I had the pleasure of dining at Uproot Restaurant for brunch, and I was absolutely blown away by the food. The menu is creative and innovative, and the flavors are simply outstanding. I started with the roasted beet salad, which was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. For my main course, I had the grilled branzino, which was cooked perfectly and served with a delicious sauce. I also tried the roasted cauliflower with polenta, which was another amazing dish. The service at Uproot was also excellent. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to recommend dishes that he thought we would enjoy. He also made sure that our glasses were always full. Overall, I had a truly outstanding dining experience at Uproot Restaurant. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.

Uproot is upping their game lately. I went on Saturday night and the food, cocktails and service were on par with a top NYC restaurant. As an ex-bartender, I found the Mountain Boulevard was a perfectly crafted cocktail with chocolate bitters balancing the Italian vermouth and bourbon. The calamari special was tender and crispy with a wasabi Honey sauce. The chipotle chicken sandwich was anything but basic - juicy flavorful chicken, cilantro micro greens, applewood bacon, chipotle aioli on a Balthazar brioche bun. Well balanced and perfectly executed. The house made cheesecake was creamy and not overly sweet with currents and fresh cherry sauce. This place is quickly becoming my go to restaurant. If you haven't been there in a while, go!

Restaurant so nice we did it twice...in one week! Came here for Valentine's Day dinner and it did not disappoint. The ambiance, the kind and attentive staff, the awesome drinks, and the delicious meal all made for a hit of a date night out. So much of a hit that we came back for our anniversary dinner a few days later! Try the specials and definitely try the potato layer cake.

The staff was super friendly and service was prompt. Everything we ordered was delicious. I would recommend Uproot to anyone for a special occasions. The cocktails are little expensive however I would recommend trying few. Also you can buy wine bottle which is reasonably priced. Uproot gives a vibe of upscale dining and highly recommend booking the reservation before going. They have outdoor dinning as well. Lot of options to choose from for vegetarians. Our order : hummus , avocado with shrimp and fried chicken chipotle sandwich.

I walked in on Saturday around 1215pm I was seated immediately and it was a very pretty restaurant very clean and very well designed. I ordered the FRIED CHICKEN CHIPOTLE SANDWICH it was pretty good not too spicy or too dry and it was fresh. They had my downeast cider which is my favorite. If I had to say anything negative it would be that our waitress seemed stretched thin she had to cover the dining room and the outside patio area it took almost 15mins before our order was taken. But it wasn't a major thing I've walked out of other places when I wasn't waited on in over 25mins

Had an amazing private event in a private room over the holidays. We appreciated the custom printed menu for each guest and everything was perfect including the food, dessert and set up. The manager, Josh, was incredibly helpful and accommodating for my guests. The staff was super friendly; shout out to Jen who was all smiles. We could not have been happier with our choice to go with UpRoot.

What a find!! Got the name from a NJ101.5 article on best pizza in NJ. After a bit more research found it to be so much more than that!! Has a great vibe and separate "linked" areas for bar noshing, lounge, and dining. The noise level may be distracting to some but my wife and I could carry on a conversation...and found it part of the ambiance - a great space. The cocktails are a must here...the names pique your curiosity as do the ingredients. We found them to be luscious. We opted for the ariancino appetizer and salmon and veal special dish for dinner. All delicious. Service all on point, courteous, and knowledgable of the menus and bar. Our first time here and not the last. Maybe get to try that pizza next😉

I've been wanting to try Uproot for years and I finally made it there tonight. I was instantly unhappy I didn't come here sooner! My wife and I started with the buffalo cauliflower and it was out of this world! Great crust on the outside and the cauliflower was perfectly cooked, not mushy. We then had the beet salad and a pizza. Everything was fantastic and the service was perfect, prompt but not overbearing.

Excellent atmospheric restaurant with a bar with many high seats. There is a nice tree inside the restaurant. Service is excellent. The menu is classic. Almost all the dishes are very tasty. Peachy mocktail is a definite try. Parking is huge, nice place to hangout.

My significant other placed reservations here for dinner since we’ve never been and wanted to try something new. The restaurant’s aesthetic is unique and the atmosphere wasn’t too loud. They seated us as soon as we got in (we were 5-10 minutes early). We were seated towards the back of the restaurant near the Silo room. It was nice and quiet there throughout our dinner. We ordered a couple cocktails and the miso butter glazed pork belly for starters. Then, we ordered the fried chicken chipotle sandwich with a side of truffle fries and the truffle champignon pizza for our entrees. Everything from the food to the service was exceptional. We have to thank our server, Jules, for our excellent first dining experience here. She was able to anticipate our needs and would check in on us throughout our dinner. I recommended my friends and family to try out this place. Needless to say, we will be coming back here again!

We all met for a girls night out, happy hour at the bar and then apps that we all shared. It was a perfect evening. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful, starting at the bar.

Went to this place on a whim for our regular date night. We ate outside which the weather was absolutely perfect for! Our waiter was the perfect balance of making sure we were okay at the right times and letting us enjoy ourselves. The cocktails here at clearly made with love, you can taste it in every sip! I got the berry smash mule which was delicious and my wife got the cosmo which she said was perfect, both drinks looked beautiful and tasted delightful. Things started to fall off at the appetizers. While the pork belly and and tuna tartare were scrumptious, the buffalo cauliflower were way too big and were a meal within their self. I got the bone in ribeye which was melt in your mouth good and cooked to perfection!!! My wife got the korean fried chicken which tasted very salty and looked nothing like what you'd expect. They almost seemed like chicken nuggets dipped or marinated in soy sauce. As for dessert, make sure you ask your waiter early about the homemade donuts here because they sell out fast (we missed out on them)!

LOVED all the food here, we got bao buns, coffee wings, and some pork belly that was all delicious. My main was the short ribs and it was delicious as well, ate every bite. 1 star off because of the crazy prices.

My husband and I randomly came across Uproot while driving around the area and were blown away by the experience. The buffalo wings were easily the best I’ve ever had and the donuts were to die for (just workout before or after, because they’re worth the calories). Can’t wait to go back and experience a full dinner here!

Food taste is excellent. Portion sizes are lacking and need improvement. Taco appetizer special for $18 was 2 tacos. Each taco had about a finger worth of filling and sauce was not as presented on the menu. Ceasar Salad with chicken $24 is half the size of other comparable restaurants in the area. Fried chicken sandwich is $22...fries or side salad is extra.

Stopped in for drinks and a appetizer. Haven't been here since before the pandemic. Ivan was the bartender very attentive and kind. Had the Tuna Tartare & bacon slab with my usual grey goose cosmo. There's a live band on Wesnsaday nights sorry I couldn't stay longer to hear them. Nice vibe.

Had a great lunch at Uproot today. Had the Rachel which is a delicious Brisket sandwich. Brisket was sliced nice and thin and was on the perfect bread for it. The highlight was my cocktail "The Melina." It was refreshing and had a perfect mixture of acid and sweetness. Great service. Will definitely be back! The bartender was also excellent.

The food, atmosphere and customer service were beyond what expected . The food was something that should be on tv. The atmosphere looks like it belongs in NYC and the customer service was over the tops. Can’t wait to go back.

Honestly can’t give any faults to this place. The service was incredible, the atmosphere is clean and definitely aesthetic, and the food was fantastic. Expensive but truly worth it.

Stopped in earlier this week with my wife as I heard good things from a fellow coworker. I was greeted by one of the managers and sat very quickly. My server Jessica was an absolute doll and very attentive despite having to run around to her other tables. The atmosphere was very modern and comforting. However, the food left a lot to be desired. My wife's pasta was very harsh on her teeth and my steak was overcooked. Quite disappointed as the Chef did not seem to care at all. Wish management cared a bit more about the customer experience past greeting us... Aside from the server we had I would say Uproot failed to live up to the hype.

Fried cauliflower, the salmon with Israeli cous cous, and mango salad were very good. Good selection of cocktails. Will visit again.
