Terrible. We do not ever complain. If it wasn't for just sleeping here 1 night we would have not stayed. We are non smokers, told us not to smoke but the room reeks of cigarettes and weed. The only thing clean was the bed. They A/C rattled all night. Mirrors are off track and look like they are getting ready to fall over. Bathroom terrible. Toilet seat broke. Little spot of blood on wall next to tub. We don't expect things to be perfect all the time but come on. I suggest to spend the extra couple bucks and stay away from this place. Disgusting!!!!!

The first room I received smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. And even after that was resolved, I never felt safe at this hotel. A lot of sketchy characters throughout the day and night. The parking lot and walkways were very dimly lit. There were a lot of blind spots between security cameras. I never saw security presence in the course of the weekend I was there. I would not recommend women stay at this residence. It did not feel safe. I never post reviews, but I felt this one needed to be said.

We were charged for “stealing linens” after a one night stay. There were no linens in our room when we arrived. There were also tools and a cable wire laying on a chair in our room. The floor was wet/damp all night, the toilet ran nonstop, the mattress had what looked like crumbs on it with the saddest excuse for a tattered mattress cover over it. There was no sheet on the bed, and no comforter or blanket. We didn’t bother reporting or complaining because we just needed to sleep for the night and left in the morning, but we weren’t expecting to be accused of stealing linens and then billed $150 for them. We are VERY aware of how short staffed business are at this time. We are aware that everyone is overworked, and things get over looked and forgotten. We dir not however, expect to be accused of stealing due to THEIR lack of putting items in our room. Guess I’ll have to be a Karen in the future and complain about everything while I’m there. Thank you for the lesson Day Inn, and congratulations on losing year long customers for yourself and Wyndham.

First off, the hotel had a face lift, looks decent on arrival, when you get to you’re room yo realize it was just a facelift, the back is still the same old place, Checked in, took a shower and realized there was mold on the bottom of the bathroom door. Figured I’d handle it in the morning, I got into bed and realized the back of the night stand had hair balls and black fuzzy stuff on the floor, Exiting the room the carpet/door jam is just disgusting. The lady at the front desk was a bit apprehensive then I showed her the pictures, she said I’d only get a refund if the room wasn’t used, clearly I showered and attempted to get in bed Steer clear from this place

We stayed 2 nights here. This morning we left early due to my boyfriend cutting his hand on the soap bar (we didn’t know it was broke off and sharp) and we heard a leaking noise, it was the ceiling. I expressed concerns to the front desk and was still charged full price for the room, it didn’t seem there was much concern on their end. Pictures attached.

The room was nice. Comfy and clean but in the end I was forced to check out by harassment. I am being charged for my emotional support animal and also management was rude and extremely mean. I couldn't believe that she was talking to me in that way..I felt the management should take some classes on social skills and finesse. I will never stay there again. My neighbor next door was selling drugs I assume. But the bed was comfy.

The room was so dirty, I was disgusted. There was a sticky substance on the bedside table and the floor beneath it. The floor was so dirty and it picked up on my socks. Nothing is updated. The “grab and go” breakfast is mediocre at best, much like the rest of the hotel. It was just disappointing to pay to get away for a night and be met with dust and first in my hotel room. It’s disheartening to see how businesses and conglomerates care less and less about the consumers and entry wage employees that keep THEIR BUSINESSES U.p

Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham are one of those amenities that you need every now and again. The location isn't bad the service isn't bad and the rooms are okay. Some rooms call Jacuzzi hot tub in down so that's always a plus. Just keep in mind that if you go on a weekend there are Rowdy patrons sometimes. The Huddle Bar and Lounge is connected to the hotel; which is also a nice place to eat and have entertainment. Saturday night's karaoke night for those interested. 😃 so if you're traveling through Roseville and need a break for a day or two give it a shot. It's worth the go.

Room had sticky stains on the carpet, toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, and there were constant noises all night long. It seems like it’s under construction, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but in its current condition it’s not great. Staff was super friendly and welcoming though!

Wouldn't even recommend to roaches. Nasty, dirty! What a difference. Stayed here before pandemic, it was nice,a little renovation going on, cool! Came back in April 'of 22. The place was bent, tattered and torn. The thick dust alone on the plants in the hall was disgusting. (If you don't put them plants out in the raining let nature power wash them). Karaoke was fun both times.

The room was ok, could have been cleaned better and the morning receptionist could work a little harder on her Hospitality and be a little more aware of who's checking out and if they receive a Deposit back or not. Other than that the best part was being able to walk through into the business next door called The Gratiot Huddle that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you Check Out.

I stayed here for almost seven months and never had a single problem with any staff. They have started to feel like family. I will always return here when I need a hotel in the area. The reviews that say anything negative about office staff I guarantee are customers that have acted crazy. I read them with respect and they have reciprocated at every turn. I am forever grateful for the hospitality, security, and comfort they have provided my daughter and I in a very trying time in our life. Love this place.

Wonderful experience! Got the hot tub room with separate living room and was not disappointed. Huge tub, comfy bed and pretty clean! A really nice Days Inn for the price.

For the money it's your best bang for your buck.. The price is just right, my room is always clean & Davon at the front desk is always very helpful as well as does his best to get me checked in in a timely manor! Great location always a good experience at this Days Inn!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Multiple Bed bugs found within the first hour of me being there. And while washing my hands the sink fell off the wall. Worst staff, ever did absolutely nothing to help or compensate me. Even with pictures of the bugs and sink, they told me I could not get a refund, even though I stayed for 2 hours, and they also rented the room out immediately following my departure. It’s disgusting. After days of trying to get in contact, Marcia, the general manager was very rude and no help. I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK WITH DAYS INN ROSEVILLE!!!

Uncooperative staff. Had to call 8 separate times to get a hotel folio. Staff didn’t believe me that I wasn’t receiving the email, or was just flat out too lazy to send it initially, who knows. Due to the extended time in receiving this simple receipt, it caused issues with my firms expense report. You’d be better off camping

Dirty room. I felt unsafe when I got to my room. The staff were extremely nice but the atmosphere of this place was questionable.

It was a beautiful hotel. However, the guests like to party until two in the morning with their children running wild. Not a good place for peace and quiet.

Horrible horrible service! The hotel is not what is seems also there was people smoking weed and cigarettes everywhere. The pool was filled with people. People outside cooking little grills by there cars. Poor place to be. We didn't stay the night we left because of how bad it was. Our room smelled bad and the beds were small for queen size. Very upset I was not able to get my money back at all!!!

I had visited this hotel a couple of years ago and it was ok for the price so I decided to book a room again and it was a mistake. The rooms are dirty. The carpet is disgusting. The drapes were dirt. The bathroom vent was rusted and bent up. I used took a shower and the water didn't drain until a hour later. The first room they gave me was worst than this one. Good location plenty of stores and restaurants.

This is an amazing find both as a deal for the room and the quality of the rooms and the personnel on staff. If you want a room for a great price and you want a pool that stays open long enough for your family to really enjoy it then I recommend highly that you stop by this nice hotel here. Ask for Devon he was more than excellent at his job and went above and beyond at the front desk this is truly a hotel I will gladly revisit over and over again.

Worse place ever!! My toilet didn't flush so instead of giving a new room they gave me a plunger . And only took $25 off my bill. So if you want to do your own maintenance go ahead and go here. Only good thing was the pool was decent.

Rooms clean ,but hot tub had weak jetstream .people partying on patio by pool. Someone brought a big blue tooth speaker , had a party like it was there own backyard. Had a bong on table and liquor and beer ,smoking weed. Do not recommend this place .Never going back there again! What a waste of money.

Ok, let me explain first why I gave them all five 🌟. The place has changed many names and has come a long way. I did pull up and the are doing construction on Gratiot heads up if your staying there. I stayed in the room with a jacuzzi over looking the court house. The room was a little dated and the TV didn't work but really it was on a Friday night and if you need the TV I'm sorry. 😀 There were people in the pool til 10 having a great til. I personally think it should be open til 11. I was there for one night but worth my version of relaxing 😊

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. It’s very obvious that anyone giving a good review is lying. There was visible mold and evidence of some sort of bugs (most likely bed bugs considering the other reviews) in two out of three rooms our family had for our short stay of one night because of how poor the quality was and is, the A/C units in each of the rooms were absolutely disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned in, at the bare minimum a year. The drawers were never opened and there was vile residue in each one. The manager of this facility is miserable with their life and takes it out on the Hotel’s customer’s, they should not work in the service industry. When informing management of the mold and the state of the 2/3 rooms, we were told that they would look into it after our checkout(when we were originally booked for a week.) rather than sending any sort of staff to have a look or offer to change us into one of(the many) vacant rooms. They have handicap rooms and claim to accommodate to the handicapped but there isn’t any sort of cart or trolley for you to bring your luggage in on. When asked about it, they said that it was because they didn’t have an elevator and they don’t accommodate to handicapped people despite having rooms for them and advertising it. The housekeepers and grounds workers were friendly and the ones that we spoke to know how bad the hotel is, but cannot do anything about it. They have all complained about the manager and I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you would like to get sick from all of the built up bacteria in the rooms that haven’t been cleaned, have police kick in doors late at night (2-3am), and also witness several drug deals done in broad daylight directly on hotel grounds. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a hotel that attempts to charge you 150$~ a night for moldy rooms, and choose one of the other hotels nearby that are actually quality for the same price if not cheaper.
