Literally amazing. Portions are generous, chicken is crispy and salad is perfect. The price is really worth it. Interior is a cafeteria/restaurant vibe. There is wifi and Parking. Would come back.

One of the best Korean restaurants In MA. Tokkbokki (rice cake) must try and add cheese. Hot stone bimbimbap is so filling(remember to add a choice of meat!) I haven't see twister potato in so long and they nailed it! Will definitely come again.

Heard good stuff from my friends. They preferred this one for Sushi and the one in East Providence for the chicken. I did a Kimbap as an appetizer, and one of their Japanese entree Den Den Tonkatsu. I actually enjoyed their sea food, note, not a seafood person. Their fried dish was yummy… I really really liked the sauce on that salad and the dip (red and white colors). So worth going, its a cafe, and it serves alcohol, and it such a nice rustic vibe (wooden mix with brick decor). Parking is tricky because of location Not as crowded and more spacious then the other Den Den (can be by your lonesome and feel comfortable but also bring a small group and still feel pretty good)

I go to Den Den’s fried chicken place more often but wanted to try out this one for a while. Finally made my way here and loved it so so much!! I tried their Hot Stone Bibimbap with Korean beef and added an egg and it was so delicious 🤤 You order at a counter which I didn’t expect but, as a college student, it makes it easy to go here with friends and pay for your own food. Service was easy, fairly quick and the food came out hot! I’m excited to go back and try everything else on the menu!!

Went here for lunch on a Sunday after RISD museum. It was busy but there were several available tables with no wait. It is a self seating restaurant, take a menu and order at the counter. The counter server was very nice and considerate as we are not familiar with Korean food, she could tell and gave us some helpful suggestions which we appreciated. I got the bibimbap, I have never had it before so I don’t know how it compares but I loved it. So fresh and flavorful. Generous portions and fair prices. If this place was in my town I would go there all the time.

The food here is amazing. The spicy pork bibimbap won't make you cry but the spicy pork plate will (pictured). Service is great, they all spoke Spanish too :)

Was in Providence and craving good Korean food. A lot of places weren’t open at the time that I was looking at , but luckily Den Den was. It’s location is obviously very picturesque. Parking was a bit difficult but we managed. Ordering took a while because I just couldn’t decide on what to order! One menu item that surprised me where the fried mushrooms appetizer, it was absolutely delicious. Our other two entrées were equally flavorful. If I’m ever in the Providence area again, I would definitely consider eating here again .

The place was super cute, staff was very friendly and food was good! Atmosphere was family friendly and also a great place for a date night with your partner. Wish I knew ahead of time that we could make reservations because we had to wait about 45 min for a table but besides that it was a good experience. This is not a place you get waited on. Your order your food with the cashier, sit at your table (or wait for your food if it’s take out) and they bring your food out to you. We will be coming again :)

Really cute place to eat some nice Korean food. Staff is kind and food comes out quick and the food was flavorful and fresh. The servings are very large. Monkey balls were awesome. I want more of them in my mouth.

Vegetarians, PLEASE READ: Mixed feelings about this place. We went here because they claim (and the reviews also suggest) that they have a bunch of vegetarian options. We ordered our tofu meal with this consideration - when we received it and tasted it, we went back and asked the server if the broth was vegetarian. They didn’t seem sure - three servers later we were told that the broth is in fact not vegetarian. I don’t understand how something that claims to be vegetarian on the menu can have meat/fish in the broth, and we never would have found out if we hadn’t asked. They did bring us a new version, but I am still quite surprised by and disappointed by this negligent behavior. I would strongly advise the restaurant to be more considerate about this, and add notes to the menu.

I have mixed feelings about [Restaurant Name]. While I thoroughly enjoy their food offerings, there are certain aspects of the service that have left me feeling disappointed. Firstly, let me start with the positives. The food at [Restaurant Name] is consistently delicious, and I always look forward to indulging in their menu options. Additionally, I appreciate the convenience of being able to add tips when paying at the kiosk. However, my experiences with the service have been inconsistent, particularly over the past couple of years. Previously, I found the manager to be attentive, and the staff were diligent in fulfilling their responsibilities. Unfortunately, this level of service seems to have declined. During my most recent visit, I encountered several issues. Despite requesting chopsticks after receiving my food, they were not provided promptly. Moreover, I noticed that the staff appeared overwhelmed and distracted, with one individual who resembled a new manager socializing with friends during the lunch rush. What was most disappointing was the lack of attention to customer satisfaction. No one approached me to inquire about the food or to inquire if I needed anything else. Overall, while I continue to enjoy the food at [Restaurant Name], the declining standard of service has detracted from my overall dining experience. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and restore the quality of service to its former level.

I’ve eaten here roughly 5 times in the past year. It’s one of my favorite places to get lunch. The taste, quality, and presentation of the food is very consistent. I love that the menu isn’t too large and overwhelming. The atmosphere is cozy and has a lot of seating for how small it looks. The service is only okay, but it’s intended that way. It’s not a typical sit-down restaurant. You order at the counter and pay first, sit, then they bring out the food. The Korean ramen, bibimbap, pork tonkatsu, bulgogi, and pork gyoza are all great!

Went for lunch and the food was delicious!! Loved the spicy ramen which they made a little less spicy for me!! The pork dumplings were delicious as well!! Servers were polite and prompt

Food was beautifully presented and had rich flavors. My only complaint was that the prices for both the chicken karaage and seafood scallion pancakes were quite high for the portion sizes.

Easily the best Korean Spicy Pork I've ever had. I'd spent years cooking jeyuk bokkeum to the point of declaring mine "The Greatest"( in the category of Korean dishes cooked by Irish-Americans). Then I had Den Den's. I don't make Spicy Pork at home anymore. I just go here. To date, my kids & I have had the above mentioned pork, cucumber sunomono, gyoza, fried noodle rolls, Yaki Udon, Karaaage Bento, Spicy Ramen & Chicken Katsu and the Pork Belly w/ Squid. Most were fabulous iterations, leaving us walking back out with happy, spicy smiles on our faces If we had to pick something which might have been done better it would be the chicken in the Karaage & Katsu - both fried yet a little dry and under-seasoned. Fortunately they were surrounded by great components & sauces which offset their less zesty nature. Den Den is a cool space. While they bring the food to your table, you do have have to go up to order it. In that particular set-up it adds a nice, more social feel to the experience.

I have visited Den Den on numerous occasions and consistently find it to be an enjoyable experience. The cuisine is both abundant and delectable, offering a pleasing variety. The venue's ambiance is well-designed, providing a comfortable space. Although parking poses a slight challenge, the restaurant's location along Historical Benefit Street compensates for it. I particularly appreciate the aesthetic appeal of the large ivy adorning the side of the building and the retaining walls surrounding the parking area.

We’ve been frequenting den den for more than 3years now. Great food always! The dip that comes with chicken karage is my favorite. But during my latest visit, my menu favourite Potato twister came out soggy & oily. They immediately replaced it. Great service, highly recommend!

Great Korean and Japanese restaurant with counter ordering and great drinks Came here with some friends this last weekend and it was really good. All the dishes we ordered were very good and all had unique flavors. Ordered the Monkey Balls, Pork Belly and Squid, Beef stew, and fried noodles.

I don't know if the chef is korean. But the bulgogi bibimbab and pa jeon(pan cakes) were terrific!!! Other korean restaurant use gichujang for bibimbap. But here they use yuzu with soy bean sauce, so it's not spicy at all. I totally recommend this restaurant for everyone who wants to try korean food and other asian food as well.

Great menu selection, awesome location. I like the more casual vibe with order at the counter. My bento bowl was delicious, I just wish there was more sauce.

An old favorite of mine. The food is so good that now that I don't even live in the area anymore, I still go to Den Den whenever I'm visiting. A solid A+ for the past 7 years and still going strong! I highly recommend the seafood pancakes. And pretty much everything else on the menu, too. But seriously, trust me on the seafood pancakes. It can get quite crowded, so I recommend going on a weeknight or for lunch. It's an old brick building so it's got a fun sort of hipster vibe. Order at the counter! They'll give you a tag and then bring you your food. Which hopefully includes the seafood pancakes if you've been paying attention. Enjoy.

Food looks great but there is something off on the flavor. Not very authentic Asian food. More so fusion style.

I've had better karage but still good overall. You pay first including tip before you get your food though

Just waoo! The Food is delicious. For me an A+, they serve a generous portion and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I don't give the 5 stars because I didn't like their ordering style. After you are seated, you have to order and pay at the register and it can be uncomfortable when the place is packed and busy, but besides that great place.
