Not much to complain about chick-fil-A restaurants! Always delicious! Always clean and always polite staff! I got the spicy southwest spicy salad and fries. Some big lettuce chunks that I did not like in my salad but always yummy🤤

Just another greasy fast food place. You can feel lucky if they ever get your order correct in the drive through. They’re below Taco Bell around the corner when it comes to getting your order correct and that’s very bad. So I’m giving them -5 STARS. Plus the owner should have gotten his facts straight. And stop treating your employees like numbers. A high turnover rate equals constantly training new employees which leads to very poor customer service. Go to Wendy’s or Arby’s if you want a real chicken sandwich. -5 ⭐️

I normally love this place but I got the fruit parfait and there was literally like two strawberries and three blueberries in it and barely any granola😭 Workers were not very friendly and order was wrong.

The food was great, and even though the line was very long it was moving very fast. I have a gluten intolerance so I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten-free bun and that bun is the best gluten free bread option that I have found.

If you need fast food and great tasting chicken. This is the place. Don't let the long line scare you. The service and technology they use is pretty impressive. If you didn't know, you can even download the app and order ahead and just roll up and say your name and they'll let you pick it up. There's a lot of different sauce options. If you are counting calories go with grilled chicken and I believe the barbecue is pretty cheap. Calorie-wise. I can't Say the same for the Chick-fil-A sauce even though it's delicious. They also have bulk orders or catering. Or you could order like 250 nuggets for pickup for parties

Ouch, went to this establishment around 9:50,pm. I need to inspect good now before I drive off..the spicy chicken looked as if it was a grill chicken and they drop it in.grease afterwards..it was thin compared to the spicy chicken I usually get..it was dark like over cooked yuck..the worse ever

I love Chick-fil-A! I always have a great experience at this location. That was not the case today. My order was incorrect which I completely understand. The issue was the way I was treated by the team member. She made me feel that I did something wrong. Not the start to the day I was looking for.

The sandwich was great, service was slow and I could feel their evil.god judging me as I waited for my order... Plus what if I crave them on Sunday? They actually think there's an all powerful being that cares if they make chicken on Sundays? Get real...

Pretty good food for fast food. My sandwich was a little salty but fresh. However the kale side salad had moldy kale in it. I bought 2. If i didn't live 20 minutes away i would have taken it back. Just want worth the gas honestly

Great food, just need to work on consistency with sauces and plastic wear. Can't tell you how many times we got chicken noodle soup with no spoon.

I don't know..my kids love it, but they're not the ones shelling out $70 to feed a family of 4 chicken fingers and squishy crinkle cut fries.

I love this place the mac is my favorite. Never had a problem with my order or customer service. I miss the peppermint shake though lol

I got the market salad, which is always Delicious... Send like smaller containers now and less chicken at same price. Asked for 2 dressings, got one, which isn't quite enough

From the moment you walk in you were greeted with actually happy people-working! The food came out very quick and quit good..The honey pimento chicken.mmm

We used to get Chick-fil-A 3 or 4 times a month and we had zero complaints. We never had to worry about a missing item or the food being made wrong. It was just a given that your order would be right. Right after the remodel things took a turn for the worst at this location. Just about every time we go through the drive-thru something is missing or something is wrong with the food. Today, January 12th 2024 they once again forgot a sandwich and the nuggets were almost inedible. Most of them were as hard as a rock! Now with the construction of the diverging diamond on Rt.46 there is no way I am going back to complain. It would take me 40 minutes to go from Lowe’s to the restaurant. I’m not sure what changed but management should re-evaluate the staff at this location. Something is going wrong and it’s gonna cost them a valued customer. I wish I could post a pic of the nasty nuggets I got today. I hope the right person reads this and they figure out what’s going on there.

Terrible. 2nd visit in 30 days. Wrong stuff both times thru drive thru. Not only incorrect food but was over charged. Ordered a milkshake got a lemonade. Ordered small side mac n cheese got it. Ordered a large side of waffle fries got a large side of mac n cheese. WILL NOT GO BACK. DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED DIDNT USE TO BE THIS WAY THERE!

I know everyone always comments about how fast and efficient Chick-fil-A is but they really are. When I stopped today the drive thru was packed. 2 lanes, tons of cars and they had everyone moving right through. Simply amazing and as always, my nuggets were excellent.

We came over from PA with a total of 9. When everything came to the table, everything was there & fresh. Between the manager and the workers, everybody was happy and working with smiles on their faces. Good to see people enjoying their job.

Normally u would get a 5. I get a Cobb salad every wk. Today it was half it's normal size, a few pieces of the lettuce core in my salad,very little toppings that were mixed in ,not on top & no red pepper chips. Don't look like the picture. I usually split into 2 bowls, but not today. Very disappointing.Did u downsize, run out , or new employee maybe? Let me know.....

Standard Chick-fil-a nothing special but as always a good experience. Dinning room was loud and cramped but not much can be done about that.

They always have the longest lines but they are so effecent at the entire process you do not sit in line as long as you would imagine, esp seeing the size of the double car long line. The food is always good, employees are very pleasant.

We went here for the first time. The waffle fries go with the ketchup and if you like cheese sauce, I would recommend it! There is an indoor play area for the kids. The staff was helpful and told me to turn in the puzzle for an ice cream! The people were kind too and explained the kids area rules to me. A+ experience today!

Always clean, friendly, efficient! I’ve never run across a Chick-fil-A that doesn’t hit the nail on the head for everything one should expect out of fast food! They have a fine offering (of only chicken) in sandwiches and their Mac and cheese is excellent! Also their shake is good!

Food is always served hot and fresh and service is fast. Wally in the dining room is the sweetest guy ever! He always takes great care of us

Stopped here last night while on break from GrubHub. Drive thru was pretty busy so I figured it'd be a bit before I got my food, and understandably so. I was actually pleasantly surprised that I got it as quickly as I did. Thanks for the friendly service and good food as always.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! We always order on the app and the food is perfect every time. They have a little play place for kids. The dining area is always clean and well stocked.

Our boys love breakfasts here! From the friendly staff to the play area, we feel like we’ve raised our kids at this location. (Our oldest boy was actually the first kids to play in the play area when they opened)

Always on point at Chick-fil-A. Fresh food that doesn't sit under a warmer Hot food. No need to ask for no salt, always fresh fries. I absolutely love this place. Clean, friendly, and delicious!

The experience in Chick FIL A is always as expected delightful. The staff is always welcoming and never makes you feel like a bother. The only thing that made me sad is wally wasn't working that day. It's always nice to see him working and interacting with customers.

Everyone loves this place so much, they put order takers out in the drive through to take your order and speed things along because there is usually about 20 people driving through the 2 drive though s. Know what you want before they get to you. You're not at the menu when they come to your car..

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. None others even come close. This location is especially great. The staff is always incredible. They're friendly, responsive, and they get things right every single time. CFA employees are always a higher caliber than other fast food places, always. The food here is always hot and fresh when it gets to you. Always. So many other places give you warm fries or stale nuggets or something. That doesn't happen here. No soggy buns, no cold fries, no air temp chicken. It's always hot and fresh. Their Mac & Cheese is awesome especially when you pair it with a spicy deluxe. I could eat that every day and die happy.

The staff at this Chick-fil-A are wonderful. The fact that they have delicious gluten free options available is important to me. The grilled chicken sandwich served with a gluten free bun is the best! The buns are separately packaged. Highly recommend to those with wheat allergies or gluten sensitivities.
