Newly refurbished hotel which is facing the Riverwalk Village shopping centre where there are a couple of restaurants with a Starbucks cafe, Chinese food, bagels, pastries & a pharmacy. The hotel room was big & spacious. The hotel has a bar which people can hang out at night. There is a mini convenience store too. The downside is that they don’t have laundry service and they only clean the clean on e in 5 days. I had to ask for people to remove my thrash & replenish my amenities. I had a good stay & will return if I am here again.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at. We stayed here for work for a few nights and everything was absolutely amazing! Everyone from the front door to the bar to the host minding the buffet table were so courteous, professional, and friendly. This is a prime example of how I wish everywhere did things. The room was spacious and comfortable, taken care of every day, and left me so comfortable and satisfied. I almost didn't want to leave the bed because of how soft it was. We all had an amazing time, I'm just hoping the next time we come for work that we'll get to stay here as well.

We stayed there for one night and the customer service from AL was superb! Pros They had a refrigerator in the room, although when I originally booked they said they didn't. Room was very clean no issues with anything. We were able to check in earlier. Customer service from hotel and restaurant was great. Late check out Cons Nothing decent around is worth walking to. You'll need to drive or taxi. Pool was small and a lot kids were in it. Overall a great hotel, which we'd absolutely stay again. I was nervous based off of reviews that the 3rd floor was the worse to stay on. I definitely didn't have that experience.

My family stayed here recently when in town for a wedding. We, overall, had an excellent stay here. The rooms were nice and very clean and beds were comfy. We had fairly minimal interaction with staff, but check-in was quick. While the rooms were very nice and appealing looking, I did not feel the rooms nor amenities offered here were worth the high price point. This honestly wasn't much different from a mid-priced hotel like Hampton Inn. While we overall enjoyed our stay here, I have a few minor complaints: 1.) A few stains on pillow case 2 .) Shower had very low water pressure making it hard to wash soap or shampoo put 3.) No free breakfast 4.) Only pool offered was outdoors, thus unusable 3/4 of the year. Did not appear to have a hot tub. The only breakfast offered is an overpriced buffet offering food similar to what you'd see in a normal complimentary breakfast. I think we paid $18/person for it. The food was pretty good at least, but nothing special. For the price of this hotel, I'd expect breakfast to be included in your stay complimentary. If you don't mind overpaying, this is a good hotel that provided a pleasant stay.

Had a great experience. Was able to check in early and check out late. However, had a once incident which ruined everything. I entered the room and saw the toilet not flushed! I later complained about and said I didnt want change rooms. But was expecting an apology! The manager Ania Krzanowska was very weird by the offer she gave me! she was like you can grab a snack from the snack bar on us! and I was like sorry thanks but the $100s we pay and get a dirty bathroom is not worth a $2 snack from the snack bar! and when I refused she shook her shoulder as if she is telling me do whatever you want! that was the weirdest apology I ever got from a manager. I was expecting a free breakfast or dinner at least! But rather she wanted to offer me $2 snack!! To also mention that we had to tolerate shutting down of the water for 2 hrs and at 1am the AC to act up. So in return she was expecting me to thank her for her apology of a snack from the bar!

This hotel by far is the least in offering decent service in hospitality to their guesta. Staffs are not accommodating. The rooms aren't as clean as advertised. The queens beds are NOT by the balcony. No extra cots in the king rooms. Pool was closed. No complementary continental breakfast.

Do NOT go to a tapestry Hilton hotel! They do not provide free breakfast, but rather a very expensive one with very little is provided. It took us almost an hour to get checked in. The pool did not work at all as advertised that it would be available. And when a couple of items were left in the room after we departed they refused to send them back to us at Their cost. Big price tag for very little service——regarding response from the owner - NOT TRUE!!! I was referring to a complimentary breakfast and no! One was NOT provided. And we unquestionably waited 45 min to an hour to get our room! And the pool was out of order - don’t gaslight customers!! Also - your staff refused to send belongings we left there at YOUR EXPENSE!!! Stop being untruthful! And you get in touch with me if you want to talk - you have my number but I have NO DIRECT NUMBER TO YOU!!! Since the last edit - I had a very nice conversation with Scott McArthur - the manager -Thank you so much for making good and also taking care of sending me my things- Due to your pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to help- at this point I would consider returning to your Hilton and even frequenting others. Thanks again Scott! 😊

Hotel itself was great! However, there was a very loud party going on 2 rooms down from me which made it extremely difficult for me to sleep since they were blasting music at 2AM in the morning. I originally was going to choose the room next to them, thank goodness I didn't or I would have been up all night with the loud party. Other than that, it was a great stay, however when I woke up at 7AM to get ready to leave, I did notice a pretty big bug that was on one of the chairs which was pretty camouflaged with the color of the chair itself. Not sure how it got in or where it came from or if it was there all night when I fell asleep for a few hours.

Good renovation and quiet hotel but got little disappointed during my stay. First, stains were found on the mattress cover. Second, the body wash was completely empty. I found that out after I got into the shower. I only booked a stay for one night, so this is a very unpleasant experience. I expect this to be something the hotel should check before setting the room ready. Lastly, there was no water at all in the room, not even one bottle of water. When I called the front desk to ask for water, they told me it is available in the gift shop…. However, there was a Keurig machine in the room with some teas and coffee k-cups on the side (again with no water). I think this doesn’t make sense at all and it was a below average experience.

The place looks really nice on the outside and also in side. But it’s not very clean. The bathroom in the room smelled of urine. I Cleaned the toilet and floor with cleaning products and still smelled. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk with red hair and he didn’t offer a solution. When I arrived, he was also working as well. I began to take my bags upstairs, and one of the managers asked him to help me. So we took the bags to the cart and went upstairs. And then he said, just bring the cart down when you’re done. I told him “well you can just take it because I no longer need it.” And then I get a phone call five minutes later from him, saying that my credit card declined. He would’ve known instantly if the card declined. But instead, he decided to be petty. I called my bank and they tell me that it’s pending. I go all the way back downstairs and he said “oh yeah, it looks like it went through. I forgot to call you.” You know what happened was he was being petty because he had to do his job by taking the cart back downstairs. Underneath the sink in the bathroom its like a little vanity but I could see numerous more dead gnats. And when I mentioned this to the front desk clerk she told me that their policy is that the housekeeper cleans, and then the manager comes in and checks it. Clearly the manager didn’t check it because there was a bunch of bugs dead and That urine smell in the restroom. The restaurant was super nice. I did have a good meal there. But as I was leaving, I was noticing more things that needed to be repaired inside in my room. For being a Hotel by the Hilton I feel like they need a step their game up. Oh and no microwaves in the room you have to go all the way down stairs to use it. Such an inconvenience.

I wanted to rate this property much higher, but it has quite a few fundamental flaws. Pros: -Staff is super friendly, both at the front desk and the restaurant -food and drink at restaurant are great, but hours limited (see cons) -property is modern and clean -parking is free and plentiful -a/c and heat work well -room and bathroom spacious Cons: -restaurant on the property closes at 9 pm (and actually closed closer to 8:45 pm)...very early for a hotel restaurant and very inconvenient -upon arrival, there was no ironing board in the room, only an iron. Asked front desk for ironing board and they gave a mini ironing board which was a pain to use and impractical -only 2 hangers in the closet -warm water in shower (not hot), but pressure was good -sink clogged due to drain stopper not working with the lever, had to take the stopper out with each use Overall, this place has the potential to be rated so much higher and to be such a better hotel. It's a shame it gets so many of the basics wrong. You're better off staying at a Hilton garden inn or courtyard for common sense hotel experience, but this hotel is definitely cleaner and nicer feeling, it just happens to be less convenient in so many ways.

Inefficient and incompetent. I have never stayed at a Hilton hotel and I will never again. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, but unfortunately that is where the positive comments must end. Housekeeping is only provided upon request. Coffee is only out in the lobby during breakfast hours. If you drink coffee outside breakfast hours the only option is the Keurig in the room. That would have been fine if they would restock the pods. I asked upon check in and every morning to be restocked and it never happened. Even after speaking with the housekeeping manager who promised it would be taken care of. All of the lights in the room are motion activated so when sitting in the chair watching tv the lights kept turning off. The man at the front desk was very condescending implying that I didn’t know how to turn lights on and off……REALLY?!?! The restaurant was expensive and had limited choices and my Ahi Tuna salad was served without the tuna. The water in the shower was lukewarm on the last day. This hotel cannot get the basics right. Very disappointing.

It was a pleasant stay. Most of the staff were lovely. They greeted me and made me feel like a valued guest. Some just walk around and say nothing. I would have appreciated a proper shower curtain to prevent water from splashing onto the floor. That just provided me with work to do. The food was good. The place is kept clean, which I appreciated. I didn't like the location, but there's nothing they can do about that, I guess.

I had the best experience in this hotel as a female solo traveler. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is beautiful. Honestly, I have stayed at so many hotels in this has to be my most favorite hotel in this area. The rooms are beautiful and feminine. I absolutely fell in love with the hotels Horse theme. The room was beautiful soft ambience. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate, the shampoo and lotion, and the rest of the travel items they give are so nice. The lady in the front desk was very pleasant with me. I remember as soon as I checked in within 15 minutes the hotels alarm went off. I had no issue with this and they resolve this very quickly. I was unable to try breakfast, so I can’t comment on that or my experience with breakfast (if there is any). But overall I would recommend this place, especially for girls are traveling. I did unfortunately see a spider run across my table and maybe you guys just need to do a little bit of fumigation, but that’s about it. 🫶🏼♥️

This is my second time staying at this Hilton property, and I will return again. For my job, it is centrally located to drive to various locations within a 50-mile radius. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The workout room is small but functional. The restaurant/bar is a bit spendy, but they make great drinks. The food is okay. Across the street is a stip mall where I could grab my morning Starbucks. Also, a great deli and nail salon should you need it. The pool has been closed the times I was there, but that just had to do with the season. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and inviting. I have a favorite room that looks out on a green forest. It's just a really great place.

The bad part is that it is advertised that one of the amenities is a business center and was informed there is none also was informed hotel refused refund false advertising on their part While that was my negative experience God bless that front desk rep Bianca and team Bianca was friendly and helpful and didn't make you feel rushed whatsoever with any questions or concerns you may have had. Bianca went above and beyond in my strong opinion one of the most friendliest people to deal with at a hotel.

Rooms are ok. But the service is not good. Water bottles are crazy expensive. 5$ for a 250 ml water bottle. Even coffee is not available most of the times. False fire alarm in the middle of the night and people had to runs outside in that cold weather.

Service is pathetic. Check in staff is never present at the counter. Every time I went to the counter, I had to wait for the staff to come. When I went for breakfast, I clearly mentioned the staff that the breakfast is included and I don't need to sign the receipt but the staff said that the front desk will take care of it, you just need to sign it. At the time of check-out when I saw my bill, breakfast was added to my bill. When I raised a concern that breakfast is already included in the booking. They made me wait 20 minutes to correct the bill but still I don't see the refund on my credit card. I tried reaching out to the but no one answers the call. Pathetic experience. My office is 0.1 mile from this hotel, so I would have been a frequent guest for them but after experiencing this, I am not booking it ever again.

What a little hidden gem! So clean, warm, and welcoming!! Great little bar/restaurant....with a fabulous outside area. We were served by Ders who was a complete doll. We were on our way to an Airbnb in Lake Hopatcong, NJ and this Tapestry by Hilton was a quick stop along the way from Philadelphia. We checked out, arrived at our Airbnb which was filthy dirty, left the Airbnb, and came back to this property!! We layed out by the pool, went back to the restaurant for a fabulous dinner, and were relieved we had such a nice place to "come home to!" Ivan was also such a kind and warm person. We parked our car in a really dumb place and then forgot about it because we were in a tizzy from our failed Airbnb situation and he was so super nice about it. I could not recommend this property more enthusiastically! Five stars!!

Nice stay overall. But the balcony outside my room, the floor tiles were uneven and not sturdy, this did not feel safe.

During a business trip, I recently stayed at the newly renovated Somerset Hills Hotel, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The hotel's location was superb and made it effortless for me to explore the surrounding area. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm welcome from the front desk clerk, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. My room was immaculate, and the amenities were top-notch. I was delighted to find a generous supply of coffee and creamer in the room and abundant fresh towels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which ensured that I had a great night's sleep. One highlight of my stay was the option of indulging in a delicious breakfast before starting my day and a delightful dinner to wind down my evenings. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I appreciated their exceptional service. Overall, I highly recommend the Somerset Hills Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. My experience surpassed all my expectations, and it remains one of my best hotel stays to date.

The hotel is very nice but refuse room 418 if they assign it to you. For some reason the closet bar is 3 feet from the floor - barely high enough to prevent a shirt from dragging on the floor. I hung my full-length dress from the top of a mirror. The room’s ironing board was a 36 inch table top model. The clerk at the front desk could not provide a full-size ironing board. I borrowed one from another family member staying on the second floor. I thought the closet bar was for handicap accessibility, but the bathroom sink and tub are not handicap accessible- so the design remains a mystery. Several family members were staying at this hotel and their rooms were not designed this way.

All was lovely and indicative of the extensive recent renovation...However do not go down the path to the gazebo in the rear of the hotel. The view back at the hotel is one of large debris strewn around and heavy black mold. I am a loyal Hilton member and was disappointed that, while the hotel looks terrific, this area is sorely neglected.

This place looks gorgeous and the people are great, but don't let the price fool you...the room we had was nice 2 queens 1 bathroom but for the cost? I think I would expect more? The food we had was for an event and it was great, but could definitely use more flavor. The servers and housekeeping staff and front desk people were SUPER nice to us the whole time and it seemed genuine which was wonderful. It's not located near a lot of things, but they try to accommodate as best they can with a pub and small convenience store that's relatively similar in hotel prices but it's decent enough. The pool was adorable but not great if you just want to lounge ND there's a bunch of kids because there is NOT much space and it's outside with very limited seating and small walkways so be mindful if you don't plan on hopping in. Also, the door going back inside gets stuck sometimes sooo be careful (it's a whole pull push up and down jiggle thing). But overall I'd stay there again, as long as I don't have to pay for it lol.

Overall, I was really not impressed by this hotel. Came in on a Saturday for a wedding under a room block with my wife and two kids. Found it to be a pretty sloppily run hotel not worth the price. The details: First, when we checked in we were apparently put in the accessible room without any word from the clerk. I mostly found this annoying because the room came with less furniture, which would have been helpful if it were there. Next, the room didn't have any washcloths, and we didn't have time to call for one before leaving for the wedding. At first we didn't think it even had towels but then found them in the armoire on the other side of the room (not even in the bathroom). The worst though was when we got back from the wedding and were getting ready for bed. That's when we realized that someone had removed the blackout curtain and the privacy screen didn't work properly. I called the front desk and the clerk came up, but told me he couldn't do anything about it and they didn't have any rooms. Told me he would speak to his manager and get us some compensation. He said to ask the clerk at checkout about it. I really just didn't want my young children to wake us up at first light, but nothing to be done about that. One last little needle before bed was that the light in the armoire wouldn't shut off. Turned out it was a button that the door needed to depress when closed to turn off. Guess that at least had an easy fix.. slamming the door with my fist till it readjusted and the light turned off. Next morning, when I went to checkout, I was told that the manager wasn't there to talk to and they would put a note on my file for them to contact me and compensation. Never heard a thing a week later. Also, little cherry on top of the lackluster experience.. there was no breakfast on Sunday at the hotel. Not even some pastries. Just a coffee dispenser. On the bright side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough.

Only 2 stars, not because of the hotel or the location, but because of my unsavory interaction with Sharon Rodriguez, the hotels "Director of Rooms", whatever that means.... We stayed there for 4 nights and on the last one we requested a late checkout. I am a Titanium Elite Member for Marriott so the request is not unusual. My husband went down to get a luggage cart while I was in the shower. He asked the housekeeper to not enter the room as I was not decent. We did not have a DND sign. She entered the room anyway and of course I had just exited the shower. She held the door open in shock, as several people were walking by, BTW, mumble a quick apology and shut the door. I was furious because she didn't even knock before she attempted to enter. I explained to my husband what happened. Turns out the housekeeper he spoke to didn't speak English. So she didn't have a clue what he said to her when he had left. He spoke to Sharon Rodriguez about the situation and she was uncaring about the situation and that if I didn't like the service I should not book through a 3rd party. We were shocked, what difference does it make on service where I booked my hotel through? She was very rude as she then tried to engage in a public argument with my husband in front of staff and other guests. She told me to take it up with Hotwire, that Hilton doesn't have anything to do with issues or complaints. She turned a rather pleasant stay at this nice hotel into a disappointment. Customer service is everything honey. I hope that if this ever happens again they will handle it better. But I won't be back to this one.

Overall it is a great place to stay. We rented 2 rooms, and one had some sewage smell. At the morning the have water coming from the ceiling at the lobby. The lady at the front desk, could of been a little friendlier. But I had great experience with the other staff members, and I had no issues with my room.
