This "hospital" is the worse. My Fiances' Mothers partner was admitted due to having some type of stroke and when they visited him the nurse was extremely rude. Scolding my Fiances' mother for holding her partners hand while he was under. both my fiance and her mother were let into the building after having to call in twice to be let in. they walked past security and nurses and not a single one of them let them know that only ONE guest was allowed to enter at a time to visit the patient. after that experience my fiance called to complain about the nurse and was actually blamed for entering the building along with her mother, being told that she should not have even been there because of their visiting policy. Why are they relaying that information after the fact that they were both allowed in and not a single person stopped them to inform them that only one person was allowed at a time. Completely irresponsible on this hospitals part. My fiance, has been stressed due to the family matter and not knowing if her mothers partner would even come out alive. She did lose her temper, but who wouldn't when you are under anxiety and stress just to call and let them know how their staff is performing, but instead of reviving any empathy or try to make their space better, they blame her for entering the building altogether. They have now banned my fiance and her mother from seeing him, because they labeled her as a violent threat? I have reached out to the "patient experience" manager and left my phone number to call me regarding the situation, and I have yet to receive a call back. What a mess, hospitals are already scary enough for people, their environment should be reassuring and accepting, but not this place. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Just this week, my dad waited 27 HOURS in the ER with 85 people in line ahead of him! UNBELIEVABLE. A nurse told my mom she works 12-hour shifts 5 days a week and doesn't get paid well at all. She's more than exhausted. I wouldn't want sleep-deprived nurses working on me! My uncle died here during COVID. My family felt the way he was cared for was completely unacceptable. In my opinion, drive to a different hospital.

The emergency room showed absolutely no sense of urgency or compassion to my friend who was having a miscarriage. We waited for 20 minutes before we were even talked too, then pulled in a room, she was asked the same questions over and over. Then was told there were no beds and that we would have to wait in the waiting room and they would do lab work in the hallway. Never again will I ever waste precious time at this place. Sick

There seemed to be little-to-no communication between members of my care team. Information was often misconstrued and required reiteration. I was in pain the whole time I was there and was rarely given the allowed, prescribed medication on time. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable to the point I felt tortured. I was also told they were specifically monitoring my WBC and RBC counts (the former was high and latter low) and they still discharged me despite my readings still being high/low and my hemoglobin trending down. It felt like they wanted to kick me out ASAP because I have medicaid? There were blood spots on the cloth on the counter the ER nurse put my IV in on. It was not my blood. That IV later blew and medication and saline leaked into my arm which is still sore (days later) and I'm continuing to monitor for infection. My "consultation" with a specialist was maybe two sentences with no detailed follow-up or more information with the specialist. The other people on my care team just assumed the specialist told me everything I needed to know. They don't have enough nurses working anywhere and there's no clear understanding of procedures between staff. The ER doctor prescribed me a medication that the ER nurse later told me they could not administer (after the doctor left of course). I figured it would be administered once I was admitted but apparently no doctors are able to provide this medication to patients? But the ER doctor was still able to order it? I should have left after sitting in the ER room for five hours still in tremendous pain. Instead I allowed myself to be admitted and let the torture continue. Do not go to this hospital unless you absolutely have too. There were decent/caring providers scattered throughout my team, but overall, the care was very poor, very rushed, very low quality. The food is awful.

Both husband and I Have been to this ER multiple times for multiple things. The first time was actually 2 years ago for menstrual pain. I have a condition and sometimes the pain is so severe I cannot function. I was treated well and I wasn’t brushed off. The second time was in October. My husband was bit by a dog. They treated him wonderfully and the MD who stitched him up was very compassionate and gentle. Twice was for BH issues for a family member. Both times they were treated exceptionally well by their BH ED team. The last time was for my husband having what we now know was an issue with his ammonia levels. Everyone was wonderful in the ER and the floor staff has been fantastic as well. The thing is, the hospital is short staffed. Just like everywhere else. And whether or not the staff is there, the patients keep coming. They are doing their best in an incredibly chaotic time in medicine. But that issue should not reflect negatively on the ones who are there bearing that burden. They are human. They can’t be everywhere and do everything.

Fantastic care! My son hurt himself and suffered laceration to his forehead. We passed two other hospitals to get to McLaren Macomb and I'm so glad we did. We immediately found a spot near the door in emergency parking. Once inside, we didn't even have the chance to sit down before my son was being evaluated and taken back to a fast track room for treatment. It was all hands on deck back there. The room was clean, they made sure we had everything we needed and we weren't left waiting for anything. It became clear he would need a few stitches so they applied two rounds of topical numbing solution before they injected a numbing agent. The stitches were done with a high level of precision and care. There were no questions left unanswered and once discharged, my son said it was a fun adventure. It was the first time he has ever needed stitches and this place made it a positive experience for us. Bravo, Mclaren!

I am always treated with absolute dignity and respect any time I am here. The ER staff are so patient and wonderful depsite the poor treatment they received from fellow patients. (My personal opinion from what I witnessed.) My only complaint is there are not ultrasounds available past 11am, but they were very comforting that if I did end up needing one to look for a clot in my leg I could come in first thing in the morning. Dr. Flaherty is so kind and wonderful. Every nurse was just simply an angel. It is a really nice and clean facility. I always feel safe and cared for here. I wish this staff nothing but the best. Hopefully I do not have to come back unless it is to have a baby! My daughter was born Jan 2020 and the entire staff were awesome to me then too!

I am editing to add that I have been contacted by multiple people from the hospital who listened to my concerns and said they are working on making the experience better for patients and loved ones. I'm confident that they will take something from what I suggested so hopefully it is a better experience and there's more of an effort to explain what to expect and help with the next steps needed for a loved ones stay and aftercare. I am leaving my review up because that was our experience and I want to encourage other people to speak up if they feel left out of important decisions or information for themselves or a loved one. I would never bring a loved one here again . Especially for a mental health hold. James and Jennifer in the yellow unit were beyond rude to me. The patient advocate couldn't be bothered to call me back, I had left a message for the Dr who also never called me back. The Social Worker never called me after I was told they would. Every time I called I was told the Social Worker would see my son either in the afternoon or the next morning, we were told this for days before they finally saw him. I'm thankful for the sweet nurses that were there (other than James and Jennifer) but the entire situation was traumatic for my son and I. I'm only giving 2 stars because there were a few really good nurses and they did, ultimately kept him safe.

The emergency room nurses r rude and could do they job a little better. I never got anything that I asked for all they would say they short staffed. That's not my fault or issue I'd the hospital is that short staffed . I think they should close the emergency room part down. Now when I had breast cancer them nurses was AMAZING they did an EXCELLENT JOB and so did the Doctor's.

I was VERY impressed with McLaren Macomb and specifially her surgeon, Dr. Mohan. They listened to my concerns about my diabetic wife's blood sugars during and after her procedure, and he explained everything that he did. He even showed me a before and after picture and video of her arteries. My wife was up and walking around within a couple of hours, and even enjoyed the "hospital food"! Her nurses were also incredible. We probably interacted with 6-8 nurses, and every single one was kind and compassionate.

This hospital has gone down over the years. Patients are kept waiting for hours. You ask for some time of medication to help you feel better while you wait. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!! I'm waiting on a room. Been here since 11am......it is now 6 pm!!!! McClaren needs to seriously reevaluate the way things are being done!!!!!!!! At least keep patients updated. You could at least provide television that works with movies to make time go faster.

I had my daughter here , never met the attendee on duty so I can’t even tell if the resident doctor preformed my surgery or what. They induced my baby on purpose to force a c-section because that brings in more money. The nurse I had almost ripped my Cather out, she tried to lay the bed flat maybe 4 hours after I had a c-section so just imagine the pain I was feeling. I tried to yell out but couldn’t because I had tubes down my throat so I wouldn’t aspirate during surgery so the aftermath was I couldn’t really talk but she should have knew better. She tried to wipe me down with a cold rag and when I told her to use warm water she said none of her other patients complain so she tried again. It was so much dealing with this place I wish I could save people from going here

All of my mother belongings are gone Just disappeared. Clothes, house keys, wallet, li I hood just gone and no one can find them or even tried. They left my 79 yr old mother in a “waiting room” chest with breathing issues! From Sunday morning-Tuesday afternoon. Didn’t get upstairs to a room until that Thursday! By the time she got up there NO one upstairs even knew how long she was in the actual hospital and NO looked for her things. Had us talk to a guy with a clipboard of a blank paper with info as a “report”nothing has been said or done! Horrible horrible Emergency staff. People upstairs were slightly better but not much! Still no word on my mothers things. I mean it’s as if my mother wasn’t even there. Even losing her clothes!!?? Never recommend this place

Yesterday morning, my father-in-law was rushed taken to the emergency room. After being informed he needed to see a cardiologist there was no follow up. It was only hours later that we discovered the necessary medical order hadn't been placed. When we inquired, a nurse falsely claimed the order was in, but we later confirmed it wasn't. The staff's lack of honest communication was incredibly disappointing, making us feel ignored and adding unnecessary stress to an already tense situation.

Taken by EMS to McClaren because of major stroke. Received immediate assistance in ER, very attentive care, transferred to ICU and again received outstanding care from compassionate and knowledgeable medical staff. Transferred to medical floor, again the medical staff were compassionate, caring, helpful, kind. Transferred to inpatient rehabilitation floor. Received outstanding care from physical and occasional therapists. Highly recommend the inpatient rehabilitation facility. Nurses were kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. The social worker was friendly, professional and smoothed the transition to home health care. This was my first patient experience in a hospital and I was very grateful for the consistent outstanding care by very professional doctors, nurses, and therapists.

The new ER is nice, but still very poor service. I went there for a kidney stone, I was doubling over in pain. They came and talked to me and then just let me sit there for 6 hours, no checking on me nothing, no help with pain so I left. A great place to go if you wanna die, cause they will let you!!! EDIT* I tried to respond to the owner. They never answered their phone(9 times I called), send two emails, they never responded. My review stands. They only care about a person if you come in with a bank roll in your pocket.

Followed the ambulance my sister was in to the hospital. ER front desk said they would come get me once they had her checked in. After an hour, my sister called me. She was in a room by herself, all checked in, alone and afraid. After another half hr, I asked for status. Told they had alot going on back there w others. After 45 min, I gave up and went home. Shame on you for blocking a patient's emotional support at her most vulnerable. All I needed was access to the area and a room number.

And when things just keeps getting worse and worse. Had an appointment for a MRI arrived as scheduled 3:45pm..registered and headed to Imaging, checked in and actual MRI was not until 4:15pm. Why 30 minutes arrival? Always never understood why. 4:30pm comes I’m patiently waiting, 4:40pm the lady at the window calls my name just to tell me it’s gonna be about another 20 minutes or even longer because there running behind, angry yes, that’s my exact point of arriving 30 minutes early for any type of imagining, makes no scene because all people are doing is sitting waiting. Close to 5:00pm still hadn’t been called. I then went to that window ask for my orders back and walked the heck out of there. The sad thing is no darn apology or nothing. Due to my health condition, I can’t sit nor stand for a long period, if I do my pain becomes much more intense it’s unbearable. Can’t say this never happens either, each time I go for imaging I wait longer than I should. What’s the darn reason for appointments? This lead me to having to schedule another appointment for the MRI, in the future I will need to review other options other then McLaren Macomb. I thought the ERD was a living nightmare and reason I will not step foot in there again unless I’m half dead and no choice in the matter. Not actually sure what it would take for this place to get it together, one thing is patients mean nothing, the way people are treated is unbelievable.

Still in E R after nine hours with my 82 year old father. Place is full and nobody getting helped . I think the administrator and suits need to get out of bed or off golf course and come help their staff. There is zero communication and patients are being wheeled in and out back to lobby with no direction? Absolutely patient and elderly abuse at this point.. it is now midnight and we have been here since 3pm . The VA hospital runs amazing and maybe they can get some notes for how they operate. Or change leadership here. Unacceptable care!

The nurses all seem great and so far most of the people I've had deal with were wonderful but their policies and their procedures are terrible. 7 and 1/2 hours and I still haven't gotten the results of the test and discharge papers. I've been here 24 hours with no food. Absolute horrible place will not come back here again

My mother in law came here a few days ago. I was shocked when we came to visit. There were so many people in the waiting area, many were hooked up an IV in chairs, there were more than ten people just parked in wheelchairs lined up in the ER, some were moaning in pain. I felt like I was in a third world country, it was unreal. My mother n law is critical but there’s no icu beds available so she’s been in a room in the ER since Saturday. Is this the only hospital in the area? Why would you willingly go here? Now I think about it, you might actually get better care in a developing country than here. I still can’t believe it.

I was in obvious labor and the intake team tried to tell me I was either dehydrated or had a UTI. So that was really frustrating when I got to the L&D department. The team who did my c-section 3 hours later were great! My night nurses were amazing. My room we stayed in for the 2 and a half days after delivery was dirty. I walked from the bathroom to my bed and my feet were were filthy. The food service brought us the wrong meals and the food was awful. They had a delivery bed that comes apart for the bed I used the 3 days I was there. It was so uncomfortable that my tailbone is still sore, almost 2 weeks later. The website said all the rooms were remodeled and they obviously were not. The nurses were amazing, and that's what matters most. We were taken care of and supported, but everything else was pretty disappointing.

Do not ever go there. Night crew is no good. Was on cardiac floor. Leads were off all night. I knew it. Didnt say a word. They make their rounds b4 shift change to make sure everything up to par. Oh your leads are off.. no kidding, last 12 hours. Could've been dead.. i heard and recorded them to fabricate stories to prevent lawsuits about patients.update. emailed and no response. I love the hospital but ER is something else. If there are no beds why are they taking people in. My shortest visit there was 6 hours. You have to plan on staying all day. A lady there had been there since the night before and had been admitted. I know blood work takes 2 hours for the heart but 6 hours and that's only if they don't lose it. Then I was there 10 hours. One other thing is why is a person who can't walk have to pay $7 to park? The walk from handicap parking is too far. You have to pay that plus what the doctor charges. There should be a voucher program like other hospitals when you see a doctor. Also was there overnight for sleep study and when I left at 5:30am the handicap lot was full???? Explain that. Enough of that. Just reply please and not ask me to email someone else.

More than anything this hospital has consistently been the worst institution I have seen in terms of mask use. This is a follow up review more than anything, as my mother had a stroke August of 2020. This was a time when mask use was paramount, as there were no vaccines. At that time I would run into receptionists and nurses who would take down their mask when they talked or just not cover their nose. Now as I take my mom to regular follow up appointments I am sorely disappointed to see that in the oncology department where we check in, the receptionists are still pulling down their masks and not covering their noses. What a shame to have people who work with truly immune susceptible patients not caring about wearing a mask properly. *Edited as some of the receptionists in oncology just choose not to wear a mask at all.

If it was an option, I would give you -5. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!! This is absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been in. Brought my bro in cause he was gasping for air and couldn't breathe. We sat in the ER from 7a-10a and NOBODY waited on us!! There was no one else in the ER, so what the F were they doing? Finally they diagnosed him with pneumonia and ran his IV while he was in the waiting room Unfortunately I can't say 1 good thing about them. I wouldn't bring my dog here let alone people. TURN AROUND AND FIND ANOTHER HOSPITAL!!

Took my daughter to the ER Wednesday night for a broken foot. The staff and doctors were nice. The cleanliness of the hospital is unexceptionable. The bathroom in the ER waiting room was disgusting. This is a healthcare facility. You guys need to get it together. Next time I need to go to the hospital I will drive a little further to the next hospital. I’m very disappointed.

Worst experience of my life. Do not deliver your baby here. My OB was an angel but I strongly believe the hospital does not care for Hispanic mothers. I received an epidural which makes you unable to walk, my nurse Michelle never came to put in a catheter I laid in my urine and feces for TWO days. I am not the only HISPANIC mother that experienced this. I filled a complaint and never heard back. Becoming a first time mom was a terrible experience at McLaren which I will never get back. I regret having my baby at McLaren my baby was diagnosed with Jaundice but when I received my baby 8 hours after delivery he was not wrapped in a light blanket or helped with his jaundice at all again from other white mothers their baby was taken cared of and given to them after their c-section right away.. This hospital needs to shut down. Nurses need to be replaced. I do not at all recommend this hospital. Deliver your baby at Troy Beaumont they actually care. I DO NOT NEED AN AUTOMATIC REPLY WITH A APOLOGY I NEED ACTIONS DONE!

My 51 year old brother was in this hospital for 6 weeks, starting with ICU for 2weeks. Terrible experience for my family which ultimately ended with my brother's death last week. Terrible communication between doctors, no communication between nursing staff. Some nursing staff on the 2nd and 4th floors were great. ER nursing was awful. My brother was not able to communicate and was left laying in urine and poop for hours. I would never willingly use this hospital

Update: My dad was in the ER twice since my last review. The care provided by the ER staff and the cleanliness of the ER was greatly improved. Thank you. My 85 year old dad was a patient in the ER. He was transported via ambulance from an assisted living facility. The ER called me because he was being discharged. I arrived and was disgusted at how poorly my dad was cared for. He is unable to care for himself and needs help with everything It was 1:30 pm on a Thursday and my dad was lying in a bed soaked in urine. His clothes were soaked and he was ignored and neglected. It appeared he was in this state for several hours. There were several nurses at the nurses station but my dad was not changed out of wet clothes and provided with a dry gown. I am disgusted at the lack of human decency and the unacceptable lack of minimal care this ER provided. Shame on you.

8/22/23 *Update* the hospital called my wife and blamed her for not asking for privacy, apparently they do not know HIPAA laws or just don’t care about HIPAA laws. This truly is a garbage hospital with garbage staff. Hopefully someone will sue and close this trash hole. 8/17/23They treat patients in the waiting room with everyone around, blood draws and discussing all your personal information right in the waiting room no privacy for anyone. This includes patients brought by ambulance. Avoid this garbage hospital, they’re only after your money they do not care about you.

Cold, hard, rubbery eggs!!!. " what do you expect? It's hospital food!!"The latest item is that I spent $175 + dollars on clothes at the gift shop. I asked the staff in the observation area if I could use a pair of scissors to take the tages off. Guess what?? No scissors! I was told by a female representative that I was not to call the main number anymore. They are too busy! Well, eventually, it was a kind volunteer that came up and helped me with the tags. There are many more issues I encountered with this hospital that are atrocious!! I had to be moved because another patient kept coming out of his room, either naked, or with his gown on, then walk a ways away and take his gown off. After several calls to let the staff know what was going on, they finally decided to move me when I said I couldn't take it anymore. Prior to that, I was left on a bed pan while the aids left for the day and everyone else went to do other things and ignored my call light. There has been little communication between the doctor and myself. I have mosaic turners, which she has little knowledge of. I tried to explain some things to her but she shut me down. My recent visit (5/8/23) was just as bad. The nurse was very mean. She unplugged my call light turned out the light, pulled the curtain closed and shut the door. Later doctors appeared with her. I said she needed to leave. They refused to talk to me. The next thing I know I'm being sent back home. My right knee and left shoulder are still in severe pain! No explanation. I never got to see my discharge papers. Nothing!! COLD AS ICE!!!

ER could use some help!!!🤬 But I was admitted to 4 west and had the best care possible!! Every doctor, nurse, nurses aids, and housekeeping Did an absolute wonderful job caring for me and my needs!! Even the Chaplins were respectful and we prayed together 💕 I have no complaints with 4 west!!! And I thank you for the wonderful care!!!

(3-9-23) I have been trying to get Dr. Craig Brown's office staff (Portland, MI) to send a referral to the same type of specialist for months. I met with the doctor in January and his staff was supposed to send a referral out for me to a specialist I needed. -- After not hearing anything from his office, I called the office end of January on Jan 24. I also provided them with the correct FAX number to the specialist's office. They told me they would FAX the referral the same day. February 23rd rolls around (one month later) and I called the specialist's office and they told me they had never received any kind of referral from Dr. Brown's staff. Sp I had to call Dr. Brown's staff again, and give them the FAX number AGAIN... 2 weeks later and I still have not heard from the specialist. -- Pardon me, but Dr. Brown is the captain of the ship. New doc time. I cannot trust his staff has my best interests in mind. It is not the first time this staff has dropped the ball about referrals. It will be the last ... Go somewhere else

My recent hospital visit with my husband was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. went to seek help for his injured foot, but our encounter with the triage staff , doctor and X-ray staff left us feeling regret to come there. Dr. B seemed inconsiderate about my husband’s pain and didn’t provide enough explanation on how to care for his wound and stitches. It was only after I asked multiple questions that we received any information. We are not medical experts, and it’s essential for doctors to take the time to ensure patients understand their conditions and the necessary care not to mention that his foot was bleeding and nobody for about half hour came to check on him after I called multiple times for assistance on button What upset us further was the lack of hygiene. Despite my husband’s foot bleeding, they wanted to put the boots cast on without cleaning it first until I said something We believe that patients should receive compassionate and thorough care during their medical visits. We hope the hospital addresses these issues to ensure better care for all patients in the future.

I'm utterly disgusted at the way I've been treated here. The receptionist at the front desk in the ER had to "finish her chart" before seeing my friend that needed to see a doctor . The other receptionist gave me the worst attitude. The security was rude. It's really saddening to me at a hospital of all places, anyone would be treated this way . Extremely unprofessional!!! Perhaps the receptionist in the ER should tend to someone that needs help, rather than finish her chart.

The labor and delivery floor staff are amazing.I can’t express enough how great the nurses and doctors are at this hospital. They are caring and understanding. They make sure you are taken good care of. The nurses don’t get enough recognition for what they do there. This is my forth baby and I can say this is my best delivery. Now if you go to er you just might die. I’ll never ever go to the er again.

A few days ago my 84yo Grandfather was brought in to McLaren Macomb by SCS Fire. He had fallen, and was a little altered. He was put on the fast track, and for a hospital that is as busy as they were, was moving at a reasonable pace. The Nurse who took care of him once he was in an ED Observation room was fantastic. Her name is Dana and is 100% the reason why I’m writing this review. (I’m not sure if the ED there works 12s or 8s but she was there when we left at around 6pm) She was kind, empathetic, a true patient advocate, and showed genuine interest in the care and comfort of my grandfather. In a time where RNs face violence, dangerous staffing ratios, mandatory hold-overs, and layoffs - it was an absolute pleasure to work with you and I hope this review makes it to the right people. It’s clear you still have passion for this field and that you work hard to take care of your patients. Thank you, Dana! We appreciate you.

The entire staff at Mclaren Macomb is so welcoming right when you walk in. I’ve never been to an ER with such great staff— even though the wait was VERY. VERY. long. From the patient registration RN’s, especially Hannah! She was so accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Resident Erin Mcudden is awesome. She remembered us and made us feel at home right when she saw us. She was so helpful and made sure our needs were met. Dr Flaherty is truly so empathetic. He is an amazing ER doctor. His patients are so lucky to have him! He cares about his patients. You can see it with each encounter as I observed him in the waiting room! Dr Johnathan Markus is an exceptional gastroenterologist. He’s helped us cross milestones in my husbands health that we never thought possible. The more time I spend at Mclaren Macomb, more impressed I am. Excellent staff. Patient staff! Caring staff. Empathetic staff. Great job, Mclaren Macomb! I work at Ascension hospital, myself, and I take pride in providing excellent care for all of my patients and their families! It is so nice to see the same happening here.

My mother had to be there a lot lately, and she always wanted to be here. They have only taken great care of her. Their hospice was wonderful. The ER and 3 West made her passing so much easier on us. Quality human beings. Such a blessing.

I don’t wish to go into specifics, as it is all too fresh and traumatic. But I would like to just echo what others have said, this truly is an awful hospital that is undeserving of caring for our loved ones. I know it is hard to put a lot of stock in these online reviews, but in this case, please, heed the advice and go elsewhere. I hope to see this hospital permanently closed one day.

Many thanks for the care and compassion shown by the ICU nurses. Tristen, Brandon, Ted, and Sandy provided excellent care with empathy for our family. Their professionalism and support helped us through a very difficult time. Thank you so much from Flo’s family. ❤️

Hospital is dated but the staff is wonderful. Everyone that I encountered was compassionate and made me feel super comfortable. I do wish there were more comfortable seating for guests who have to wait hours for their loved ones to get out of surgery.

My boyfriend has had the best care since day one. He broke his pelvis and since his surgery, every day and every night the nurses and doctors make sure he is doing well and that he has what he needs. This is the best team I have dealt with and these professionals are amazing.

I received and continue to receive the best care at McLaren. Everyone shows compassion, and want to help the patients and coworkers. I feel so much better knowing when I go there that I get the best help that can be given.Fast, effective, and knowing what's needs to be done and do it. I can't express how grateful to know my health and life is in the hands of mclaren. Thank you to all the staff there.
