 people is to many for a room with 2 queen beds. Even all of the other Americas best say 2 queen beds is for 4 people. I will not be ever staying at this one when I can stay at any of their other locations without this problem. Lady is extremely rude . Just an fyi your better to stay somewhere else

The room was clean and the staff are awesome. The only thing wrong was the shower the paint was peeling..

Lots of shady people hanging around, people parking in handicap parking spots that we're not handicap vehicles including employees. Not enough handicap spots.

Sorry, wrong motel. We stayed at the one by the airport. This one is undoubtedly better!

The hotel that was available when a power outage happen. I recommend them when you need it.

It was the worst place I've ever been dirty bathrooms cracked walls stains on in bathroom stains on the walls old food and things by the bed. Bent towel racks. It was disgusting I would never go there ever again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very filthy tub was disgusting floors were disgusting they really need to fires or housekeepers or at least check the rooms when the housekeepers are done

I always stay here and the one night I choose to stay at a different hotel there was bugs America's best value inn Warren they are the cleaner than any other motel Iv been on her in Michigan

Staff is extremely rude, there’s absolutely no communication; when I said there was an issue with my room and it needed fixed on my day off because I work thirds they argued and didn’t listen. Then two days later during my work week wake me up to fix what I mentioned days ago. Causing me to miss work. Air conditioner never works, beds suck. Floors are nasty. Spent over two weeks here and had more issues than I could count, and woman wouldn’t even compensate one day because all the issues they had . Chose to stay somewhere else if you have the option, I would give this place no stars if I could.
