Overall,
I
was
really
not
impressed
by
this
hotel.
Came
in
on
a
Saturday
for
a
wedding
under
a
room
block
with
my
wife
and
two
kids.
Found
it
to
be
a
pretty
sloppily
run
hotel
not
worth
the
price.
The
details:
First,
when
we
checked
in
we
were
apparently
put
in
the
accessible
room
without
any
word
from
the
clerk.
I
mostly
found
this
annoying
because
the
room
came
with
less
furniture,
which
would
have
been
helpful
if
it
were
there.
Next,
the
room
didn't
have
any
washcloths,
and
we
didn't
have
time
to
call
for
one
before
leaving
for
the
wedding.
At
first
we
didn't
think
it
even
had
towels
but
then
found
them
in
the
armoire
on
the
other
side
of
the
room
(not
even
in
the
bathroom).
The
worst
though
was
when
we
got
back
from
the
wedding
and
were
getting
ready
for
bed.
That's
when
we
realized
that
someone
had
removed
the
blackout
curtain
and
the
privacy
screen
didn't
work
properly.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
the
clerk
came
up,
but
told
me
he
couldn't
do
anything
about
it
and
they
didn't
have
any
rooms.
Told
me
he
would
speak
to
his
manager
and
get
us
some
compensation.
He
said
to
ask
the
clerk
at
checkout
about
it.
I
really
just
didn't
want
my
young
children
to
wake
us
up
at
first
light,
but
nothing
to
be
done
about
that.
One
last
little
needle
before
bed
was
that
the
light
in
the
armoire
wouldn't
shut
off.
Turned
out
it
was
a
button
that
the
door
needed
to
depress
when
closed
to
turn
off.
Guess
that
at
least
had
an
easy
fix..
slamming
the
door
with
my
fist
till
it
readjusted
and
the
light
turned
off.
Next
morning,
when
I
went
to
checkout,
I
was
told
that
the
manager
wasn't
there
to
talk
to
and
they
would
put
a
note
on
my
file
for
them
to
contact
me
and
compensation.
Never
heard
a
thing
a
week
later.
Also,
little
cherry
on
top
of
the
lackluster
experience..
there
was
no
breakfast
on
Sunday
at
the
hotel.
Not
even
some
pastries.
Just
a
coffee
dispenser.
On
the
bright
side,
the
room
was
clean
and
the
bed
was
comfortable
enough.
