Dollar tree and dollar general are terrible they are out of stock on everything they are unorganized and dirty staff were terrible so I go to Cortland to shop at dollar tree and general

They appreciate customer loyalty, showed me how much, went in to ask how to set a trap, defective trap, was replaced did not purchase it there they knew that they value a loyal customer, that is priceless, also shown how to set the trap!

We are redoing our kitchen and bought our cabinets from here. The cabinets were ready to assemble and they are beautiful. We did the assembly, it was straight forward but if that isn't your cup of tea, they assemble. The guys that work there are friendly and helpful.

Been here a few times when I was in need of machine screws and other fasteners, also has some cute chicks to pick up! I need to go back and check out thier clothing supply see if they have my size!

We go here like every week and spend alot of money. We buy dog food, duck food, chicken food, birdseed and suet, clothes, tools, candles. Everything. Everyone is very helpful and nice. We have a 12 yr old rottie and 2 pit bulls. Our dogs are always so excited when we pull up to go in. The employees always great them and they get a treat. They drag me to the door.

Nice variety of cowboy boots on offer for this area. However the boot boxs were very dusty and dirty, made me wonder why, is this old stock, how long have they been on the shelf gathering dust? I feel that they probably should have been on sale. I was shopping for a gift so it wasn't acceptable. I have bought Cowboy boots here in the past, with a good sale price, and they were great quality and design and lasted! I do like the store. I've bought Christmas cards here in the past, but didn't like this year's selection. I always stock up on Leaning Tree greeting cards here; they are LOL funny! The cashier is so sweet and friendly. Over all, I like the store.

Our local Tractor supply store is awesome their cashiers great you with a smile and a hello when you come in and the floor staff is ready and able to help you find what your looking for and have the knowledge to tackle your needs

You can bring your animal in here they always have what i need and i end up finding what ever tool for welding equipment, well pumps, kennels for dogs, going to pick up an awesome gokart for my kids there too! They have such a variety of things it's great! And you never have to wait in line long either on top of that great customer service there too i never have a problem finding anything out there I always experience eager intelligent and positive attitudes from employees when i ask for help!!! Hands down better then walmart or Menards 99 times out of 100!!

Went to purchase a youth ATV. Asked for assistance which we did get. The person that came out had no clue and no knowledge of the ATV's. We picked the one of two that we wanted but, after waiting we noticed that the plate for the muffler was missing and the muffler was not even bolted on. I pointed this out to the associate and then asked for a manager. The associate indicated she was the manager. Again, had no answer as to why the ATV was being sold in that manner. I suggested that it should not even be out there for sale. No response..we decided to take the other one. The manager had to go and look for the keys, was not sure where they would be along with the point of sale, safety guidelines etc. It was finally found. I asked for a extended warranty and after being told over the phone prior to purchase that there are 2 to choose from found out there is no extended warranty. I was instructed to call Coleman. After we purchased it and brought it home we noticed that to initiate the factory warranty the PDI needed checked off along with vehicle information and signed by the dealer in this case Tractor Supply. Also, a nut was broken off, others are loose and can't be tightened and the inside of 1 of the tires rubber is chucked off. I will be calling Coleman tomorrow.

I love this tractor supply! Don’t really go in any of the other places, but, it’s got a huge parking lot, even semi trucks can park and shop!!
