    Never coming to this location again. For one, I placed an online order. When I get there, I asked the staff if they could make my drink without ice. They were very rude and let me know that they wouldn't be doing "all that." Then, I get home and my food is extremely cold and my burger was extremely undercooked. Disgusting place with rude staff!!

    Wait in line not that bad for the time we went. Food was hot and fresh. Tried the roast turkey sliders this time and they hit the spot! Been going to the 10 mile and Hoover location since I was a kid. Ive never had a bad experience!!!😊

    Today 7/19/23 I was reminded why I said I would NEVER work in the food service industry after watching an entitled rude woman being snide with the employees because her food was not ready. She claims that before her was served 1st when the couple of people were there before her or were there picking orders up that were placed online. The manager offered to make her a free sandwich and the woman rudely turned it down. The employees were working fast and steady as possible thankfully they didn't let that woman's attitude get to them and they stayed friendly. As I was leaving I had to let it be known that they were doing a great job loudly.

    Stopped at this location for the first time tonight. Not sure if they're understaffed tonight.. but the person working the drive through didn't give me a total at the speaker or offer to upsize my order, and didn't say hello, thank you or ask what sauce I wanted when I was at the window (they told me the total only), but included 2 of ea in the bag. The amount of fries in the Large Curly Fry I ordered is comparable to a size small (photo shows actual amount, incl fries at bottom of bag), and the double roast beef I ordered is half the size. C'mon! There was 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through, approx 9pm on Sat Aug 24th. One or two of these things wouldn't warrant writing a criticizing review.

    Food was fresh. Order was accurate. They did give us someone else's order. Hence the three stars. We gave the bag back before we left the window. Had to pull up and wait for the order. I believe the dining room is now open at this location as well. Since many restaurants are short staffed I can't expect much more.

    I ordered 4RB classes sandwich and other things the 4 RB classic sandwiches old meat and each sandwich only had 2 slices of meat this is ridiculous what a rip off I will never get food there again stay away from this place

    To everyone posting comments about bad service you have the right to your opinion but you might not be aware that this store is extremely low staffed and is doing all they can to service you and everyone else. Your order might take some time to get to you but that’s not because they aren’t trying their hardest. Most of the time they have 1-3 people working and it’s hard to run a whole restaurant with only a few people. The store has been closing early due to short staffing as well. Please be kind and considerate to the employees and managers as they are doing their best and working hard and doing long shifts for you and this community to have good quality service and food!

    Seem this female may have been a "manager" or someone with authority. She didn't greet me with a hello/a may I help you, but she did stand behind the register and stare at me SILENTLY. I C folks haven't learned YET!!!. They had none of the food I ordered. I jus got a shake, it was hot outside......Very POOR SERVICE

    After 2 yrs of not going to this location, I figured I'd give it another shot being it was on my way to work... HUGE mistake!! Manager should be helping out her crew instead of standing in the lobby, LITERALLY at the line where we wait to order, chatting with people (YES CHATTING NOT handling a business manner), as the guy in the kitchen is struggling by himself trying to get orders out. I could have went to a sit down restaurant and had a full meal in the time I was in this establishment and spent less. 30 mins and $25 as well as late for work. Arby's DO BETTER!

    Came in and ordered 72 nuggets and the staff was very pleasant through out the entire experience. Also had the food fresh and ready within a few minutes. Very much appreciated. 5/5 would recommend!

    I went here today (12/31/23) at 4:30 ish, I was the only person in line, no one was in drive thru, and literally listened to some raspy voiced woman cursing like a sailor, some guy was making food and someone was at the drive thru window. Finally, I politely said "Hello" voices stopped for a moment then went back to talking, so I said "Hello again!" voices stopped again, so at that point looked for a phone number to call. I am all for workers rights but hard to support fast food workers making $15 an hour when I cant even get an order filled because they were having a conversation.

    I ordered food through the app because the line was long, hoping it would make things easier however, it did not when I went to pick up my food employee threw my food at me through the drive-through, and I’m a very kind and considerate person. I’m very considerate of people making my food etc. there was absolutely no reason for this. She said that I gave her the wrong name. I gave her my full name and the order she said was only my last name she said that next time she’s not going to give me my food, and then she threw it at me through the drive-through. I called to Get her name and she hung up the phone on me so then I had contacted corporate. Horrible experience 10:30pm 12/16/2023

    Went thru drive thru. I ordered a double beef n cheddar, crinkle fries with a cup of cheese, and a medium coke no ice. I live about 3/4 of a mile from this store. When I got home, the cheese was cold, the beef n cheddar was cold

    Tried the new Wagyu Burger. I enjoyed it, because... 1. The meat was about as thick as one would have at a backyard BBQ and... 2. The Brioche Bun was really good. And... 3. It was loaded with toppings. Disclosure: I requested extra sauce (very possibly, unneeded. Wait until you see the pix. lol.) The price was reasonable compared to other special sandwiches elsewhere. I ended up eating only half for lunch; it was filling.

    By far the worst Arby’s I have ever went to! to start it off the young lady working drive through seems like she couldn’t understand what I was saying, and took forever to reply even when I was at the window. I drove all the way home just to notice that there was hair in my chicken club wrap!!!! Also it was missing The onions, tomatoes, and lettuce it was only chicken bacon, cheese and sauce. And then my cheddar and beef sandwich hardly had any cheese on the sandwich 🤦🏽‍♀️ I tried to call the store, but of course the number that Google has for this store it says that it’s unavailable!!

    This particular Arby’s is not only busy, but they train their staff right. The manager had a particularly ornery customer in drive thru that forgot to mention they had a coupon. They were very angry, but the manager de-escalated the situation with grace and style. Honestly, I think I wouldn’t have been as nice at someone screaming at me for something that could quickly be rectified. Besides that nasty behavior from an angry customer, the quality of the food was spot on. The right temperature that looked and tasted great. I would not hesitate going to this 10 Mile just west of Hoover location (not all Arby’s are alike).

    Reading a food ticket shouldn't be that disastrous. When one orders food, pays for that food, ALL items should be in the bag. Zero accountability on their staff. Do better!!

    Didn't go here for myself, but to pick up a food delivery order. Went inside, waited about 10 minutes and the workers saw me but never said a word. I finally got someone's attention and told them I was there for a food delivery. In total I waited around 30 minutes. They didn't seem very busy either. After one of the workers packed up everything there was no apology given or anything for the wait. Will never come back. Terrible service.

    Inside of my bun was burnt on my Arby's Melt. The pop machine and bathroom both were flooded. My bro in law said his prime rib sandwich was soggy as well. I had left and realized I dropped my wallet so I called up there and was told to hold on. After about 10 seconds I was disconnected. I called back and asked again and was told "don't see any wallet here" I went back to the restaurant to find my wallet under the table exactly where I said it probably was. Pretty rude. Anybody that has ever lost a wallet knows how much of a pain it is to recover from between the license and debit/credit/bank cards. I would not recommend this place to eat.

    I haven't sat down in a Fast Food restaurant in over #15 plus years it was very CLEAN environment and the food was really fresh served hot,also the staff was very pleasant the young man who took our order was patient and pleasant #5 STARS 🤩 😘❤️

    The second time I've been here and they microwaved my sandwhich. Chicken was to tough to chew and all the sauce melted onto paper. Sadly...I won't be back.

    I was conversing with lady at window, and did not realize she gave me change for a $10 and not for the $20 I gave her. Called, but was told I needed the receipt and realized I didn't get one. Long wait in line too! Food is good but watch the service.

    Never had a problem with this Arby's. Food has always been hot and never had to wait! Orders were always correct. And never had food missing.

    Went around 9:30. Nuggets we’re hard as rocks, out of 9 only 2 were edible, ordered crinkle fries and got curly. Everything else was ok. Customer service was good. Just would avoid going around closing.

    The low score I gave is attributed to I like the beef and cheddar and the way it is advertised shows the cheddar flowing out of the sandwich bur whenever I get a sandwich there is almost NO cheddar on it at all, even when you ask for extra cheddar!. The last time I was there I got the 2 for $7 beef and cheddar sandwiches and I had to open the sandwich to make sure they had even put ANY cheddar on it at all!!.. They had, a little "dollop" in the middle!!!... .. .

    The staff was welcoming and very nice and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh. I had no problems with this establishment. I left with a smile and had to ring the bell!!!
